I like the employees at the leasing office. They are helpful if I have any questions. The laundry room has gone down hill and not been repaired/ kept up. There have been 3 major incidents since I've lived here. 2 shootings and 1 raid. I don't feel safe anymore.

This apartment is in a great location, has great amenities, and the apartments themselves are clean and very spacious. However, the management has been incredibly hard to work with. They had me the wrong address in the lease to send the first months rent to, they told me there would be an ethernet port which there is not, and they did not contact me until a day before move in day to tell me that if I was not coming on the exact day it was available I would need to sign a new lease. They have been great since I have moved in, but before arriving it was an incredibly stressful process.

Modern living with a touch of small town usa. All the amenities you could want paired with a price you can't beat. Not to mention a top notch staff dedicated to ensuring your stay here is an enjoyable one.

For 20 years I have clued Doncaster Village my home. It was magical for many years. I enjoyed coming home to my apt and had many friends that felt the same. In the last few years things have changed. The management has lost our respect. Vetting new residents does not seem to be important anymore. I no longer feel safe in my surroundings. There is a constant smell of marijuana in my building. There are obvious drug deals in broad daylight. There is trash on the grounds......everywhere. VERY loud music at all hours.... outside and in. It no longer feels like home. The amount that we pay in rent is not for market value apts. I am sad about the current condition of this complex. I don't see it getting better. Open your eyes Continental Realty!

Its a place to stay nothing spectacular here. You get what you pay for. Online payment is convenient. Office occasionally closes without much notice. Minimal effort is given to resolve issues. Easy access to food and grocery.

Its a nice community with a very nice staff, maintenance respond to your requests more promptly if they are called in than if they are sent through email. I think that has more to do with the system used for automatic request than it does the maintenance staff (they have been nothing but helpful since ive been here)

I am very satisfied with all the other things about the current apartment (i.e., maintenance, appearance), except that the noise from upstairs is driving me crazy. We really need the floor to be fixed, so we can have a great living environment.

11/02/2020 I've been living here for two months and so far it has not been so good. Maintenance takes a long time to respond to request and the leasing office is not very responsive especially during this time when it is closed to the public during this pandemic. I need maintenance to come resolve an issue in my apartment and I can't get ahold of anyone who can tell me when they will be at my apartment. I feel like I am being ignored on purpose.

Unprofessional staff, slow to handle responses. For a smoke-free community, I sure am amazed at how many days I come home to the smell of cigarettes and worse. Location is fairly great though! I do enjoy walking and running around the block and generally feel safe. If only this was managed by other people.

Besides seeing trash on the road instead of a dumpster which is the residents responsibility. I am satisfied with my decision to stay here and would recommend it to someone looking for a place to move

My fianc? and myself moved here 1 month ago. We had two issues that needed to be fixed, the shower was dripping water after shutting it off and the coat closet rod was out of place. It took awhile to send maintenance but they showed up friendly and fixed the issues very fast and clean. We were really impressed for what they've done for us.

Quiet, safe. A nice place to live. A great place to raise a family. The schools are nice. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. I have been here for 12 years and have had a good experience. I highly recommend Doncaster Village.

Pros: Beautiful, quiet area. Minimal noise is heard from other neighbors. Those that work late at into the night will not encounter parking issues. Cons: Slow maintenance. Bug infested even in a renovated apartment. Spoke with neighbor who has encountered the same issue. Ineffective pest control. Poor attitude among leasing agents.

It is a great and beautiful community. Staff is super helpful and available when need. The apartment I am renting is not similar to the showing since it was a cheaper price but still managable. Soon, i think its bests to create a model with a washer and dryer so future residents know what to expect. I did not know the had a seperate community farther up (which I live in) that they need to notify potential future residents when looking into the property.

Very nice and quiet accept for shower pipes from apartment above when in use. I don't believe this is something that can be fixed. But if it could be fixed that would be nice. That would require some major work though..

Hello I was contacted by Ms. Alisha and she told me this past Friday they were going to be putting floorboards in the apartment above to stop the noise. I constantly hear noise all day everyday from them, I was just woken up Early Sunday morning at 4am because it was so much stomping and banging noises. I've already tried everything, I have a long list of paper trail with times and dates. I have recordings of these banging noises and this is not fair I pay 1105 just like the neighbor above me I have to deal with the disrespect and now the leasing office not doing anything they never did just sent out a piece of paper. I'm done trying to fix this I've been doing my part the leasing office have yet to make me feel like I'm welcomed as a resident and it's a shame because I love it out here but I cannot tolerate the on going noises and my complaints being tossed to the side like I don't pay BILLS HERE TOO! I'm a hardworking adult. So now my next step is making an escrow account because I no longer feel comfortable even Wednesday when Alisha called me I told her I don't even be home during the week like that no more because I'm not comfortable or at peace I TOLD HER THIS. How is this leasing office suppose to ensure that all residents are being treated fairly when they have don't nothing but disregard EVERYTHING I've been saying since June 17,2020! Plus I find it funny that I was told from Ms. Wendy that because the resident has been here for three years that means they aren't going to tell her to quiet the noise or HAVE respect for the neighbor under you instead she told me she reached out the person that use to live in my apartment and she said she never had any complaints.... WHAT DO the neighbor who use to live here have anything to do with NOW?! I pay these bills not the neighbor that use to live here... then I was offered a third floor apartment and I'm just like so if someone else move in that apartment and they say they have noise compliants what you gonna offer them another apartment???? It's not making sense nor is it adding up to me! Again I feel like I'm not welcomed and not being heard and now I will be making an escrow account

Moved in 3 years ago. Apartment had a heavy smoke smell. Leasing office did nothing about it. We could tell that the apartment was not freshly painted. Could've help with the smell. Very quiet when we moved in. We never had the washer and dryer that was supposed to be installed in out unit 2yrs ago. The rent increase is not worth it.

I originally planned to move to Ridge Gardens. As my move in day grew closer, the customer service got worse. No one answered or returned my calls. I called Doncaster and they treated me like family. I was able to see the model apartment within 15 MINUTES of inquiring. I loved it. I loved talking to the staff. I loved the pool and more importantly the sprinkler area for my one year old. Service was so great I moved my move in date up three weeks earlier. Amber was an exceptional member. She was very prompt and helped keep me in the loop every step of the way.

I have lived at Doncaster Village since 2003. First in a townhouse, had to move in December from Shawnee Ct. Due to a fire and now here on Bexleigh CT. Overall I would recommend this community . The property is well maintained , any mantiance issues I may have have been addressed in a timely manner. New carpet is installed for each new tenant ( not true for many other rentals) and Doncaster is affordable.

Even though it has been less than a week living here, i feel very safe. I decided to rent a bottom floor apartment which made me nervous, but its such a quiet safe neighborhood. I dont feel worried about intruders or my families safety.
