The community culture and climate went from bad to ok. I think the people on my floor made it a good living community experience not management. Lack of equity here among tenants IDP vs. Market rate.

I have been here over two years and am very happy. The building is very quiet and the residents are friendly. The location cannot be beat. I do not have car and rarely need one. When I do there are Zipcars in the parking lot of the building. Of course most of my travel is via the T which is a five minute walk. The staff is outstanding. Very friendly and helpful.

Isolated, but warm. Everyone is friendly only when spoken to. Improvements can be made by the management to have social events for the residents and have small reminders of togetherness in terms of having a potluck etc

My experience at MetroMark has been wonderful! The leasing staff and managers are all very friendly helpful. The concierge is also very nice and available when other staff members aren't available. The maintenance team was also very helpful and resolved any issues I experienced either same day or the next day.

the garbage pickups a problem .weekends garbage can pile up. garbage trucks outside early am very owners are not aalways considerate in picking up pets waste. grills often dont work . bus depot opposite bldgs congested,noisy,

For the most part, I've enjoyed living here except for some rather disrespectful behavior of a few tenants (leaving trash in hallways, in elevators and unnecessary load noise and at inappopriate hours,etc)

It is good. The common space is clean and neighbors are friendly. It is sometimes noisy as there is not the best sound isolation for each individual unit so I can often hear what is happening in the hallway or other apartments.

Location is convenient if you work in the city ,perhaps the carpets should be cleaned more frequently, I do not smoke which I was accused of and really didn't appreciate it is immensely obvious where the scent of cannabis is coming from and it is quite embarrassing while walking through the hall with guests

Perfect location near to T station, is quiet building, safe all the time, super clean. The leasing office are friendly and professional. The maintenance team are the best.. they fixed very quickly any problems that you have in your aparment. I love this place!!!

Everything and everyone has been great so far. There are only a few minor issues in the apartment but overall it's great. I hear my upstairs neighbors quite a few times but there are no major issues so far.

I have only lived here for a few days so far, but overall I really like it. There are pros and cons like any apartment complex: Pros: right next to train station for easy public transportation access, valet trash collection, the common areas are beautiful and well maintained, the concierge is very friendly and helpful especially with receiving packages, the apartment finishes and appliances are beautiful and modern, closets are spacious, has in unit washer and dryer (washer is small) Cons: hear the footsteps of those in the apartment above me, boilers are small so hot water runs out if your showers are on the longer side, upon move in my dryer was not working and the carpet had not been cleaned as promised (I vacuumed up so much dirt, dust, and animal hair and animal hair still remains in the carpet that I can't get out. Bad for those with allergies). Can hear the train, Aesthetically, the caulking around the bathroom is falling apart and needs to be redone.

Just moved it a few days ago. Move-in was tough because there was only one dolly gicen by the property. At my previous residence I had about three. My shower/tub plumbing issue when I arrived was unexpected and frustrating.

It's was easy and great and very I will recommend it when someone who is looking for an apartment.. And I will also give them tips on how to use it And also instead I'm looking for places out of Boston I think we can also use the app.

Metromark is clean with many wonderful amenities. The units are modern and spacious. The mail service is convenient and the gym is small but useful. I would be happy to remain a resident but it appears as though the management is raising costs significantly.

Great community in great location! Maintenance responds quickly. Leasing staff could be less passive aggressive and communicate with renters more privately and directly. If there is an issue staff will respond appropriately and take measures necessary .

The community is quiet and respectful of one another. Occasionally a resident will be too free with smelling up the place with pot smoke. The management addresses the problem if the unit is identified. Trash collection outside your door can't be beat!

Overall a great place to live. I've had not problems since I've moved in and the community is respectful and friendly. I love the pet friendly environment and the amount of care the staff put in to make it a good place to live

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. So far, no surprises and pleasantly surprised that all has been as advertised. The complex is very well maintained and the amenities are great. Especially appreciate the security for delivered packages and the in-unit laundry.

The experience has been great at this community so far. They try to ensure we feel welcome and connected by hosting small gatherings that include drinks, food and small gifts. They have also respectfully adjusted these based on covid and have made the items to go. There is a great green space courtyard I am looking forward to using in the summer and a roof top deck. Our apartment gets great light and is quiet. We have easy access to a gym and the garage is easy to find a spot. It is close to multiple shops, restaurants, the T orange line ro get downtown in less than 20 minutes and there are three parks in walking distance including the arboretum.

The hallways can be noisy and the apartment is small for the price. I also think that the appliances should be of better quality for a luxury apartment building. The plumbing is not that great eather.

Metromark has been just about everything I was looking for. I moved here in December of 2020 having only seen the site from the outside and video tours. The building is pretty new and everything still has that feel to it. I live in a one bedroom for pretty reasonable rent and it's been a great spot to work from home. There's a lot of natural light and a lot of space to move around. The T stop is a minute's walk away so I've been able to commute anywhere I want when needed (it's been about 40 minutes door-to-door to my office in the North End). Having the bike trail right there for running is an added plus as city running is really hard to navigate. The extra perks for me are the packages getting delivered to the front desk so I don't have to worry about them, the decent sized gym, and the ease of street parking. It's been the sweet spot for me in still wanting to be near the city but not pay top tier city prices.
