I have been very pleased with the community as a whole. Although I have had several maintenance issues, they have all been resolved in a timely manner. Only one was left incomplete; the problem was fixed but things were not put back in place properly. I appreciate the way the property is maintained, although the interior common areas could use more attention..

Favorable for the most part. Major complaints would be birds in the space above my apartment in the Spring. It sounds like an aviary. Missing drainpipes from gutters, overflowing trash bins on Monday and worn out, stained carpet in the common area.

We have lived in Reflections since 2011. The community is nice. It is nice to be in a complex where you don't feel restricted and you feel like you live in more of a neighborhood compared to an apartment complex. For the most part it is quiet and the staff is friendly. We have found it is essential to have an alarm system for your home though as we have been broken into and other units have had problems as well.

This has been an average apartment community. It has been relatively nice and quiet for the cost. For the most part I have had great neighbors, adequate parking and helpful office staff. I appreciate the amenities like in-unit W/D, gas stove and locked building doors. The exterior walls are thin and poorly insulated but adjoining walls have been surprisingly soundproof. The trash needs to be removed more often, it can become a hassle and an eyesore, especially on weekends. I originally appreciated the gate but it has been more trouble than its' worth since it is frequently broken and can cause a traffic jam at the street. It is very convenient to the hospital, shopping and major roads. It is not bad, if you're on a budget.

Havent had any issues until now.i like the quietness of my area. I wish more attention would be given to the random people coming in and out of the community without passes. However I know its impossible. The cleanliness of most building is terrible on the exterior.

My car has been broken into twice, the office closes "whenever it wants to", rarely are they open until their posted hours. My neighbor above had a leak, my ceiling has never been repaired, and I will not be renewing my lease. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

It's been five days since we got a foot of snow and absolutely no attempt has been made to clear the sidewalks. They won't even put salt down in front of the doorways. The front gate is constantly left open so it is NOT a secure complex. The building entry lights are often burned out (currently 1 out of 6 of the lights on this building is working and it's been this way for weeks). The residents throw their trash in front of the dumpster instead of putting it inside, this is a daily occurance. There are at least 100 dead trees and shrubs and they've been that way for a couple of years. No attempt has been made to remove them. The leaves are not picked up in the fall.

I love the Apt. It self but the hallways Need cleaning badly, the snow shoveled better than what it has been on the sidewalks and in the parking lots, at the present time I'm not over whelmed with maintenance or the office staff. I had a move in date of 11/16 the day before at 3:30 pm I was left a voice message that I would not be able to move in because the locks had not been changed this takes all of 10 minutes I was not happy about this at all.

Rent jumped way to much after 1st year. My studio is going for what most 1 bedrooms do. But will more than likely be my last lease here so went ahead and renewed. I would have really considered to stick around here longer but with the $20.00 jump a month for a Studio that is not an option any longer.

This apartment complex has been subpar. We have had multiple maintenance issues that have not been fixed. Very poor communication with office and maintenance staff. We would not recommend this apartment.

I have never had a problem with here and I have been here almost 3 years. Any time I have had a maintenance issue, they were very prompt at fixing it. I love the size of this apartment and it suits me and my kids just fine.

Pleased with maintenance and office staff. Very easy to work with. Love the fenced in patio. Utilities costs reasonable. Generally feel safe in the complex. Like the shopping and other nearby amenities.

I was shown the model apartment in hopes that it would look like the apartment I was getting. Unfortunately I was never allowed to see the apartment before I moved in and signed the lease, very shady on their part. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This community is very appealing to the eyes but the staff that runs the property are a bunch of unconcerned individuals. I was considering extending my lease for an additional year due to the safety and convince to my job, but I can't allow myself to be mistreated by the property staff.

