In the beginning the complex was quiet, rental office was responsive to questions, inquiries and issues. Over the years since being here management has not been as attentive to resident issues or concerns.

This is a nice place to live it feels very safe. They are updating things everyday. I personally have had great neighbors and can't do much complaining. I will be renewing my lease for a third time!!!

Based on the 6 months that I have been here in this community both the office staff and maintenance staff have been very courteous, professional and helpful. When we changed over to the new rent caf?, the office staff was helpful in helping me. We had several laughs together (very people oriented) on me.

This community looks nice on the outside but don't let that fool you. The front office does not have residents interests at heart . The marijuna issue is ridiculous. Our laundry room and bathroom consistently smell of marijuna and the management could care less. As non smokers and having a 2 year old and newborn in our family the exposure is great. This apartment is only concerned about money.

Amazing place to live. Apartment location is perfect and easy to get to Downtown DC and Annapolis in a flash. Very safe and great leasing office staff. The apartments are great and very quiet. Neighbors are very courteous and friendly, highly recommend

I am a current resident the apartments are poorly maintained. In my apartment I had two floods from the kitchen sink and one from the water heater. I have mold growing and called two times, no one from the leasing office responded. I had to call the corporate office. I have problems with pest as well namely centipedes and milipedes. The only solution the office provides is calling pest control. Pest control comes to my apartment every other week if not the centipedes will take over. Very dissatisfied with living here and may not renew my lease.

So far, it has been pretty peacful around here. The neighbors are friendly, and I love that it is a pet friendly area. Only issue I had was the a little bit of rotted wood in my cabinet, but otherwise all is well! The staff were understanding and nice, to add on.

when I first came in the leasing office I feel welcome. Lynn help me through the hole process of showing me a unit and answer all my question. I have been back to her for more help and she step right up and help. Before I move in to my apartment Lynn had the apartment clean for my move in. The outside in keep up nice and all my neighbors smile and say hi. I haven't seen one bug in my unit, this was a big concern for me.

I've been here going on a year the move in was good apartments are kinda small for the prices they want you to pay neighborhood and neighbors and nice maintenance is very quick to coming to fix a problem and very nice & clean up after themselves very convenient to shopping & eating it gets dark at night could use some more lighting to light the parking lot a bit more the only downfall is the office staff the leasing manager is nasty makes you not even wanna come in or call the leasing office to discuss anything thank goodness you can do everything online other than that I have no complaints...very peaceful neighborhood I would recommend the apartments just be aware of the office staff???????

Nice location. The apartments are just ok for the price. Management is rude. I dread going into the leasing office for anything! I can't wait to move! Pet owners don't pick up after their pets and trash is everywhere!

Nice quiet community. Well kept grounds. Most affordable in the area. Professional staff. Wish walls were so thin to avoid hearing neighbors noise/music even above. Shower/tub squeeks when in use. Rather not live near the compactor as trash it often overflowing and furniture item left out for pickup=eye sore for those living near the compactor. Good property overall...no real regrets! ??

Great experience! Had a slight hiccup during move in, but the office handled it with care and quick responsiveness. The regional management staff are equally as supportive and helpful. Community is very quiet and very clean. All of our neighbors has have been incredibly welcoming. Really happy to be a part of this apartment community

Great location. Staff member, Amber, has been pleasant from the first time in the office. She continues to offer assistance even after I moved in. The maintenance team is prompt in addressing issues. The community is quite and appears to be safe.

GREAT COMMUNITY! I absolutely love this community, I heard great things about these apartments before I moved in so when I found out they had availability, I wasted no time. This area is quiet and in the best location! The management company takes very good care of the property, so it stays nice and clean throughout the whole community. The apartments are beautiful inside and maintenance is always friendly and on top of their job. I also had great encounters with the leasing staff, my leasing consultant Melody was very helpful and of top of everything and made sure my home was ready for move in. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a new home.

The units are very good to live. We do not get afraid walking in and out at night times. We conclude that security is adequate. We are on the second floor and are experiencing abrupt noises from upstairs above us in our unit.

Good schools which is why I'm here. Apt is neat n quiet most times. Neighbors are nice n courteous but there was an issue of theft but I haven't seen any active response from management. They didn't even notify residents so that we can be watchful.

Every week someone wake up to find all 4 tires of your car gone. The staff don't care about it. I'm going to call the tv station maybe after that the will improve security. This place is dark at night and there is no camera no where

Management does not seem to replace anything that appears to be old, rusted, or faded in paint. Rather, they just paint over it to hide any imperfections. I have also had plumbing issues (kitchen and bathroom backing up) since the move in date. Maintenance has been requested several times, but they seem to use quick fixes (drain all), rather than fixing the problem.

I absolutely love it here! It is extremely peaceful and quiet! I am welcoming my first child this September and I couldn't have pick a better place to come home to and raise a child! Apartments are spacious and super close to shops and highway!
