I've enjoyed my time here at Governor Green. The property has held up well and I've had no major issues. I recommend this property as an affordable and safe place to live. However the character requirement for this submission is frustrating.

I appreciate there's not a lot of stipulations on parking. Love access to a gym. The valet trash is a plus. Maintenance doesn't take forever to show up. Staff is always pretty easy to communicate with.

Although I had heard about cars being stolen from this property, we moved here anyway as the property always looked nice, neat and clean. In the beginning, things were going well, then about 2 years in, there started being breakins with our vehicles. My vehicle has been broken in twice stealing my handicap sticker as well as a few of my neighbors in my direct vicinity. Even my neighbor, who is a police officer, his actual police car was broken into. For the price, you think they could have some security between the hours of 1am and 6am driving around the grounds. The Management company and the maintenance crew are very nice and professional.

Neat and quite environment, experienced maintenance team and staff members, there was no delay in attending to a maintenance request, nice playing ground for kids and accessible gym facilities, good playing facilities for dogs and dog friendly facilities

Overall the community is quiet and feels like a neighborhood, rather than just an apartment complex, which I really appreciate. The location is excellent with easy access to shopping and the Governor Bridge Natural Area. The layouts of the apartments are very nice and spacious, good value for the price. You can access free parking here, which is amazing and abundant, depending on where you are located. I like that there are three levels for parking, free, reserved, and garages. Negatives: There is no recycling here. The dumpsters can get very overflowing, smelly, and attract pests. Finishings in the apartments are shoddy and fall apart quickly after moving in. There is a charge to bring a guest to the swimming pool. The fitness center is only open when the office is open (same with the pool). Neighbors are not very respectful with trash or cleaning up after their dogs. In other ways, neighbors are very respectful and friendly.

Tyrina was very pleasant and courteous very and understanding. She offered suggestions to meet my family's need. Governors Green is the quitest and cleanest apartment complex I've visited. No loitering or people standing outside smoking.

Not too bad. The staff are very cordial and environment is always clean though the rent is high too. The maintenance is great . Less noise and great parking spaces. Security is good though sometimes people lost their car tyres so there must adequate security too.

The complex offers no amenities, charges for pool passes, and has a small fitness center. TV remotes are only available in the leasing office. Apartments are basic, overpriced, and customer service was lacking.

Actually we've been living in this community for almost 8 years now. We love this community because it's clean and quiet. People are friendly. It is pet friendly. Request for maintenance is quick. community staff is approachable especially Qwantina. We plan to stay here for another two years.

The Community is quiet and the grounds are well kept. Although I do not interact often with the office staff members, when I call everyone seems courteous and professional.I feel comfortable with my surroundings.

The neighborhood is very clean and quiet. Neighbors say hello in passings. Office staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location to get to places you visit for daily needs such as gas, schools, groceries, food, etc.

Needs security cameras as my vehicle was damaged and then stolen. Maintenance does not complete work orders in a timely manner. And the people that clean up the grounds often miss garbage, and it stays there for days.

This is a very decent community. It is clean and has nice renters. The office staff tries its best to help. So they do their job very well with the help of office leadership. When renters have questions, all they must do is contact the office to get their issues dealt with.

I just moved in, but so far everything is great! The leasing manager was great and helped us move in on short notice and the community seems clean and safe. It's also a great location for both mine and my husbands work!

I had a problem with a neighbor who was harassing my family. Vandalized my property. When that neighbor finally got evicted they caused a major leak to my apartment forcing us to have to move. It was a horrible experience.

I've gotten tired of complaining about the refrigerator and smoke alarms. As nothing has been done about either. Every other issues I have, I can live with. I had a complaint about trash pickup but it seems to have been resolved.

Relatively quiet property. The staff keep the property clean and maintenance requests are promptly addressed. Close to shopping and main thoroughfares. Some of the features are a bit dated, but still nice for the price!
