It has been very friendly and I do love my unit. We had some issues when moving in regarding appliances and cleanliness, but those were taken care of for the most part. I really love the fenced in yards.

I had a terrible experience moving into this community. The office staff were friendly and helpful, but the apartment itself was in terrible condition and all of the appliances were filthy and outdated. The floors of the apartment have paint marks everywhere and you can tell that any imperfections were sloppily painted over to hide the fact that the apartment has not been maintained well. Everything in the apartment was still dirty and dusty. The drains were clogged with hair, the apartment smelled bad because the AC unit was so old and covered in mold. I went without AC for 3 days in the Summertime. Maintenance is nice and was quick to fix my appliances but only because I moved in at the beginning of the month and they were able to afford to get me new appliances. The apartment is quiet and I haven't had any issues with loud neighbors.

When we moved in, the unit was not ready. There were several issues ranging from needing immediate attention to minor. These issues were immediately taken to the office staff. Most of the issues were resolved but a few remained that are now being addressed after speaking with the property manager. Overall the bones of the unit are nice and we are pleased with the space we hope to call home.

Past experience living there was great. The pool and gym are very nice and even the tanning bed was kept up with. All the neighbors got along and were very friendly. I never had any maintenance issues

This is my third issue with maintenance and they do not do their job very well, i'm still waiting to see how long it will take before they actually patch up the hole in the bathroom. I have been on my own since 1988 I lived in numerous apartments in numerous days I have never seen maintenance so haphazard as it is here

The apartment has been fine however work order issues and interactions with that staff have been less than par. Feel as if issues are dismissed and apartment often has parts left behind when granted entry without me home. have also had maintenance request to make a copy of my key twice due to the copy being lost, which does not make me feel the safest. gates do not work and feel that marketing of a gated community is very misleading.

Apartments are good at getting back to you and everything however make sure to stress to them before moving that you want everything ----- and span. My apartment was not cleaned how it should have been at all. So I had to request that the cleaners come back. There's no reason I should be paying cleaning fee for less than bare minimum cleaning to be done for my apartment prior to me moving in

I just moved in my apartment. It seems like it's very quiet and I like it. It's not a lot of noise very clean and it seems like the maintenance keep up with the maintenance orders. I like that a lot if I like it, I will renew my lease next year.

Pretty good. Maintenance e is generally good and timely. Office is staff professional. Lots of fees on top of rent. But clean and well maintained in unit. The washer and drier are handy. Being forced to fill this out is stupid

All around good place! Considerate staff who have more than once gone above and beyond to respond to me. Rent is a little high for the area, but the place is taken care of well and the people here are generally friendly. I like the apartment itself, too ? the kitchen is nice and spacious in my one-bedroom, which my family is jealous over! I do wish the balcony had more of a roof so I didn't have to worry about water getting on any furniture I put out there, but it's really not a big deal. All around has been a good experience so far! Hoping it stays that way for time to come.

Office staff was great and very helpful. Still haven't heard from maintenance on the issues needing fixed Had some things needing fixed but overall it is a good community so far. The person before definitely smoked so lots of sticky and smoke we still on walls and lights.

I would not recommend moving to reflections apartments, we have been here almost two weeks and have had the worst move in experience we have had in almost 10 different rental properties. I have never seen an apartment so filthy and broken

The apartment was very clean upon arrival and the staff was very helpful with things needing fixed or done. I will say that I have had a few problems since moving in though. My dishwasher didn't work, my AC went bad, my stove hood was broken. But all has been fixed and the apartment is great!

Apartment life is a little different, especially when you've been living in a home, one problem that they do have over here is the trash dumpsters are horrible people just don't put their trash in the compactor as they should.

WORST PLACE TO LIVE, DO NOT MOVE HERE

Do not believe anything that is advertised on this website. We have lived here for a year and a half. The gates have never been closed consistently. The pool was closed for half of last summer, down to only one that hardly ever got cleaned this summer. This summer, it’s closed every other day. Our neighbor’s unit was broken into, we have had locked cars broken into, etc. I have put in several maintenance requests that go ignored unless I reach out specifically to someone in the office. The water gets shut off with very little notice. Spent all of our first summer living in 80°+ heat because the air conditioner wasn’t getting fixed right. Don’t waste your money moving here, this has been the worst place I have ever lived

The community is kept up well. The maintenance team does come, way too much. The apartment is not very functional. The office has tried to intervene, but no luck with the functionality of apartment. I'be had issue after issue here and this has been a terrible place to live because of the immense amount of work orders and replacing 2 appliances and many parts in 6 months of residency. Maintenance often enters with notification and it makes it feel like an unsafe, non-private place to live. Aesthetically pleasing, functionality slim.

It is a nice community with adequate amenities. The pool is a nice touch. The office staff is very courteous and usually timely. Parking is very easy and always accessible, and the surrounding fields have playgrounds.

A good place to live. Needs some improvement. Get rid of people that can't understand the rules. More consistency in trash removal. Lobby cleaning needs to be more consistent: Maintenance needs to adhere to residents concerns and schedule.

Just moved in. It seems to be nice so far. Move in process was fairly easy and the apartment was clean. Only a few things were broke and it seems as if they are going to fix it soon. Excited about the gate being fixed soon.

It was easy to get the keys and move into the apartment. The community seems very safe during the first week however, the gate that are supposed to be locked at nine are currently broken right now and do not seem to have been fixed, but I'm not too sure all the appliance issues that I put in for a work order needed to message to get completely fixed and situated the maintenance crew went to fix my dishwasher which again took them two different in visit and on the second visit whatever they did to make an adjustment actually ended up bloody in my apartment and that issue is still unresolved
