Enjoy living at this complex, but wish they get a better landscaping company. They don't do a good job of cutting and blowing the grass on the townhouse patios and they don't even edge the property grass when they mow.

When moving in the expectation was set kinda low due to the area/area around but it was surpassed it. It was a great experience and the studio was much bigger than we thought it would be, apartment is beautiful and my cats love it.

It's going on four years since I've been leaving here. Maintenance is always on it. Anytime l put a work order in on line or over the phone,the second day it's fixed. Anything dealing with emergency it's done.

Everything has been great so far I just want my dishwasher fixed I'm not mad about my stuff getting thrown everywhere but the dishwasher is a problem that I would like to get fixed all the neighbors have been very nice and very respectful

My move-in originally had some issues, but Reflecruons was so quick to make it right. They got me into a new unit, gave me a credit, and had their maintenance technicians correct the issues right away and made the process easy. Additionally, the staff and technicians are so nice, responsive, and helpful. The pool is always clean which is one of the amenities that attracted me to the community.

The maintenance technician did really well at making sure that the dryer was working properly and he did not take very long to take care of it. He got it done early before I had to go to work in the morning.

I recently moved into my apartment here at Reflections and had an amazing experience! The staff did a wonderful job at welcoming me and staying in contact leading up to my move in date! My apartment was also very clean upon arrival!

The person that helped me rent an apartment was very patient and helpful. She guided me through the whole process and answered all of my questions. Every time I called, they were very accommodating and nice.

This is my 2nd time living in the Reflections Townhomes community. It's a good place for young families with children. It's great if you're a pet (cat/dog) lover, and it's in a premium location to schools and shopping.

Move in was easy and quick. Haven't been here long so I still have a couple maintenance things to be completed. Alyssa is so sweet and so helpful. Love the pool area and love having a back porch. So far so good!

Maintenance was really fast to help me and they are very friendly! The staff was also very helpful and the apartment was very clean upon moving in. The area seems safe and I have not had any problems so far!

Online application and leasing was easy since I moved here from another city. Staff was ready for move in day and any issues I had in the apartment was addressed/ fixed the following day. Staff has been helpful in answering any questions I have throughout the process.

You can tell this used to be a nice complex, but management has let things slide over the years. People smoke everywhere, so all the buildings smell pretty bad. They claim it's gated, but the gate has been broken and left open for most of the time I've lived here. The appliances are ancient and break all the time.

The staff are very helping me and I moving so fast and everything is going so well and I love my apartment and I my neighbors are so peaceful and clean . I would like to said thanks for staff in the office they are helping me and my kids we moved to the nice place and God bless.

Apartments are really nice & well laid out. Some security features don't work properly (ex. the gate and the doors tot he inside of the duplexes), but haven't had any trouble so far. Limited noise from neighbors and outside. Mostly families live here from what I can tell. Free parking for visitors is a huge plus!

When I moved into the building, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who made the move-in process seamless. The staff, the apartment itself, and the amenities all contribute to a wonderful living experience. I am happy to call this place my home.

It is safe, friendly clean, and near work. Residents are considerate. I like having a washer and dryer in the apartment. The staff is friendly and helpful. the entryways are clean, snow is shoveled and sidewalks are salted.

The management was flexible and caring. The availability of the apartment I wanted was not when I needed but they kept an eye on earlier dates and informed me. When I got there to move in, not only did they explain the process but were helpful with any questions I had.

It is the first apartment we hace ever rented. It was a risk to take since we didn't know much. Since we have moved here its pretty spacious and the carpet is SUPER clean looking. If there was problems, maintenance was speedy about fixing it.

We have very professional staff. Any problems I have are fixed usually within a day. I like the safety newsletters that go out every month. I live by the maintenance building so I just wish there was more parking like the rest of the complex.

It is a very lovely apartment. It is peaceful for the most part. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend! The staff has helped me with everything and anything I need. That is why I decided to renew my lease!
