I've only been here for a week & already love the community and area! Very quiet & convenient. We had a few major issues upon move-in but maintenance has handled them expeditiously! Most of the office staff have been very helpful and courteous.

The problem with this complex is the leasing office staffs,they treat you anyhow and don't have respect for you,and thereis no emergency maintenance help, you can call for hours and no one will pick your calls. But it is a good neighborhood. K

They were really helpful when it was Equity however now that they are bainbridge the quality of service regarding maintenance has gone down and some of the leasing consultants are unprofessional and only want to help if its convenient for them. Trash is a huge problem. However the location is perfect and neighbors are friendly. The area is safe overall.

When Governor's Green was under Equity Apartments, service was impeccable. Now that it has switched, we are contacting maintenance more often to fix issues that could have been handled within the first notices.

Close to post office, Home Depot, lowers,Walmart, bowie town center, ER, highways, BWI and only 30 minutes to DC. School for kids and the fire department are few minutes from this place, bowie stadium just at the corner

Since my stay at Governors green I have seen the property sold 3 times. Each time it gets worse. The rent continues to go up, but service and quality of living goes DOWN. Clearly tenants need to live somewhere and Governors Green takes advantage

The apartment complex as a whole has been very nice. The office staff is friendly. It is relatively quiet and close to many restaurants and shopping malls. It is nice having a pool and fitness center on site. The washer and dryer in your apartment is also a plus.

Overall the experience has been ok. The noise level in the apartment is somewhat bothersome. I put in a service request for an exterminator for my apartment, I haven't heard or seen an exterminator come to my apartment. The rent is a little high.

I must say that my agent was nice. in. First,on move in date the cleaning people where still in the apartment cleaning. The place was dirty, new carpet only. Bleach smell was horrible, but at least I know the place was cleaned and sanitized. Second, the bathroom door was locked, the bathroom window would not raised. Then on Sunday, the key would not unlock the bottom lock, my movers where there and we could not get in . I had to call the emergency number and the maintenance person was there within the hour, he said he was coming from Rockville. When he arrived he could not open the door with the keys that were given to me. He had to install a bottom lock. Now during this process I had to pay the movers a extra $150 because of the extra 1 hour wait time to get into the apartment. I am requesting a reimbursement for that $150. Also, I did not get a mail box key on the move in.Do I pick up my mail at the mail boxes near the lease office. . I have not receive a copy of my rent agreement. Also, as a suggestion, please inform people or advertise it that your complex apartment does not come with microwave oven. Which I find that hard to believe in this modern day a microwave is not a standard amenity in apartment complex. That could be a good marketing suggestion. Those are my comments and complaints. I love living here. I wish the apartments were upgraded to fall in line with the other apartments in the area but overall i am satisfied with the community. I hear a lot of overhead noise in my apartment and that is the only thing that makes me unhappy here.

I have lived here for over 4 years. I have seen the turnover in management and the staff. I would have to say my personal experience has been well. It is a great location and the apartments are very spaces and nice. The front office staff has been extremely helpful and I love the property manager Lynn Lowther!

The staff at Equity was friendlier when I first moved in, and maintenance did a better job of outside building upkeep. Bainbridge took over, and the outside doesn't seem to be as clean (stairwells etc.) . The lights flicker in the stairwells and have been doing so for months. Also the rent seems to be skyrocketing, but no updates to units without moving to a new unit and paying the higher rent.

It was a rough start, as the apartment wasn't ready twice. Then the things I was promised for compensation were not available. My upstairs neighbor walks really heavy, and the ceiling creeks something awful when they walk. However the property is nice and the location is perfectly located near everything I need.

The community is quiet and the neighbors are nice. The rental office staff is very accommodating and professional. If I ever have an issue they are more than willing to help. Parking is plentiful and the maintenance staff is respectful and always willing to help.

I love living here. It's quiet. And it's kept of very nicely. Everyone that works on this property is very nice. I love the trash pickup that was added. The only issue I have, if I have to pick anything, is the parking. It doesn't seem to be enough.

The apartment is pricey however, the neighborhood is nice and it is relatively quiet. I do think that we should have assigned parking spaces. If I had a complaint it would be having to park at another building because someone's guest has parked in front of the building.

Overall, my experience here has been good. Maintenance has always been delayed. The new management staff is not the nicest. The grounds are well-kept however, the community can be very dark at times. I would recommend the community two others

I did not move in on my move in date, but 15 days later...once I moved in, I found mold in my refrigerator, AC not working and hot water. I brought my concerns to the staff and they repaired all of my concerns in a timely manner! Trash is a issue!!!! I am afraid we will have rats very soon!

Quiet place and very clean. We are very satisfied so far. My only comment is that our ac broke down. The management did put to window acs; however, as of yet, the problem with the ac adapter has not been taken care of. They say they are waiting on the spare part, but it is over two weeks now.

The grounds and extra amenities are nice. The thing I like most about the complex is that it is very quiet. I also like the fact that it is clean. Staff is very accommodating and the neighbors are friendly as well. It is near essential stores and right off the highway. Location is everything !
