The community is Satisfactory. It is close to major roadways and is located in one of the better areas of Prince George's County. I've lived here for 8 years and there is normal wear and tear but you should note that they do not make any minor updates.

The property is nice the maintenance is horrible. I have had serveral ceiling leaks and 2 hot water heater flooding. Need to hire maintence that actually fix the problem instead of patching them up.

Overall I love my apartment and the amenities and the surrounding community. Just need to improve on a few things, including security and maintenance staff. Maybe cameras or an on site security will help

The process was effortless. I visited many different apartments until I found the right one. Some apartments were newly renovated with modern ceiling fans and lighting fixtures. Some of the apartments have laminate hard wood and they were amazing.

Bedrooms have sufficient space. Unfortunately, we are looking to move due to: Poor maintenance. Cars have been vandalized. Marijuana smelled throughout the parking lot & building. Pool is closed more than open during summer. Car station vacuum doesn't work.

Well, I have been through many owners, but them] maintenance staff seems to stay pretty consistent in service. Different companies have different priorities as far as how a community should be maintained, so we will see what the new property owner has to offer.

So far my experience here isn't that bad. The trash near the entrance can become a bit of an eye sore at times while the trash collection team are off on Friday/Saturday. Subsequently, all the residents I've encountered are nice a respectful.

My experience being a five month resident at Governor Green is fair,it can be better! The maintenance is needs to do better with work orders. There needs to be more lighting in the parking lots. Parking is very convenient.

My experience at this community has gotten worse with every year I continue to stay. The property is constantly being sold to new buyers, as it has been recently. They state they are making improvements but I have yet to see them. The condition of the outside of the buildings, such as the steps and landings is disgusting with food stains not being cleaned up on a regular basis and siding looking dirty and damaged.

Overall the community is great, I sometimes have problems with management meeting the needs of my requests. I moved in 3/22 and the windows of my apartment fell off track, it took them a whole year to get them fixed.

The community is well equipped with adequate facilities like swimming pool, gym, out door chairs and a safe playground for kids. The environment is clean and reasonable serene. I will enjoy it's proximity to my child's school and my place of work too. The playground has been the top most excitement for my daughter and she looks forward to every moment.

too early to determine all repairs noted prior to move in have yet to be completed experience a plumbing problem with toilet line to shut off valve leak it was repaired but not immediately appreciate that a note was left after repair made

Staff works very well to fix issues. Preparing to not have issues is ideal. Window seal cleaning and balcony cleaning is more appeasing when done without asking. Electrical sockets built upside down(low attention to detail). Staff was still amazing. Thank you Ms. Ridley.

Folks are nice here. No problems. We are happy with the apartment and services. The area is nice and nearby to many things: gyms, pools, movies, restaurants and groceries. The location is good to go North or South.
