A nice looking community for the price. Close to shopping and major roadways. Apartment layouts are unique enough and they are currently in the process of modernizing appliances in certain units. There have been moments where noise at night has been an issue, but usually these individuals haven't lived here long. There's front door garbage pick up service 3 times a week. Maintenance staff usually responds very quickly. Fireplaces in some apartments can be nice, but you also lose wall space. Fixtures in bathrooms seem dated and can use replacement. Some eye sores exist like AC/Heating access panels and fuse box panels. Free fireworks displays during some summer nights as the Baysox ballpark sits behind the community. Access to your apartment front door is open to the outside; there is no lobby or internal private access like some luxury communities, Something to consider for single women. Overall, very decent mid range apartment community, but certainly not luxury, although the prices are starting to creep up.

Our lease began in 2013 and the property was originally owned by Equity Residential. Very nice, clean and well located home close to everything. After 3 years and the core of the neighbors within the neighborhood began to leave we started to see a significant change in late 2015/early 2016 which revolved around the new company that they sold the complex to: Bainbridge. Marijuana smell all the time, highschool kids make alot of noise, pool noise after hours with alot of marijuana and cigarette smoke. The maintenance staff decreased dramatically, residential work orders were delayed for months i.e broken dryer, air filter change, bathroom rails etc. Trash overflow became obscene where the smell would overcome the whole area. Our neighbors experienced their storage unit broken into and noticed because items were missing and disorganized. After complaining the lease office acknowledged a break in only after the issue was raised. All the while they continued to increase rent during all of these issues. Maintenance staff also famous for coming to apartment without leaving notice of visit. One of our neighbors realized they visited after leaving the toilet lid up with pee stains. A complaint was made to leasing office with no resolution just a "we will talk to them" response. Final straw, we continued to see residents evicted rapidly, with a push for advertisements on renovated apartments. A real scam since they just repainted and put in new knobs for the cabinets. Residents would receive eviction notices after being late within the same month. We finally left and they wanted to not prorate our rent despite the fact we would not reside the full month and would not give us back our deposit. Do not move here, financially not worth it and there is alot of false advertisement with its appearance. They keep the shrubs cut to keep up appearances that things are grossly lacking. Financially not worth it at all, many use it only as a temporary spot to move out within 6 months to a year. Leasing staff extremely rude and clueless regarding procedures.

Overall experience is okay. My complain is the trash pick up. Trash in my building stay on the front door from 7am - almost 1pm, attracting lots of flies. Sight is really disgusting, not to mention trash odor and then healthwise. The intention is good but the implementation is horrible. Trash needs to be disposed off as soon as possible. Imagine leaving your trash at the door at 7am and returning with guests at 12:40pm and all the trash lining up the front doors. My neighbor always brings out her trash on non pick-up days, leaving it at her front door 2-3 days before next pick. Please find more effective ways of disposing trash. The environment is quiet and beautiful. It is safe and no loitering. The parking lots don't harbor idle teens / youth, so security is not an issue. The staff members are exceptional especially Monique and Ms. Lynn, the property Manager. They are so helpful. Maintenance service is great too. So far so good.

I have enjoyed this community since moving in July 2017. The staff is responsive and timely when making request. Everyone is very professional and helpful. The tenants in the community are also friendly and helpful.

If I could do it all over I would of never picked this apartment to live. My leasing agent was really nice so I thought I was in good hands. I was wrong! My move started out rough where the apartment I was originally going to move to wasn't even ready so I had to switch apartments. Thank God she checked herself before move in day. For the price you pay the apartment does not have a microwave, the counters are an ugly white so any colored spice you use will leave a stain, the carpet feels like your walking on 1ply tissue paper and the walls are super thin. I heard my upstairs neighbor walking and taking a shower. Maintenance was nice but awful. I had to put in 3 work orders for the same problem for anything to get fixed. One time they came to fix my dryer and took the old dryer with my clothes in it. Another time they was attempting to fix a water leak and turned the water off without notifying me. Then last but not least the water that was dripping from said leak they poured in my daughter's bathtub and all over her toys. I had to email corporate just for the property manager to respond. The office staff is rude and does not know md tenant law. The worst person in the office was Donte not sure why he got a promotion he was just as bad as the guy before him always with an attitude. If you don't like your job quit! Then don't ever try to out smart him he will try and argue you down like your wrong and your 100% right. If I didn't have to pay such a huge lease break fee I would of left before the new year started. The grounds are not that nice. The trash compactor constantly broke so trash was overflowing. I remember finding a pill bottle at the bottom of the steps, they left a broken down grill in a pile in a common area for days knowing it's alot of kids at the complex. Then one time they didn't even salt the sidewalks and I almost slipped mind you I was about 4 months pregnant at the time. Overall it was one of the worst apartments I have ever stayed in! If I could rewind the hands of time I would of lived with my parents until I found something suitable this was a step above trash in my opinion. The parking also could get nightmarish if your coming from work late. They stopped towing. So it was like a free for all when it came to people having guests just park anywhere. So try and be home before 7pm. So run don't walk this apartment is not worth the money. Your better off going to the Bowen or Heather Ridge Apartments. Don't make the same mistake I did.

