The community is very clean and friendly. Overall the staff are responsive to in person requests, however, email or phone call inquires are not handled in a prompt manner. At times communication regarding garbage removal, Christmas tree disposal, holiday schedules are delayed.

Overall good experience. Our move-in experience was a little rocky since the building and management was so new at the time, but we've been very happy with our experience at metro mark thus far. The building is in a convenient location and we love the amenities it provides.

With underground parking, elevators, wide doorways, walk-in shower and universal design hardware, trash valet, our MetroMark apartments is extremely "age-friendly". The common spaces and services take the amenities over the top. We regularly use the common rooms for meetings, the yoga room for Tai Chi and the computer lounge printer. Our family loves to visit us here because of the roof decks with grills and board games for the grandkids. We enjoy the diversity of residents, mix of ages, and friendly, responsive staff. We call it "Assisted Living On Our Own Terms."

The atmosphere is welcoming and staff are always professional. Requests are responded to and fulfilled promptly and efficiently. The amenities are awesome and location extremely accessible to the T. Great place to raise children.

It has only been a week here and I am in love with the place. It fulfilled all my needs as a tenant and I am satisfied. Sean and Ashley have been pretty helpful since the moment we moved in. Pretty comfortable space and enough to move around. Loving all the perks.

Common areas are very well kept, the personnel are extremely courteous and always have a smile on their faces. When any issues arise, they are quick to resolve it with the least inconvenience as possible. Management creates plenty of activities throughout the year to have all residents (at least those that want to participate) gather and enjoy their time as well as get to know other residents. This is a great place to live and I have enjoyed the time living here.

Great community overall; friendly, responsive staff; beautiful brand-new apartments; useful and well-kept amenities; good value (for Boston); location is good for MBTA users, but a little removed from the main JP commercial area. I would definitely recommend Metromark to a friend.

This is and incredible building first and foremost. Coming from a slum it's an absolute live changer to come home to a new apartment building kept in immaculate condition. The process from the beginning was straight forward and easy. We viewed rooms, signed paperwork and moved in, in what felt like a matter of days. The staff and services are awesome and the residents of the building seem to keep to themselves.

I MOVED IN MAY 1st, 2017 IMMIDIATELY AFTER MOVING IN THE NEIGHBORS NEXT TO MY UNIT STARTED HAMMERING THE WALL TO MY BEDROOM AFTER I HAD GONE TO BED. THEY ESCALATED FROM THERE TAPING INTO MY GENARETOR CONTROLING MY AC, HEAT, HOT WATER, FOR THERE UNIT. I HAVE REPEATEDLY TOLD THE MANAGEMENT HERE AN HAVE REACHED OUT TO CORPORATE AN HAVE BEEN IGNORED AN BLAMED INSTEAD OF HELPED. SO MY OPINION IS DONT BELIEVE THAT U R TREATED LIKE FAMILY HERE BECZ THE ONLY THING THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE RENT CHECK CLEARS.

A nice apartment community with good services (gym, dog park, party rooms). Relatively well located, with ample access to public transport- region is still growing so hoping to get some shops closer to the apt itself during bad weather in the near future. Neighbors respectful. Only complaint was no effort made to find bike thief or to warn other residents after bike stolen (camera footage never looked through). Now keep my bike in the apt, would advise against leaving any even in the locked areas, as this is where it was stolen despite being locked.

Living here has changed throughout the minimal amount of years my partner and I have been living here. Overall the staff is nice and looking for some changes to maintain the level of quality of living in such a nice community. Love the overall community and will continue to live here until we leave Boston or find something better.

Not really lived here for long but it's been a wonderful experience so far. Excellent living conditions. Wonderful spacious apartments. Prompt response to issues by management. As i said earlier, it's been a wonderful experience in all.

I am very happy with MetroMark. The building is clean, well maintained, my apt is very comfortable and most importantly, they are very dog friendly and accomodating to their presence. It is well located near the orange line, so my commute is a breeze and I can walk to many amenities. Just moved to Boston, couldn't be happier with this place. Great way to kick off my new life in New England!

Beautiful building with fantastic and helpful staff! There are a couple of kinks that the building needs to figure out, but those are with the Devin of the building, and every time we raise any issue it is handled immediately and well. Can't ask for much more.
