It's been ok Had flooding issues And maintenance issues in time and repair. It's an average apartment experience. Nothing 5o rave about. I just really want the 25 dollar gift card tbh. If rent increases I'll likely move out

Upon move in, Alix was very well organized and help me to successfully move in. I didn't have any problems and my move in went smoothly. Prior to moving in, Alix assisted me with the entire process for moving in.

This was the most convenient an straightforward apartment find from out of state I've had. The staff were available by phone, email and texting and responded immediately to all of my questions and concerns. The application process was easy and quick.

Honestly I bought this apartment sight unseen and was super happy with it. The area is nice, the actual apartment is in really good condition, and it's been all around a very convenient process. The most notable aspect for me has been how friendly and helpful the office has been, they've really gone above and beyond to provide aid and resources and I deeply appreciate it.

I've had no problems so far moving into reflections. The leasing staff are professional and nice. Alix has been very patience and supportive of my moving process. They make sure their residents are taken care of.

Good place for a young professional person and a wonderful sales team that is very nice and helpful to me. I am truly grateful to live here I will recommend Reflections to all. Mostly I am excited for the amenities and a great summer!

Super easy move in process. Office staff is easy to work with! Tiffany has been super helpful the whole process! I love the quietness of the community. So far everyone has been super helpful. Super excited this is my first apartment home!

The apartments have been updated and the online virtual tour is very handy. One other thing I liked when researching apartments was the property map and location of available apartments on the property map.

Been here 3 years. Where else can you find a washer and dryer in a studio?! Heating and cooling is a ------ old wall unit for studio apartment so get used to being somewhat uncomfortable or pay out the --- to have unit noisily running all the time. Gate is more broken than works, Amazon consistently can't access building, invest in a simple security system (No cameras). But I am still here because the people (office and maintenance) treat you fairly. My neighbors are nice. And since I always pay my rent on time they leave me alone. Mainly the nice people, location and washer and dryer keep me ??

Reflections is a nice place. No strange smells, friendly and helpful staff, quality apartments, great location, and not too expensive. They want you to be here and it feels safe. It was a good choice for me.

The rent is high, but you get a lot for what you pay -- tons of closet space, high end kitchen appliances, a spacious bedroom, and an outdoor patio area. Service requests are responded to quickly, and the office & maintenance staff have always been very friendly & professional.

Pretty nice neighborhood, not a lot of noise, pet friendly. There is a lot of communication with the office staff, just in case you need something to be fix in your apartment they're very efficient I liked living at the reflection

My experience was not ideal. The photos that I was shown are not what I rented. I do not like I was not given the opportunity to see the unit before lease signing. I did not like that the unit was not ready as stated when approved, deposit was paid, no one checked prior to scheduled move in date rather or not unit was finished. Which caused me to have to pay for an additional hr for movers ($730). Overall not a very good first impression but what can I do right.

It's been okay. At times the maintenance people whose shack is directly across my apartment is loud and park behind cars loud music and talking also taking parking spaces that can be used by people who live in the apartments

Reflections is relatively quiet apartment complex that is conveniently located with shopping within reach. The appliances are quite dated but they work well and the maintenance team personnel are very skilled. Neighbors are easy to ignore or engage whichever is your preference as the walls are enough to drown out any noise.

Great so far. My only issue is parking. I live in a townhouse and its hard to get parking infront if the townhouses. Residents visitors take up all the spaces and sometimes i have to park to far away from my home

I've been here for six years and am pleased with my unit and community. The service and staff have been great to me, and I have truly appreciated that. They've updated our hardware, sinks and fixtures, and this year we got new toilets. With the pandemic going on and having to stay inside, it was a pleasure to do it here. Being able to walk around the park-like community and quiet neighborhoods was an added bonus!

I moved into a studio December 2020 and the studio is spacious and warming. I love that it has a washer and dryer along with an island. Also it has plenty of cabinet space and a nice size tub. I will be staying here until I out grow the space.

I love reflections apartment complex. The apartment (1 bedroom) is huge, has tons of storage, washer/dryer, and overall is great. Maintenance is quick and professional. The only drawback is it is somewhat expensive. I do feel like the value you get matches the price, however. Would definitely recommend.

It's better than the other apartment that I lived in. It's also cheaper which is a plus but still there's some issues that need to be solved such as the dryer for some reason trash keeps coming out underneath the lint trap

Staff has been extremely helpful as well as maintenance. I really love having a backyard with a private fence as well as a big storage room for my apartments my one bed one bath is perfect amount of space for me and I do not feel cramps I love the color scheme
