This experience has been awful. I had cockroaches for months and it has not been fixed. Let alone they don't tell you if you're going on a treatment plan or not and maintenance doesn't follow through. They also don't tell you when they'll be doing said "maintenance." Save yourself the headache and don't move here.

Great. I have had no complaints. I have great neighbors and I feel safe. I like that it is a friendly community. The front desk staff is always nice and knowledgeable about what is going on. There is a sense of security we have here.

Generally pretty good. Don't think too highly the security features as they're very easy to get around. Maintenance is slow and poor at communicating but will eventually get the job done. Fairly reasonable for the price

So far Reflections has been fantastic! I recently moved in after living downtown because I wanted something a little more north but still in a nice location. The combination of the price, the staff, the apartment, and the location are great for me personally. I have had no issues other than some minor fixes to doors and fixtures.

The Reflection Apartments are a beautiful community with a great family environment. Perfect place to raise kids. The maintenance needs work though. I had an issue with my bath tub that took months to resolve. But besides that I love the place.

I'm moving. Experience into an apartment was pretty great. Staff maintenance all very professional and answering our questions and concerns and a timely manner. We're not apartment people but for this particular season in our lives this has been a great experience

The community is very nice, and my studio apartment is everything I'd hoped it'd be! The staff is friendly and made the process of moving in as simple as it could be. My only complaint is that one of my neighbors has a tiny dog that likes to bark a lot, which I can hear through my door. So I wish the complex was a little more sound-proof. Hopefully none of my neighbors can hear my TV or speakers at night; I have no real way of knowing if they can. I lower the volume just in case.

The apartments are decent. The maintenance crew needs better time management and skill to actually know what to fix. The office staff are nice. Neighborhood is fine. Communication needs to be better between office staff.

The apartment was well maintained. Service requests are handled promptly. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. The children I've met are the same. Community is safe. I am comfortable where I live.

This was a cheaper option for rentals in this area. They were super easy to work with for short leases which many other rentals were not. We moved into a place with new carpet and flooring as well as freshly painted walls. It made me feel good about my choice.

The rental process was easy and staff friendly. I was able to secure a 3 month lease which was suitable for my local internship. When I first toured the apartment everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I have enjoyed my time at Reflections! It has been a great first apartment with good amenities. The rent is not the cheapest, but certain amenities that are offered help that some. Just need the gate fixed.

I love the wonderful location and overall atmosphere of the complex. Also I love the fact that there is a 24 hr fitness center. Security is important to me so the gate and key fob are great. The service request were handled promptly as well.

Move-in was smooth, staff was amazing (Eder & Kelsey are the BEST!), apartments are gated, clean, spacious and quiet.. location is with 5min from anything you'll need (grocery, gas, convenience).. Kids in the neighborhood are sweet & offered to help take my trash out for me after moving in(I had trash & folded boxes in the building hall).. I even gave my leasing agent a well deserved Thank You gift.. Overall, it's been a wonderful experience!

The community is good. Everyone is overall friendly but there isn't a whole lot if any interaction between residents unless they run into each other and decide to talk. The only issues have been with maintenance but this is a new issue that I hope they address it soon.

First I loved it. then I down sized and my apt smokes like cigarettes from the guy downstairs. I believe he chain smokes and it's actually caused me to get sick. Also, not re Newing due to rent already being ridiculous

Reflections is a comfortable place to live. Maintenance responds promptly and completes repairs. The campus is pretty and well maintained. The location is convenient to work, schools, errands, shopping, and entertainment.

Love the location of the complex and safety initiatives and the helpful front office staff. I also appreciate how responsive the maintenance staff is when I've raised an issue. Valet trash service also a major plus.

My experience at Reflections has been acceptable. I am finding the increase in monthly rent to be a bit steep as I feel I am being punished for being a long time resident. I would move here again and continue to reside here, however something must be done about the "inflated" rent.

I have been very happy here. The staff have been friendly, the grounds are clean, and I like my apartment. Maintenance are quick to respond to problems and are kind. The office staff turnover is an issue though.

This is a very livable community. The only exceptions would be that the pot holes are not paved over very quickly and the community experiences water main breaks too often. The community is very quiet.

What i am paying for this apartment is not worth the space. I also do not like how slowly things are fixed. This property allows parties to go on very loudly without coming to shut it down. I would not recommend this place to anyone that i know

Staff was knowledgeable and honest everything is exactly like it looked online. 10/10. The apartment was fairly priced for the amenities. Access to a free picnic pavilion and the pool is also free to parties. Tell a friend to tell a friend and tell Edar in the office I sent you

Loud neighbors and too many bushes. There has been extra charges for trash that are not included in the lease which should be optional. Different options for payment plans should be implemented Other than that. The community and staff is ok
