This is a large apartment community. The curb appeal needs lots of improvements. Lots of value for the space. some parking areas are not will lite. a lot of residents are using their patio space as storage. which is not a favorable view. Not all residents keep their dogs on a leach. Have witness some residents not cleaning up after their dogs.

It's a nice community, not to far from the hotspots of Indianapolis. Apartment is new and renovated, so nice feel and design. Apartment is a nice price considering it is near downtown Indy, and for everything it includes.

I love living in this residence so far. The community is very friendly and welcoming. This is the perfect area to feel safe in when living alone and/or raising a small family. If t weren't for the space, I would be living here lot longer!

There were a great deal of problems when I moved in. Maintenance was in my apartment for the first week and a half after we moved in fixing items that should have been addressed prior to the move-in date. Most have been addressed to my satisfaction. Other Items are being knit-picky and not worth pursuing. Thank you to the maintenance staff.

I feel so safe here. The staff is very helpful! I love that I have my own washer and dryer and dishwasher. My studio has 2 big closets! I cannot wait to use the pool next summer. I am overall satisfied and happy to be living here.

Excellent Management staff and maintenance. They fix stuff immediately with no hassle! Only thing I have to say that would make this place better is if there was recycling at the complex. Their response and deliver time for maintenance is extraordinary.

The community is quiet ,clean with professional staff. Maintenance is always punctual and courteous. I enjoy the added security of the gated community.? Neighbors are cognizant and respectful. I highly recommend this community.

Great location and beautiful renovations. We've only been here about 6 months and maintenance has been pretty good. The gym has problems with kids coming in unsupervised and staff say they can't prevent it.

it had been good. any request i have put in gets taken care of right away. i like how i get the paper left to show they were there as well as they email you once the order is done. so far so good no complaints

Great so far! I've moved in for only a few days but I feel very safe in the community so far, everyone seems to be friendly, and the overall look of the apartment is gorgeous I'm very excited to be living here.

So far it has been wonderful starting out here. Moving to Indy for our first apartment was pretty scary. Reflections made the transition very easy for us. The staff is very polite and the community is quiet.

Reflections apartment is a welcoming home. The living room is very big, the rooms are spacious with large closets. The kitchen is so organized neatly with modern appliances. You have your own full size washer and dryer and everything that makes life comfortable. You can confidently say i am going HOME after a hectic day. I love everything about the Reflections.

We enjoyed it, the apartment was nice, newly redone but we hoped for a better gym. We asked a few times about it but we didn't really see many improvements. The green areas are nice, we wished there were more sidewalks

Great location. Lots of shops close by. Staff is very friendly and made the move in process smooth. Alix is a fantastic agent to work with. Super quiet neighborhood and they accept pets. We love our townhouse!

I think it's a great place to live so far. I haven't had anything that has made me think that this is a bad place to live. I will say its quieter than I thought it was going to be. I will say the roads could be better.

So far so good. Great quality apartment and also includes brand new washer and dryer!!!! Love the color scheme as well!! Very spacious with the two bedroom apartment. The parking is not terrible at all!

So far I've had a pleasant experience- the office staff was easy to work with, and the minor maintenance I needed done was completed in a timely manner. Apartment was clean when I got it. It's also nice to have a gated community.

This is an amazing community. It's gated, the actual apartment doors lock behind you as well so security is amazing. Haven't chatted w any neighbors just yet but they all seem respectful. All in all, it's definitely a great home for the price.

Since my Stay in Reflections Aps ,my experience has been great ,My apartment if Modern and the few times, I called maintenance they were efficient ,professional and prompt even have Good neighbors, We look out for each other.

This complex has a modern appearance and and has appealing outdoor and clubhouse spaces. My unit was clean when I moved in and it has been a very quiet space to live in. The office staff is friendly, willing to help, and quick to fix any issues.

This is a very clean community and I am so glad I moved here. The office staff is incredibly helpful and made my moving experience very pleasant. The maintenance staff also responded to my requests in a timely manner. I highly recommend this community.