Not worth the price. Old out dated apartments, old outdated stand up shower in the master bath, the tile they use is cheap & hard to maintain, the carpet was a mess when I arrived to move in. I moved from out of town & was promised that my unit would be nice. I was told by Brandy that she would have the mgr Denise call me the Monday following my move in to come view & see abt replacement carpet, that never happened. I finally took pics & went ard to the office & showed Denise, she called the carpet cleaning comp to come & re-clean the carpet, once it dried it looked the same as before, A MESS!!IT NEEDED CHANGED. She said we just don't change carpet, for 1050.00 a mth I should not have to come home & be displeased w/my home. I had to beg them to cut the grass on my patio & trim the humongous tree. I went to Wal-mart & purchased my own gardening supplies & did the trimming myself. Each month rent increased. Neighbors were loud, rude & crazy. They provide clean up bags for dog poop & a trash bin to place bags in, the bin hardly ever was dumped, people don't clean up after their pets, poop everywhere. I was promised that they were painting doors & power washing buildings, well take a GUESS, that NEVER happened. The buildings are stained & need power washed badly. My average rent rent each mth was 1050.00 for a 3brdm town-home lights & gas that may not be a lot to some but to a single mother of four it can be tight. For that price there are apartments nicer even if you have to pay a little more, it would be worth it. I don't mind paying for a nice, safe place BUT REFLECTIONS is not worth the price. Needless to say I paid 2043.00 to move out early. Now that was worth it. Oh, & let me not forget NO PARKING!! They have students who live 5-6 people per unit & each have a car. I have a 19 & 20 yr old daughters who work & did not get home until ard 10 p.m. I did not like the fact they had to park so far away from the door at night. Good luck!!

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. Their entire website is one blatant lie after another. They are slum lords of the WORST KIND. The apartments are not "modern" and "luxurious", they are old and outdated and sorely lacking in basic modern amenities. The patios are old and stained. The private hallways are disgusting. After a few severely angry emails and phone calls, I did manage to get the carpet changed in the hallway, but they couldn't even bother to spring for a new floor mat or a fresh coat of paint. I should have offered to purchase one off of Amazon Prime for them. They let a broken trash compactor go for DAYS before finally handling it. There was trash everywhere, for DAYS. I have pictures to prove it. I also have pictures of the critters feasting on the free snacks. I thought I had a possible bedbug issue, which I didn't thank God, but it took over FOUR DAYS to even assess the situation. The gate is always broken or not working properly, it's more of a hassle than a help. I eventually sacrificed my key card to my baby-sitter so she wasn't constantly getting locked out of the gate. They wouldn't even give me an extra, no, I had to pay, naturally. The gym is anything but new and state of the art. Hell, I have a medicine ball newer than their entire facility and can get more use out if it. And the kicker is, our entire community is currently without basic running water. For over 24 hours now. They waited for 14 hours into the mess to inform us that they basically had no answers. I am writing this, filthy, as we speak because I have not been able to shower since yesterday morning at 6 am. They offered ZERO restitution, they didn't offer to have a water service come and deliver gallon jugs to the residents, so that we could at least flush our bodily functions down the toilet. NOTHING. They are horrible, horrible people, without an ounce of professionalism or standards. It is rather appalling. I am just deeply disappointed that the ink dried on my lease before I had a chance to escape this hell hole that is Reflections. So, save yourself the money, time and sanity and find somewhere else to live. There are numerous apartment buildings located right around this one, and I guarantee that they have got to be better than this. I cannot even bring myself to select a single star for this unfathomable --------, but I have to in order to post this.

Overall, this apartment complexes is quiet and comfortable to live in. I have enjoyed living here and really like the layout of their studios, having a washer and dryer in each apartment is a huge plus! With all that being said, the management of this facility does not work with you on rent rates and length of leases! Each time they send out new leases they have increases rates and the length of the lease, when you go in to talk to them they aren't willing to negotiate.

Absolute worst apartments ever! They wouldn't fix the floor upstairs which creak with every step and wake our son. Other maintenance issues took weeks to fix. PS they have gates but everyone sneaks in.

I have just been here a short time, but I am satisfied overall. The apartment fit my needs exactly and it is close to my new job. I like the gated community and the amenities that are included with every unit. The washer and dryer in the units are very convenient.

great community to live at. Amazing office staff and excellent maintenance employees. Friendly neighbors. Great areas for the pets to run around. Apartment sizes are great with a lot of room even in the one bedroom.

It has been a good experience as I have lots of friends in the community itself. The neighbors are nice and so are the staff. Though lately there have been news of some break ins, it would be useful to have some more security in place.

I am less than a month old to the community, but they have been helpful and friendly to my questions and concerns. I do not/did not appreciate the fact that my building is the only building NOT behind the gate....in a gated community. People can walk up to my bedroom window from the street. Also, if packages arrive per mail, they will either be left in front of the building, where anyone can pick them up and leave or I will always need to go out and pick up my packages, which is a serious inconvience. I do however love the size of the apartment and the convienient location to shops, gas stations and my job.

Very unsatisfied with the condition of the apartment on move in. I don't believe I should have had to write up a half page list of broken items to be fixed. Also I was unable to view my apartment before move in, as well as had the move in time changed two days before move in.
