I enjoyed the property. I just wish the prices were more affordable. The location was convenient. Close to public transportation. I also love the decor and the extra amenities thar the property has to offer.

I have liked living in this community so far. The property management staff and reception staff are friendly and very helpful and informative. The maintenance staff get back to you quickly, usually within one to two days of submitting a request.

Metromark is a great place to live. Extremely close to public transit, and located in the heart of Jamaica Plain, I feel like just about all of Boston is at my fingertips. Location and amenities are super important to me -- it's hard to beat Metromark's price point for all of the conveniences it offers.

The train noise of the apartment is too loud. The leasing office staffs are not help at all. What they say is inconsistent I lost my package twice while 6 month living There's always a weird smell in the elevator The elevator brakes too often

nice community, good neighborhood, beautiful and spacious garage, good neighbors, safe garage, the management is cautious, caring, dedicated and on point to their job. the cleaners are awesome. nice gym equipment available for use at anytime.

Lackluster and frustrating. Staff changes too often and no one has any information regarding affordable units. Online isn't up to date regarding unit availability and the AI bot who emails you constantly doesn't have any realtime apartment information complete waste of time touring the property staff are rushing. Animals are a priority at this property not families and that's not any place I want to reside.

good overall. I am pretty enjoy everything. Especially the lobby, feels like home. Events will be hold frequently. There will be free food offered. And I also pretty enjoy the time in the game room. Gym is also good

I think MetroMark is gorgeous! I would love to make it my new home since it's so close to public transit, small businesses, and walking trails! The courtyard is also a huge plus since I love to be outside!

My experience from applying to being approved to moving in was exceptional. Kaeleen, the leasing agent answered every question I had and made the process so easy. The entire Metromark team from the concierge to the maintenance staff and property manager have been welcoming, answered all of my questions and have promptly responded to any service/maintenance requests and fixed the issues. I've been very pleased thus far with my MetroMark experience and would not hesitate to recommend MetroMark for apartment living in Jamaica Plain.

We had a great experience! We are looking to move for 9/1 and really enjoyed Metromark and hope the rates stay the same closer to when we are ready to move. Angelo was excellent at showing us several units and the amenties the building had to offer.

A nice friendly neighbourhood , friendly staff . Very convinient for public transport. Very well maintained , well organized. I am glad that my friend has reffered me here . Beautiful view. I would definitely recommend.

Overall, this is a nice place to live. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and we've found our neighbors to be very kind as well! Super convenient location (right next to the train station), nice amenities, reasonable pricing (for the area).

The community seems peaceful and quiet, I love that the apartments are close to the bus and train station. I also love the community amenities such as the gym and the lounge areas. The one bedroom units were really spacious.

I have had an extremely poor experience with management/customer service. I have had many problems since the leasing process and it was poorly and inappropriately handled by staff. Staff were not forthcoming with information and they were not answering my questions clearly.

Not so great after Kelly and Sean left, it's Been a revolving door of staff and no one really cares for this place. Management isn't respected because of this. This place is like a hotel to be very honest.

When I toured the apts I told agent that I was receiving a housing voucher in the same week I toured the apt. Since the beginning he told me the prices for people with voucher but never mentioned there was a waiting list, and by this I wouldn't be able to apply and move in right away. Right after I received the voucher, and called for the application happens that I was told about all this. I felt I my time was wasted and the agents as well. Maybe you have people that tour the building for no reason but I was very talkative about this since the beginning. Overall, the agent was great, very polite, very knowledgeable and friendly.

MetroMark is a great place to live, with very easy access to the orange line for seamless commute into the city. Rooms are in good condition and very spacious. Paying rent is also very easy on their portal.

I love it here. Clean, quiet and super convenient for public transportation. The staff are friendly and professional. I've been living in this development for 2 years and I've never had any issues. The is by far the best place I've ever lived.

Community is beautiful. The leasing agent Kaeleen who gave the tour did a great job of explaining in detail and answering any questions I had. Kaeleen offered water and when I mentioned my knee was sore she took into account and started to use the elevator instead of the steps

I love living at the metromark the staff is always helpful & my apartment is clean and up to date. Maintenance always fixes my issues quickly. Pet friendly & so close to the orange line. Price is better compared to other places to live

The process for applying to and moving in was very quick and easy. What sold us during the tour was how well Kaeleen from the leasing office knew the residents and how personable and responsive she was throughout the process of joining the community. The amenities are great and there are many spaces to change scenery if you work from home. Appreciate the diversity in residents and the valet trash pick up and package concierge are a plus!

The apartments are firstly super expensive. The lease contract had no flexibility at all. My roommate had to leave the city for his new job and I was not allowed to change the lease candidates and because of which I had to pay the whole rent myself which was unexpected and humongous paycheck I made to squander every month. The locality sucks and there are no proper convenience stores or grocery shops and everything that is there closed pretty early. And Gym is not really a Gym for serious workout buddies. They do not have bench press, no deadlifts and no weight section at all. It's complete cardio and a small yoga room with a TV.

My experience was very pleasant I enjoyed very much. Every one was very courteous and very helpful. All my questions and concerns were addressed and answered. I have a small dog so I very pleased they have a place for him that was one of my concerns and I was very impressed about all the amenities for pets overall it's a wonderful environment for my children my dog and myself.

I love it here. This community is quiet but friendly and the commute to the MBTA is only a 5 minute walk! We have plenty of dining options in the area and 2 breweries close by if that is for you. Metro Mark is our home and we love it
