Throughout the entire move-in process - from the initial showing of the apartment and amenities to aiding in the movement of my things to the unit - the staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. I'd heard Corcoran Management was a great company, and I can now endorse that having experienced it firsthand.

It's been okay so far. Management is helpful and maintenance is professionals and responds to request quickly. Currently I have no complaints. I do wish other residents would not smoke on the property and clean up after their dogs. It doesn't seem like there is a lot of enforcement on these issues.

It is a great community with eco friendly environment and also maintains in a proper way. Which has number of amenities and also there is a system for less usage of water. It is a dog- friendly apartment.

It's been great so far! Everyone is helpful and welcoming. We have only been here about 2 weeks now but already feel like home. The dog park is really great for our puppy to be able to get outside safely and quickly.

My husband & I have a good experience in general. We like the dog park and the washing room. We recommend to have one more BBQ grill because during the summer we need to wait several times about 1 hour for one available. The new administrator, Claudia, is very professional and friendly!!

So far so good. Just moved in but the experience has been good. The grounds are clean, parking is ample and reasonably priced, haven't used any common areas other than the gym that leaves a little to be desired but all in all, a solid complex.

Well designed, modern apartments, with high ceilings, lots of light, and modern amenities. Clean, well-maintained common areas. Convenient location. Attentive staff. Responsive maintenance team. It feels good to live here.

I've had a great experience at Metromark. It's quiet, the package pickup works, and I've enjoyed having an in-apartment gym. Importantly, maintenance problems are fixed quickly. I also appreciate the bike racks, though I was disappointed that there aren't more indoors (most are outside).

After moving from another state and not knowing anything from Boston, moving to MetroMark has been excellent. Location is great, the subway is less than a 5mnt walk, and a 15mnt ride to the city. The building is beautiful and super comfortable. The staff is always nice, and they all remember your name, which makes you feel part of the family. I love the building, its facilities and their service. The staff is what makes this new apartment and city feel just like home. Thank You!

Love living here! The leasing team drew us in first. So responsive and helpful. We love seeing them in the office and that they know our names. The maintenance team has always responded so quickly and efficiently. Any time we've have a whisper of a problem or asked for help, they've gone above and beyond.

NOISE!!!!!!! You will hear every single train! Noise from Wash St as well. Forget about opened windows unless you're facing the courtyard. Safety is another issue. For almost 2 years living there almost every day I saw crackheads hanging out in the close proximity to the complex. When building B just opened there were few accidents seeing random dudes drinking booze in the B garage. Overpriced for whatever they offer. Property manager is rude and unprofessional.

Just moved in and so far I haven't faced any major problems. Leasing staff is very helpful during move-in and the apartment was well prepared. Another great thing to note is that even though the train is close by, you're not disturbed by it.

It's a new and modern-designed building with top notch amenities (including gym, trash valet, automated mail/package lockers, and concierge). The management staff are great, and maintenance is exceptionally responsive. You couldn't ask for much more.

Great professional friendly staff & great amenities especially in the summer. There is alot of construction around so it can be a bit noisy especially early in the morning but nothing too crazy. Roof deck is amazing !

Having just moved into MetroMark in JP, I cannot definitively recommend this community. However, I have been very pleased with every aspect of the move-in and leasing process, and, so far, it is a great spot.

The people at MetroMark are awesome! They are super helpful and very accommodating. The move in process went smoothly, parking is great and the community feels homey & safe! We love the gym and courtyards too!!

I just moved into my apartment, and had a great experience with the Metro Mark staff learning about the unit and getting my move arranged from another city. The whole process was seamless. I especially liked how close this building was to the T stop, the arboretum and Franklin Park.

I have only lived here for brief period of time but so far it is better than expected. As you know Boston is an expensive place to live and I searched for weeks until I found something affordable and worth the money. The fitness center isn't huge but it gets the job done. They have free weights, cable machine, any cardio machine you can think of, and a private yoga room as well as other random fitness accessories. On the 2nd floor two large rec rooms are available for use to hang with friends or just to watch some tv. This came in handy until we got our internet set up. MetroMark is located right across the street from the T which is very convenient. There are walking/bike paths located right behind the apartment running all the way to Massachusetts avenue. There is also a beautiful pond with a running path around it located about a mile and a half northwest from here. The neighborhoods are beautiful and well kept making you want to get out of the apartment and explore. There are great local dinner and ice cream spots within a 5 mile radius of here. Honestly I couldn't be happier with Metromark.

Beautiful apartments and buildings. Noise from MBTA train/commuter rail is very loud and can interrupt conversations and television viewing. Hopefully, vendors will lease out empty ground-level spaces for patronage.

Great apartment, convenient location, friendly staff. Love that the community is pet friendly with dog park in behind the building. Have only had one maintenance issue that was taken care of immediately.

Well maintained, nice community with easy access to downtown Boston. Love that units have washer/dryer and dishwasher. Nice gym and roofdeck space with lots of grills. The leasing office tries to make it a community with monthly activities.

Apartments - well made and well appointed. They are comfortable, energy efficient with low heating and cooling bills, and good noise isolation. Community - very friendly and peaceful. Gym and shared community decks/spaces are very convenient. Great staff and maintenance team!
