Decline in amenities and overall care of the property. Maintenance does not communicate with the leasing office, on return there is poor communication to the tenant. Maintenance requests, while are addressed in a timely fashion, are not properly attended to. Leasing office personnel is nice when you go in and talk with them but if you have complaints or actual concerns their attitudes shift.

I viewed the 2 bedroom unit at this community and I was very pleased with the mix of hardwood and carpet as well as gas cooking. This community is very nice in a great neighborhood. I love the indoor pool and gym.

Property is a decent. Good management and attentive maintenence team. Things could be updated and for the price should be but most everything else is done as best as can be done. Also safe for families and pretty quiet even with the minor league field to the south.

Nice place to live. It is very quiet and there are good people that live here. Rent could be cheaper but you get a nice size apartment. Great customer service and the community is very well kept. Lots of parking!

Property has gone down a whole lot since I first moved in almost five years ago. Once we changed management it has not been the same at all. They don't care and come off as unprofessional. I wouldn't be able to dummy recommend this property to anyone.

Its quiet and doesn't have people hanging around outside. I love the trash service they have. It really comes in handy . Neighbors stay to themselves, which I like as well. Overall, its nice to live around here.

Everything is ok i guess. I just dont like the fact we have to pay for valet trash and i dont even use it because every time i put the trash outside my door, the raccoons and foxes tear it up so i take it out myself to the dumpster and watch out for all the big rats.

As far as calling the office They Don't Half Answer the Phone and you have to leave a message and No One Calls Me Back anyway but you can raise the rent 260.00 for this type of service with the rat resort around the trash cans throughout the community and poor trash pickup from the vendor..this is the comment that should be put up when you ask for reviews.

Things have been very pleasant here since I moved in. The staff have been very accommodating, pleasant and prompt with everything. The apartment is nice and was very clean on move in date. The residents have been a pleasure to get acquainted with as well. They do a great job of maintaining the property to keep it looking nice. I've had a great experience with everyone in the office that I have had the pleasure of meeting, Lillian was my agent but every one of helped in some way. Overall this is a good community to live in. As any apartment community this place has its ups and downs but overalll I've had way worse and I'm very appreciative of the staff listening to the residents and trying there best to make everyone happy (which is impossible)

Need to ensure all major appliances are working properly and repairs are completed with high level of quality control and not just completed just to say that it was done. I also feel the trees need to be cut and maintained on a regular basis back and possibly treated for insects.

The community is exactly what I was looking for when I first moved in. It's near everything I need, such as grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and etc. It's right off the highway when traveling and near DC and Baltimore. However, things have changed and not for the better. Trash is left on the ground near the dumpsters from residents and before this never happened, which is probably the reason for the rodents and no updates in the apartment with appliances. My water pressure is low when showering and when flushing the toilet.

I love this community. It's close to the highway (route 50 & 301). Bowie town center is close by. The restaurants nearby are amazing. I've never had a problem contacting the office staff. Everyone in the community is friendly.

Staff was very informative and communicative. They also were flexible with my move-in date and kept me aware of things during each step of the process from tour to move-in. Parking is always available in front of my building at all times of day which is awesome. Apartment is very spacious.
