Poor value. Poor window treatment. Useless blinds. Very noisy street. Walls and flours do NOT separate sound. if a truck drive pass the street, the whole flour shake as it goes. you can even hear people talking on the street. the rent fails to reflect the true value of the home.

Metromark is a fantastic community. The staff are friendly, service is prompt, and there are several incredible amenities that you won't find for this price anywhere else in Boston. If you are a young professional or have a young family, this is a great place to look! Forest Hills station is across the street, making all of greater Boston easily accessible. There are also several things to do, like restaurants and breweries close-by.

I moved into this apartment thinking it'd be a great experience. At quick glance, this community is lovely. In truth, it sucks. It is constantly dirty. There is often trash on the floor, cigarette butts and dog poop outside and the office staff does not care. The office staff only cares about money and making sure that all units are rented, but not about the community at all. Warning emails are constantly sent but no action is taken, which is unhelpful. The maintenance team does not do a good job.

It is a new apartment in general. It has gym, garden and elevators. It is safe since it needs a key to enter to different places. However, It may be so big so that I need to swich elevators to get to the first floor to the mailbox to get my packages even though I lives in the third floor.

Metro mark is a Great dog friendly community with a ton of different amenities. I love having outdoor spaces and a nice clean gym right down the hall. My dog loves the play area and the front desk staff are all amazing

I wonder who those people who give 5 stars for noise and safety are! The level of noise is high - from across the street bus parking lot, from nearby T and amtrak.... The "soundproof" windows is nothing more than hmmm misinformation during touring to reassure you about next door trains, in case you question them. There is no sound proof whatsoever! You'll here everything. Let's talk about safety... During our residence at metromark the garage doors were often opened and free to enter for anyone. Backdoor lock was broken quite often as well. Homeless peops were found sleeping in a mail room. A group of crack heads were always hanging out just outside the building A. No assigned parking spot for almost $200/month for a parking. They used to advertise parking rent for non-residents, so I'd think it's even worse now. Look for somewhere else. For that money they charge, you definitely can find better options in Boston.

Very good luxury apartments. Near most commuting avenues. About 5 minute walk to restaurants, grocery stores, orange like and bus station. The apartments use very little gas and electricity due to efficient utilities.

Overall, this community is great. It is close to the train, has good community spaces, and the apartment sizes are spacious. Smoke from cigarettes is a concern in the building. We cannot leave our windows open because we are above a bench where people always smoke cigarettes.

Assault is the environment of the apartment is perfect The front desk is so helpful for our movie activity and they also chose some details about it department yours which is a hell for four hour move in activity

I'm pretty much new here, so I wouldn't conclude so fast until I've dived deep enough, my experience is the house is near the train rail, so it's a bit loud, the apartment is gorgeous and clean, and it's pretty close to the subway station.

Diverse community with many younger professionals and college students. I wish there was more stability in community members. I sense people start here and then move on to other properties. The location is great and the neighborhood continues to improve.

So far average? some things better done not so great compared to other places. The whole variable rent thing would normally make me say infinitely worse but I am reserving judgment since it's been a while since I rented. It's horribly disappointing that you take advantage of people like that and don't just advertise rates as standard and consistent. If I need to rent in future I will make it appoint to avoid any property that does this as it is disgusting in my opinion.
