Metromark has been just about everything I was looking for. I moved here in December of 2020 having only seen the site from the outside and video tours. The building is pretty new and everything still has that feel to it. I live in a one bedroom for pretty reasonable rent and it's been a great spot to work from home. There's a lot of natural light and a lot of space to move around. The T stop is a minute's walk away so I've been able to commute anywhere I want when needed (it's been about 40 minutes door-to-door to my office in the North End). Having the bike trail right there for running is an added plus as city running is really hard to navigate. The extra perks for me are the packages getting delivered to the front desk so I don't have to worry about them, the decent sized gym, and the ease of street parking. It's been the sweet spot for me in still wanting to be near the city but not pay top tier city prices.

The staff are all helpful and friendly. They work hard to maintain a clean, quiet environment and address concerns quickly. I've only had one reason to request maintenance support but that minor request was met with urgency and the fix was completed within a day.

I have been amazed with this area as my new town. Great community to live in and absolutely love that everything is local which it's hard to find in some areas. Best experience and hope many more will enjoy us here ! :)

Metro mark is a great place to live with a lot of opportunity. Good value. Good location. Easy to move in. Poor communication and overall mgmt. this place can really be awesome with the right mgmt. I'd recommend living here because the apartments are very nice

Great condition and friendly, responsive management/staff. The apartment itself is nicely laid out with good quality appliances and very large windows. The lighting is fantastic. Great floors. Overall very nice.

Is Noisy building Smelling Marijuana Pee of dogs in elevator and in the carpet fire Alarm go on a lot Some residents are very disrespect to other trash in the Stairs some times in elevator even .

Great community, extremely friendly staff, and maintenance always quick to respond. Been here for a total of 2 years. Super helpful when I wanted to move from one apartment in the community to another, and really supportive overall. Highly recommend!

It is a nice community to live in. 3 min walk to restaurants, convenience store and T stop. Very good concierge services and Facilities like gym. Valet trash service is very nice. Easy lease signing process and very patient with answering questions.

The leasing office is extremely unresponsive and hard to reach during the onboarding process. If money is not directly involved in the conversation, it can take days to get an answer to your question or clarification.

I've had various noise complaints made against me earlier on in the lease, one during non quiet hour times and one when I was not home ( I was actually not even in the state). The office threated disciplinary action/ lease violation without even checking in with me first, taking the complaint and running with it. When I decided to schedule a meeting I was then asked about bringing guest into the gym, which was not allowed and someone had complained that I had done so. I never have bought guest into the building gym and it was very interesting that this only came up after I decided to schedule a meeting after all these noise complaints that were not even valid. I felt very targeted during this whole time to the point where now I'm not even comfortable listening to music on my phone speaker on a low volume.

Beautiful apartment and the people who worked behind the desk to check me in were very friendly and helpful. The apartment and surrounding community are really clean. So glad I decided to rent this apartment

So far I have had no bad experience with living in this community. Just wish that there was more of being able to use the community rooms for entertainment of guest but it seems within the recent years it has become an issue.

Nice apartment complex. All new amenities and the apartments are fairly spacious. It is a Great location - easy access to parks and the city. Responsive staff. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to move to the area

Great community, very calm and peaceful. Train/bus station is very close. Good amenities to relax and work, very professional and welcoming staff. The community is always clean and well presented. Living here is great.

I moved here in the middle of the pandemic and did not have a chance to tour the unit, but from the start the management office has been so supportive with video tours and answering all my questions. If any issues with the unit,there is always maintenance support available in less than 24hours. They are very responsive to emails and try to find a solution if any issues. Also trash valet is a plus.

Everyone has been extremely welcoming and kind. The community feels very safe and all of the amenities are amazing! I have a dog and there is a lot of space for her to enjoy and meet other dogs which is a huge plus.

Brand new. Still waiting for tour of my new home as in-person was not available before moving in and at move in was told tour would wait until I'm settled. Dog is still getting used to the dog run. Maintenance has been responsive to issues on move-in.

Nice community, landlords are kind and accommodating, they've been great throughout CoVid with all the social distancing, masks, etc., the garage is super convenient. Location is great- not too far from the city but not to far away from the city either.

The building is clean and secure. Our floor is very quiet. The package concierge and maintenance staff have been a huge help through 2020 and are always friendly and responsive. The location is also very convenient to public transportation, parks, and amenities.

Brand new to the building, so far so good, but too early to tell specifics. Was a good move-in experience, although my sofa did not fit in the elevator. Apartment is clean, noise seems to be at a minimum.

Great building with outstanding service. Worth the money in Boston. Very nice bakery at a walking distance. The T is 2 minutes walk away. Very helpful front desk staff. Parking is about $200 but totally worth it
