Friendly neighborhood, what I love about this apartments is that everyone is really respectful, and pet friendly. The staff is on top of everything, D'andra has answered all of my questions; she's there to help.

Clean, quiet and safe. I moved in April 2021 to a one bedroom unit and it's been great. The office staff are very friendly and available to answer your questions. The location is great since it's right across the street of a strip mall. No issues yet!

It's a great community of people who live here. The complex is quite and I feel safe. The complex overall is a bit dated but the location is ideal being so close to the 50. I love that there are several places to shop near by. Overall I'd give it a 4 of 5 stars.

This is a nice, quiet, centrally located apartment. It's convenient to the major highways. Lovely apartment layout and dedicated staff. I love it here. They are always looking vways to improve the community.

On initial move in, staff was great (2017)until they changed management(2018), then service and customer service declined. Fortunately contract was sold to a better company in (2021) and everything has improved greatly, especially with the customer service ????????

My experience has been good. Any issues I had was addressed immediately and resolved. I would recommend this community to my friends and family. It's close to your favorite stores and the highways to DC and Baltimore is close by.

Overall experience is very nice. Just need to upgrade appliances and carpet and tiles in kitchen,bathrooms and foyer. Also, differently the hot water tank on the balcolny because every time the wind blows it goes out. When tents move in with pets and take them out to walk, they should make sure they pickup their Poop.

Quiet community, friendly staff, close to shopping and dining..pet friendly washer and dryer in unit... maintenance request are handled at a timely manner ... Close to Rt 301 and Rt 50... six flags is less than 30 min away

Lovely but costly. If you live on the bottom floor their are lots of noise with foot steps from those at the top. The floor is not padded. The equipments are old. They make cranking noise when starting, such as the air conditions.

I have not had any issues while living here.. I moved in during the pandemic so many things were limited but the maintenance responded in a timely manner when needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and there is plenty of parking spaces. The complex is in a great location near shopping and the highway.

Overall - good... great neighbors; the maintenance crew is great IF they come. It seems that the office staff doesn't get messages. There is poor communication between residents and the office staff. The maintenance crew is really good when they get the notices.

My experience has been satisfactory. The leasing office staff and the maintenance staff have been accommodating for the most part. The biggest negative issue has to do with the trach compactor outside.

The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive. The community is clean and quiet. There are a few parks within a 5 minute drive and the area is very convenient to highway 50 to be able to easily get around.

Very nice place to live and friendly staff. Grounds are well maintained and location is great for shopping and commuting to work in DC. Plenty of parking for guests, and maintenance is easy to request using the online portal. Very satisfied with my experience here at Governors Green.

Maintenance staff has actually been very responsive, but THEY NEED TO INSTALL CAMERAS in this community! There is at least one thief roaming around the development who is keen to the USPS delivery schedule and steals deliveries! The post office and mail carriers confirm this. My goodness, what else is it going to take?! I've had too many of my USPS deliveries stolen and I no longer arrange for deliveries through the USPS for this reason. How awful to have to do this. I contacted the office because of my concern and nothing has been done. Unbelievable.

Affordable price and overall nice. Just no reason to say they have amenities that they refuse to open but still make you pay for. Safety is a tiny bit of concern with car tires being stolen but never felt unsafe to go outside. Recommend them to install gates in the community to fix that problem.

I lived here going on three years and I love it. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and is always clean. Maintenance and the staff are great and professional. I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend Governors Green to a friend or family member.

First week at my first apartment. The kitchen is outdated but so far the community is friendly and quiet. Trash pick up is included but I wasnt made notified to which day or how to go about it. Front office is friendly. Melody leased us and a lady with a C I cant remember exactly , she was super nice and welcoming.

Quick and easy move in. My place is clean, quiet, and warm. Leasing office staff was friendly and helpful. One negative is the valet trash service. They don't always come daily/on time. Hopefully this will improve and overall, I hope I continue to have a good experience here!

Lynn the property manager definitely has some serious professionalism issues and she clearly doesn't know the laws on landlord tenants. I've never met a property manager bold enough to talk to a resident like they ran the company. Interesting experience to say the least.
