When I first move in it was because of work and schools. I didn't care that much to realize the issues in this apartment. I can't ignore the smell of pot every morning it just lurches my stomach. Neighbors are very noisy and loud even at a late hour and on weekdays. We have a huge cockroaches problem every summer on an end and the maintenance has to be called several times to fix the same problem over and over again. I don't understand this renovation thing they did a couple of years ago, they hired unprofessional people and they really don't know what they are doing!! My monthly payment is higher every month because of extra charges and the water bill is outrageous. I pay for pest control and it's no use to me. The time I needed them to come and spray for bugs they were inconsistent and didn't fix the problem so I just stopped calling for them to come. I don't feel I am getting value for what I am paying!

They are nice apartments. They are a little pricey, but everything is in good condition and there are a lot of good things about living in Reflections apartments. There is a pool, fitness center, and walkings that I like.

I had an awesome experience moving in. Office really was accommodating for my needs. The apartment is very clean, spacious, great design & color scheme. The neighbors are great. I also love the area. It is in a good area which makes everything that much better.

I am a resident at Reflections Apartments. My privacy was invaded by a maintenance man while working in the comfort of my home. He literally said he was knocking and that's why he came in. I have a studio apartment and was sitting right by the door. I DID NOT hear anything!!! He used his key and unlocked my door and proceeded to walk in. He was yelling then started banging on the door. I was so scared and felt threatened. I am a licensed firearm carrier and I hate the possibility that he could have been shot. His name is Micheal pronounced "Mikhail." I called my leasing office and told them about it but they just said they would call me back. They didn't. I called them back asking to speak to a property manager or get their email. They did not want to give me her email and just told me that Micheal would not be coming back and said: "We told him he should be knocking." Ok, big woop! I do not feel the situation was handled at all with any reprimanding or urgency. My husband and I pay our rent ON TIME and give this community NO problems. I am appalled, disappointed and very uncomfortable. I should not have been treated that way! I hope the severity of what happened is understood because it could have been a terrible outcome here at Reflections. I am so glad our lease is up in April. If they continue to allow maintenance to abuse their "power", then I would not recommend staying here.

Great my experience has had its bumps and bruises but the leasing team always corrects issues that occur!I didn't like that I got a break in but the leasing team handled it with care and precision! So If I have an issue I go to Alecxis and she gets it handled but if I need to escalate something to someone I go to Veronica and she explains processes and policies clearly! I know that this has not been the most seamless process me living here but I appreciate all of the care and kindness the staff extend it to me during the loss of my beloved aunt, thank you job well done

Acceptable price range. Quick maintenance. Helpful and understanding staff. Worth the price. Will be leasing again. The complex is pet friendly and has parks for dogs and kids. The community is gated and uses keycards or passcodes.

The only person that has been nice in the office is Alexus. The manager veronica isnt the nicest person. She just always seems like she is having a bad day and doesn't have a single nice tone in her. I've asked twice for someone to explain my $200 sewer bill but no one seems to be able to tell me why my sewer bill is so high. I've lived in townhomes before and never paid more than $60 for water and sewer and that was with a washer also.

Everything seems to be great. have not really experienced any sort of discomfort. Probably very safe place to live in. Good proximity to stores and necessary commodities. Clean environment with very helpful staff.

I have lived at this complex for 5 years now! I lived with a roommate for 4 years and moved to a single unit! The staff is always friendly when I go with questions/stopping by, community is quiet, and very convenient to several places around area!

So far so good. Minus one neighbor always in the mix. I love the ppl next to me they are the best neighbors thus far wouldn't trade them. Very sweet ppl to live next to and interact with in the neighborhood

Staff was great and friendly and they helped make the move in process go quick and easy. The flats are well kept and the overall location is convenient to pretty much everything. Have had no issues since moving in and the maintenance upkeep is quick and efficient.

My only problem with Reflections is that I feel as though I am paying way too much to live in a studio. When I initially signed the lease I came in thinking it was going to be the bigger studio, so I guess the rates went up, so I chose the cheaper option, and now I feel like I live in a box. And I thought all the additional charges like trash, water etc. were included, but they are not and I usually end up pay over $730 a month for a very small space and in a somewhat inconvenient location.

The staff was very helpful over the phone in answering all my questions and letting me know how close the hospital is to the complex as I have a 30 minute call back time. The location is convenient to work, restaurants and shopping. Very pleased with my decision to rent at reflections apartment.

So far my experience here has been so so. I like the location because it's close to work but there are a few cons. My car had its muffler sawed off, my neighbors smoke weed and yell constantly, and people don't use the designated trash cans and just leave the bag outside their door. This makes the whole lobby stink.

The staff is really friendly. The complex is clean and the maintenance staff responds really quickly. Neighbors are quite and keep to themselves. You typically can't hear any noise in your apartment, but you can hear noise in the hallway. One of the maintenance workers stained my bathroom rug, but over all, I am very pleased with my stay here. If I had to do it over again I would :)

So far, I've lived here for less than a week. I'm quite enjoying the area and the staffing. Area is safe. All apartment buildings are locked. It's very convenient for me to go to work, many optional shopping choices within close proximity.

Ok experience living in this community we could've had better security/police watching the premises. They keep the grass cut in the overall upkeep of the apartments, but the rent is too hard for me to continue to stay here I need to find something cheaper.

Overall great. Few minor petty complaints. My trash wasn't picked up because it was n a black kitchen garbage can outside my door. How ignorant is that. I've lived in s different complex where the type of can wasnt an issue and my trash was picked up.

really nice area, wonderful community and staff. dog park is a wonder addition since it is an apartment. trash service is wonderful. the maintenance staff is very helpful and quick. love that we have access to a tanning salon, gym and two pools.

The community has been nice, but the cost for one bedrooms and studios is way too high. I like the kitchen appliances and the trash pickup. Really dislike the wall A/C unit. When I moved in (dead of winter) it wasn't working for days when it was in the teens. Maintenance "fixed" it twice, but I ended up having to call the emergency line late at night because all it did was blow cold air. They didn't come until hours later, and even then told me he'd just have to replace my unit in the morning, and to turn my oven on to use as heat for the night. It wasn't installed correctly then either, and the front panel is constantly sliding around over the knobs to this day. The leasing staff are mostly nice and helpful. It's a nice community overall, but too expensive for me.
