Miles was amazing and a huge help! He really gave me a great first impression and it's going to stick with me for when I'm able to properly make plans to move down to Maryland! He was made aware before touring the apartment that I have plans to move down from Michigan in the next year or two, and still did his best to sell me on the apartment and the community as if I were paying for it that day. I really appreciated the assistance and look forward to potentially moving there in my future!

I absolutely enjoy the community but I am also lucky to be in the complex that I am in. Love this spacious environment, and the pool is just wonderful! The neighbors are quiet and friendly which is an extreme plus!

I have rented at this community now as a single mom for four years now. I have never had one late rent payment, never broke one compliance issue at any time. This year I was informed at lease renewal time that they were raising my rent by $300.00 a MONTH to renew for another 12 months! I was forced to only renew the lease for 10 months at an increase of $200.00 per month and I am stretched so thin now and although I had no plans on moving up until this all happened, I have no idea where I'm going to move to when this lease is up. I'm basically being forced out. A dream tenant, never late on rent in 4 years, my kids and I never causing any problems, it's so sad.

It was pleasant, my son really enjoyed it. I have since put in an application to rent and am now waiting to hear back but I like the community. It was well kept, the leasing office was clean and smelled amazing and Shawn who did my tour was so nice and informative.

Being a part of this community has been great. In my time of need, they was there for me. When I had a problem the manager was right on top of the situation. The time I've been here I've been really please.

If you wish to live at a place that continuously raises cost of rent whilst providing literally nothing for the increased cost, well have I got the place for you! Years ago we were promised in unit washer dryers. But alas a "change in management " killed that project and you have to pray that the basement laundry units are functional that day.

DOG OWNERS NOT PICKING UP AFTER THEIR DOG POOPS AND THEIR DOG RUN AROUND WITHOUT A LEACH ON THE DOG'S COLLAR - THE FLOOR OF THE APARTMENT IS VERY THIN OR I HAVE NEIGHBORS WHO LOVE BANGING AND THROWING THINGS ON THE FLOOR ABOVE MY HEAD - SOUNDS LIKE DUMB BELLS FOR BODY BUILDING AND SEEMS LIKE THEY ARE RUNNING AND JUMPING UP AND DOWN UPSTAIRS ALL THE TIME - CALLED THE COPS ONCE AND COPS SAID THAT THEIR WERE 3 CHILDREN RUNNING AROUND IN THE APARTMENT - I HAVE SEEN 2 ADULTS IN THE APARTMENT BUT FIVE PEOPLE IN A ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT IS REALLY TOO MUCH - I COMPLAINED TO THE OFFICE STAFF ABOPUT THE NOISE IN THE APARTMENT ABOVE ME AND SUGGESTED THAT THEY MOVE THE UPSATIRS NEIGHBORS TO A GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT DUE TO ALL THAT NOISE ACTIVITY BUT SO FAR NOTHING

I really like the community and it's very safe. I enjoy going on walks and swimming at the pool this summer. It's a beautiful place to live in and I feel like it's my home. It's really that loud except I hear people stomping around upstairs.

Please do not move in there! It used to be a beautiful place to live but the office and maintenance are horrible! There's a lot of section 8 there and they do not take care of things! When you complain to the office they knew nothing about anything!

I have had multiple issues with getting maintenance problems resolved in my apartment. The wall in my living room Continues to leak and no one has any urgency to fix the issue. Now I have a hole in my ceiling in my bathroom and no one has contacted me to finish the work but closed out the order.

Hate this place. It's gone down. When i first moved in it was great. The office people have changed. The pool area is horrible. Maintenance men are new & lazy. It's only 3 maintenance guys that knows what they are doing. It's terrible here

The Worst, Incomplete work Mold, Mice, poor building structure, flooding, Bugs, holes in walls, Blinds. Shelves need to be Fixed, carpet needs to be Shampooed, door not secure, Micr, Bugs, Mice ???????

Staff is professional and speedy with maintenance requests which is rare! Neighborhood is quiet and close to lots of stores. They have lots of treats in the leasing office and I love when they have events because they normally give away gift cards with high dollar amounts. The fact that is has a pool and costs less than other places is a plus. Spacious, peaceful and professional low cost apartments. I would recommend to a friend and already have

I have been here for a long time and it has been mostly quiet. I am close to family and friends and it is convenient to my work and shopping the apartment is the smallest I have ever lived in. Haven't had many maintenance calls over the years.

I like the community, it's accessible to shopping centers and restaurants . Close to major highways.The neighborhood as a whole is quiet and well kept & family oriented, you can walk in the neighborhood and feel safe

It is good for apartment service. But there is some details which can be improved. For example, this year it needs to change swimming pool pass, it should to inform it by email. I didn't know it before and when I got there I could not enter, it was not a good experience.

This building is alwyas smell of Marijuana. Kids they seats on step and eat when they are finish live trash behind in the building. Weekend its hard to find parking close to building. Kids are making noise in street and inside building

I'm feeling uncomfortable bringing my relatives and my friends to my new house. The Hallways are very dirty and the hallway carpets look like they haven't been changed for many years. The carpets in the hallways are ripping off ? The hallway stairs need to be colored and the residence doors too? I hope they fix this problem really quickly. The laundry room needs to be cleaned and fixed.. one of the washers is broken and there's half water in it.

I really love my apartment the neighbors are nice it's quiet I've been here for about seven months and if I have any complaints the management office take my concerns very seriously and they keep me updated in advance of things that's going on in the community I don't feel lost I really love my unit if you're looking to move in a good community this will be the one thanks and have a blessed day

Moved into the community one month ago. Thus far I am enjoying the peace and pleasant area. All the neighbors are welcoming to the building. My unit is the right space for my living independently as I need.

My experience was wonderful!! My apartment was just how it was pictured, my move in was easy and no hassle, building is cleaned and quiet, love there's a pool , wish it was a fitness room but overall it's good

Inconsiderate management, inconsistent maintenance, pest/rodent problem. Definitely won't recommend. The lack of accountability and action is what really irritates me. And they wonder why people pay rent late because y'all are incompetent and give us trash.

This comunity was the worst apartment complex i have ever lived in. It's dirty, unsafe, nosey, and over all one big scam. Do not waste your money because there is almost no way to break the lease unless you want to pay 3k in fees. Now i am stuck with this -------- apartment while i live somewhere else. So now i pay 2 leases.
