I've been very happy with living at Metromark. People who live in the building are very nice. It's a diverse community. My family and I feel safe. Management is prompt and very helpful. I would say the #1 positive thing is the maintenance , things will break down, but their team will fix promptly. Paid parking is always available. Package delivery is smooth...etc Defiantly recommend.

It's a great community with high quality property management and service. The room is comfortable and nice. All the neighbours I have meet are friendly. Pets owners can control their pets in the elevator.

My experience at MetroMark has been more than satisfactory. It was a very wholesome experience. The staff were very friendly, the community was very clean, the community provides all the necessities and the needs in order for a tenant to have a well rounded day without needing to leave the community.

Very well built apartments. The central HVAC system works very well in hot summer and winter with very low energy bill costs. Minimal noise from neighbors both adjacent and upstairs can be heard. The common areas are always super clean. Big fan of the gas grills in the courtyards. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. Big shout out to the package concierge. One thing that i wish would change is opening the roof in winter. It would be nice to experience a snow day from there.

I've only been here for a few days, but great so far! A few of the appliances were worn down at move in but working on getting that fixed. The move in process was quick and easy, very great location (next to T)!

????I I believe what I said already speak for itself my best friend owns roslindale House of Pizza Miss Mary we have five young children eldest being 37 five granddaughters they're not just mind their hers as well she's even pleased that I'm moving in there that goes a Galaxy away if the ones in my life are children please so my an our next location there's nothing more that needs to be said about Metro Mart home is where your heart is ??????God bless

Dog friendly. Gym. Dog run. Rooftop hangout. Friendly neighbors. Loud traffic and first responders all day. Rent expected to increase 25% or $500 per month per one neighbor with lease ending. I wouldn't spend $2700 for a studio here but it is a desperate housing marketing so if you have a ton of money, it's a good spot.

Best experience ever. The maintenance staff is extremely dedicated to their job and they do a great job of making sure issues are handled in a timely manner. The concierge and leasing staff are always available to answer questions and make sure we have access to everything we need. I don't know if many apartment buildings that provide the quality of service that MetroMark provides.

Good value for money that you're paying rent. The best part of it is the garage since it is covered so you'll never have to shovel snow and proximity to the train station. If something goes wrong in the apartment, they fix it pretty quick. There are also some nice amenities take advantage of.

Lovely apartment! Very convenient: near to restaurants, groceries and the T station. Concierge service is very good! Trash collection is easy. Has a gym, parking garage, etc. i love living here! ????????????

Our apartment is beautiful, spacious, quiet and conveniently located. The office staff are friendly and helpful. I feel that our rent is fair for the space, amenities, and location of our apartment. We are in our 2nd lease at MetroMark and plan to sign a third. Would highly recommend this community.

There have been many maintenance issues with the apartment but fortunately they are usually dealt with quickly. Management has changed a lot and maintenance of communal spaces hasn't always been consistent. Doors are often broken, there are significant issues with elevators and fire alarms, and gym equipment is left broken for months at a time. Overall the amenities are poor for the rent price. The only saving grace is Joel at the concierge desk who is the most helpful person in the building.

Don’t move if you have unexpected life events
Honestly, the sad part is originally I would have given this place a better review. But with the circumstances as they are, I'm fairly upset with the apartment complex currently and if I had known two years ago this would have been where I was at, I probably would have gone with a different complex. First and foremost, if you intend on having any unexpected life changes I would suggest a different complex. MetroMark makes you sign a 90 (NINETY) Day Lease Break agreement, and I fairly certain when you are breaking a lease you generally do not know THREE months ahead of time that you are breaking this lease. In my case it is that I was offered a job on the west coast. Secondly, they also do not allow subletting. So even if you find a suitable person to take over your lease, they won't allow it. You also are not allowed to add a roommate until your lease is over - so couples looking to potentially move in together please be aware of this. Lastly, they will not work with you on the renewal amounts. This renewal cycle they wanted to raise my rent $450 - and while the potential new renter I had in line was willing to sign the renewal if they met him halfway, I was told that the amounts were as they stand. Yes, it is a pet friendly community, but most people don't pick up after their dogs (I am a dog owner and while I appreciate the available dog bags people rarely use them). The only reason this is a two star and not a one star because I am frankly very angry they are not willing to work with their residents when it comes to life changing events, is the cleaning staff is very kind and do their best to keep the building clean. Do with this review what you will, but please make sure you take a look at your leases before you sign them - especially since this place has shown they're just in it for the money grab. Ask for a lease example for any place you apply to and make sure the terms fit what you are looking for, because frankly if the last three years have taught us anything, you never know what life throws you and I suggest finding a more sympathetic apartment complex.

Professional, helpful and friendly staff. Always ready to assist and answer any questions in a timely manner. If you have any issues with electrical, plumbing in your unit, they are swift to assist on your work orders submitted right away. Very good service overall.

We were initially unsure about moving into an apartment complex but so glad we did! We love the grills and roof deck plus having the gym in the building is so easy! I don't have to worry about packages because they are safely stored. We get the trash picked up from our unit most nights which doesn't sound like a big deal but is just one less thing to think about with busy lives. When we were having issues with people not cleaning up after their dogs, management addressed the concern appropriately though it did take some time. Some of the elevators do break down sometimes so if you require elevators for access, I would choose a low floor. Utilities are cheaper than most Boston units because the building is newer. Noise is not an issue and often we feel like we're in our own fancy world!

Experience has been well. There's opportunities to build rapport with neighbors during building events. Conceirge services is also extremely helpful and nice. I would recommend this community to others.

It's a big building we are strangers. It is difficult to create con unity. Perhaps creating a team plus help residents to reach out. Pot luck gatherings to get us involved and not create the company Coperatives

This complex was clean and community space were well taken care of. The gym occasionally had equipment out of order, but the planet fitness is a block over. The green spaces were nice. Location is great! By the T, but also by a ton of parks and walking/outdoor spaces. The apartment was clean, no bugs/pests. The balcony was great to have. Heat/AC was easy to use. I didn't use the telecom at all. The breakers would pop frequently, but promptly fixed. Water from the faucet was delicious. Closets are big. Plenty of cabinet space. Valet trash was super convenient. Overall great experience

Customer service is going down. Expensive apartment = not justified for the way we are treated and quality of the space that we live in. Constantly have to fight to get anything done such as changing carpet that smells like dog piss from previous tenant.