The community is quiet and friendly. Apartment is clean. The windows need to be updated. Parking is nice. The rental office staff are very nice. Overall, it's a good place to live. Great for an active couple with minimal needs.

Initially the community was an 8 out of 10 in terms of overall dersirability (building maintenance to include power washing and daily cleaning of breezeways, landscaping etc.). At present I would assign a rating of 5 to 5.75!

My experience has been good. My apartment is spacious for me. It's quite most of the time. It's convenient to shopping, restaurants and easy to 50 and the beltway. The staff is friendly and ready to assist you in whatever your needs are. To sum it all up its a great place to call home.

The property needs a face lift. For example in the common area breezeway the paint looks HORRIBLE. The paint is peeling terribly, a ton of FLIES are in the light fixtures that are mounted to the side of units in the breezeway.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Any requests for repairs or things of that nature are resolved by the next day. The parking is convenient for all apartments, and the proximity to shops, restaurants and the interstate is very convenient.

This experience has been horrible!The community does not feel safe,the grounds are not cleaned regularly.The apartments are old and need a renovation for the amount of money is charged for monthly rent.The maintenance staff seems as though they don't care.The "courtesy officer" is never available and is no help.Children and teens are always roaming around the community.

Simple- just don't. The rent you pay for this place is substantial, and just not worth it. Of all the maintenance requests I've had to place, either they're never taken care of but are "written off" as completed, or the problem is just never resolved with whatever the tech attempts to do to fix the issue. The community is going downhill- lots of drugs... and many cars parked in lots for people who don't even live here, leaving residents to park far from their buildings in not-so-well lit areas. There are no parking permits required anymore, so it's a free for all. Half of the office staff is RUDE. Not very personable, act as if they're better than everyone else. Just an unwelcoming community across the board.

I've lived here for one year and it's terrible! Here's a list of regular issues: trash in the hallways, trash cans in the hallways, stains in hallways and they are never cleaned, food and drink items including alcohol left in hallways, huge trash can visible near the front of property and running over with trash, trash bend area stacked with trash on the outside and around it for weeks, deteriorating wooden planks in hallways, very old appliances that management try desperately not to replace, maintenance staff ask to stand on tenant's good and expensive furniture to complete maintenance request, emergency maintenance calls are ignored, terrible property manager and maintenance staff, management and maintenance staff lies often, management discriminates against black tenants, management is useless in resolving any kind of issues, management allows noisy neighbors to get away with their actions, management allows stalking and does nothing to intervene but yet participates in it by allowing the stalker access to vacant units especially since management refuses to change the locks (my current situation), management puts tenants in harms way by leaving vacant units unlocked, safety is not management's priority, some hallway lights are blown out and never replaced, management retaliates against outspoken tenants and violate their privacy by having their staff to vigorously watch them and harass them, contractors are send in tenant's apartments unsupervised, tenant notification instructions regarding entry into their apartment is ignored, no weather treatment is done to hallways and parking lots for snow, management often don't respond to complaints regardless of the severity of it, and black tenant complaints are ignored especially if it involves disputes with tenants of other races. This is terrible place to live and it is unsafe. Please look at the pictures I've uploaded so that you'll know I didn't make this up. These pictures have been taken over my stay here and some are very recent. However, these many issues are a reoccurring thing at this property and are standard practice. Don't waste your money renting from Bainbridge because they don't care about nothing but collecting rent money and the corporate office never provides any assistance to tenants even if tenants request it. Horrible Horrible company!!!
