So far the experience has been good, the apartment looked good when I moved in, nothing was broken which shocked me. The common area of the building does smell kinda weird, but my unit smells okay. The staff is helpful and quick so far, which makes things easy. The streets on the property are pretty bumpy but thats not huge because you shouldnt be driving fast anyway, but can still be annoying. Overall Id say this place is pretty good though.

I 100% would recommend this complex, I really wish we could stay we just need a bigger apartment. Its, clean, safe and overall an incredible complex to live in. Best complex in the area hands down! The size of the apartments are amazing for it only being a one bedroom.

A fairly nice place to live. Interiors of apartments are a lot nicer than you would guess from the outside. Not a great place if you or pets are sensitive to noise/frequent fireworks/random strangers banging on your windows/shouting at 3 a.m., but that's what happens when you have a lot of young people in a residential area, I guess. Sketchy on the outside, cozy on the inside. And you can't beat the accessibility to every store and restaurant imaginable. Pretty much all of our appliances that could break down did break down within the first few months, but maintenance fixed them within a few days. I've been satisfied.

Very friendly staff and nice clean apartments. Anytime I have a problem which isn't often it gets felt with as soon as possible. I do wish that they would actually use the gate since I am paying for a gate Community.

My overall experience was great! The move in process was easy, did it all online. Everyone I've met has been super nice. Had a problem with ants for a while but pest control took care of that ASAP. Other than that my experience was great, just don't think the prices of this community is worth what you get.

Very awesome experience....been here since 2016...staff has changed and I'm happy about that... Office staff is very helpful and understanding when you have issues...I would definitely recommend to a friend or family member

Just moved in this last weekend, staff is very kind, thorough, and easy to get ahold of. Appliances work very well, place was clean when I moved in. Looking forward to living here. Studio is spacious, comes with washer/dryer.

So far, everyone is very friendly. Everyone pretty much keeps to theirselves, but I'm sure if I needed something I could as one of my neighbors. The location is also in a very nice place: I feel like I'm not in a city but am close enough to get to everywhere I need within 20 minutes.

The management is very efficient and there is prompt response whenever there is an issue. The maintenance are very competent and make sure you are satisfied with their services. Enough space for kids to play and feel safe.

it is an awesome and safe community that really allows me to call it home. The apartments are a great size with great appliances that fit great for myself. The price of rent is worth what you get. This location offers so much opportunity.

Experience at this community has overall been a good one. I like the secure lock of the building. The hallways or kept clean and I truly enjoy the plug in that helps keep the hallways smelling thing that I wish worked regularly or the security gates.

Kind of unprofessional when it came to move in fees and getting everything together before check in. I informed the office staff of issues i saw upon arriving to the apartment on Saturday but haven't heard anything about a resolution and it's Wednesday. I've been told to just keep putting in work orders which could take even longer.

Move in was quick and easy. Did most of it over the phone and email from another state So far so good. At first there was a lot of weed smells but that got taken care of very quickly. I do need maintenance to come change my fridge light bulb and idk why my mail key doesn't work but I'm sure that will be resolved quickly.

My work orders I enter in are completely very quickly. The maintenance team never leaves a mess and they always leave a ticket with notes if needed. They also knock a couple times prior to entry to ensure no one is surprised they are there to perform maintenance.

This is a quiet neighborhood but close to many stores and restaurants as well as the highway. Maintenance staff and office are very responsive and friendly. Nicely updated apartments with thick walls between units.

Office staff is so helpful and responds quickly! I've had just a few maintenance issues since moving in and they were resolved quickly. The neighborhood is quiet and has a lot of shopping options nearby. The pool area is nice and the gym is a little small, but still has decent equipment.

I use to think this place was great. But we have had a problem with every major appliance in our apartment and the service has been HORRIBLE. We almost broke our lease to get out of here. We cant wait to move in June.

The environment is clean, people who work here are nice, and I really enjoy the quiet! I also love my apartment. They've upgraded the bathroom since I have arrived and the facilities in general are welcoming and well-designed.

Love the security I feel in my home. There are rarely any issues and when there is staff is ready to fix it as soon as possible. They're always happy and smiling whenever we see them. I will be renewing our lease foe sure
