I had a terrible experience with your company. Meg, your AI chatbot, who texted me pretending to be human told me that there were 6 month leases available, but failed to tell me how much insanely overpriced they were. I took off of work, drove an hour to your apartment for a tour, and only then found out that a studio apartment would be close to 5000 month. Ridiculous. I asked the girl who was working if she was "meg" and the guy on the other side of the room piped in and said "Meg's a bot" ! So if you don't want any more angry customers, have your AI chatbots give them full prices during text exchanges. Better yet, don't replace human jobs with AI chatbots to save a little money.

I like apartment and community. Nice nature and Commute. The rent is reasonable compared to others. Facilities in this apartment are amazing. But a leasing agent may not train properly, so it could be a long process when you apply the apartment. Overall is great

No don't want to do that. I don't want to make a required response this is annoying. I feel baited and switched while trying to communitabout my work order. This is very annoying. This is annoying and just typing to finish and submit.

I've seen a BIG change in living conditions and people who live there now! past management didn't take complaints seriously. they stairwell does not get cleaned. smells like urine walls have crap on it. elevations sometimes have urine in it for more than one day and people spit in there.

Apartment is of sufficient quality. Staff are responsive. Noise can be an issue at times, but not due to walls or bad construction. Dog poop on sidewalk and trash in the hallways. Fire alarm goes off somewhat regularly.

It's been great so far! Would definitely continue living here for the time being. The amenities are awesome and we really love how pet friendly the community is. The staff are really friendly and helpful when we need to work with them.

Expect constant rent increases with very little to show for it. Mixed housing complex has its pros and cons, depending on how you look at it (housing equity at the expense of the inconveniences of living in a community of people from very different backgrounds/etc.). Maintenance team very hit or miss, and can range from being dismissive/arrogant to quite helpful. Cleanliness has remained an issue every since I moved here - pet waste everywhere.

Great experience when live here. But everything can be better to fit such high rent. For example, the carpet in the apartment smells terrible at all times. Like something was spilled or a pet left an odor that wasn't cleaned up. I saw pet urine in the elevator frequently and it was not cleaned up for a long time. Secondly, smoking is a serious problem, I could smell marijuana in the elevator multiple times, which is disastrous for other residents. Condominiums should restrict non-residents from entering the condominium. Security systems are usually ineffective.

I recommend living at Metromark. It's a safe, quiet, and super clean place with the convenience of easy access to public transportation. Additionally, the building offers spaces where you can recharge your energy?from going to the gym to enjoying the areas designed for residents, like the amazing deck that's perfect in the summer. And if you have pets, this is the ideal building for you to live in, as it also has designated areas for them!!. 10/10.

Everything has been pretty good so far. There's been some issues with the smoke alarms in the building going off but it's been good. the community is pretty good and the building is very safe. rent is very expensive but it's worth it if you use the gym and the other amenities.

It's a very pleasant and safe community. The concierge staff and maintenance are terrific. Parking is easy and the T stop is a minute away. having a gym on site is terrific too. I would recommend anyone moving in that they just be adamant that the apartment be cleaned before move-in day.

We have been living here for 8 years and love it. MetroMark is in a great location (bike rides, buses, and trains) are a step away. Maintenance response is quick and efficient. The ground is well kept. I recommend this community for your next home.

The move-in process was very smooth and fast. The communication between us and the leasing office staff was efficient. In general, the environment here is quiet and convenient. The entire building has a high security guarantee because you need to use your key to enter the building, which makes me feel very safe living here!

I've enjoyed my time at Metromark and would recommend it to everyone. Everyone is super nice and the environment is quiet and a great place to study for a student like me. The rent is relatively affordable compared to other places in Boston

Been here six months after moving from another luxury building and so far, so good. There's been an improvement in the responsiveness of maintenance. The upkeep is better than my previous building as well. Where things can be improved is reaching management over the phone. I'm not a phone person myself, so I don't abuse this option. But I have noticed that I very rarely get ahold of someone by phone. It is usually through email hours later. I'm introverted so overall I don't mind, but this can be a point of frustration for anyone. Great neighborhood, quiet building, well maintained common areas. I'm satisfied overall

Looking for a place that has your transportation needs throughout the city can be very difficult. With the train/bus station literally right across the street, this is one of the best built places to live at within the city of Boston.

The staff is very helpful and it is nice to have the gym in the same building. I like the outdoor spaces and it is very close to the orange line train station. The dogs in the building are also very cute.

DO NOT
DO NOT RENT HERE. I rented for 4 years at this place. It is not worth the money. My rent increased from ~2000 to ~2600 in this amount of time (without any increase from pets or garage costs). I’m sure the costs will continue to go up. Dogs bark all hours through the night, and complaints to management will not change this, even with recorded evidence. The train is literally in your backyard and can be heard every time it pulls into and out of Forest Hills station. Maintenance is usually quick to fix your problems, unless they decide you’re creating a problem (there was a leak in my wall that led to water damage, they didn’t believe me until I was moving out). I moved out 2 months ago, and after repeated calls and emails, still have not received my security deposit back. It is not worth the money. For the location, noise, cost, and how management handles their residents, find a different place to live.

I love it here. It is really close to the city without being in the city. It's close to public transportation and multiple major universities. Management and the maintenance team are helpful, polite, and quick to respond to questions and concerns.
