It's great, good community. Some pest issues and problems with the buildings washer machines. Fast maintenance for my specific apartment besides the building washer machines being broken most of the time

We really enjoy living here. The office and maintenance staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. Neighbors are friendly. The community is quiet and the area is lovely. We see a lot of deer in the neighborhood. Doncaster Village is a great place to live!

Increasingly worse maintaining each year that I've lived at this property. This is unfortunate because it's in a beautiful area and has potential. But, the office and maintenance staff do not care about resident satisfaction, they are rude, and don't do quality work despite repeated complaints.

Mostly good. I wish office staff was more attentive. Overall I have been satisfied. I have good neighbors and we look out for one another. I am not happy with parking. Some people have 3-5 cars and it makes parking a headache especially when I work evenings

Some parts good some parts needs more attention! The community neatness needs more work! The work order has been placed shouldn't be repeated or needs a call again. The security in the community needs to be better maintained!

I observed it is a quiet and lovely place. Friendly neighbors and neat environment. I will refer this place to work colleagues and friends to consider living in consequent time. Also a pet friendly community, i probably would get a pet soon??

It's okay. Quite calm and peaceful. I love the atmosphere of how it's calm at night. I can walk without feeling the need to be stressed. The church nearby is an absolute plus. I like how there is a nice walking distance to the church.

DONCASTER IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE.. HAVE LIVED HERE 45+ YEARS..LOTS OF TREES. GROUNDS ARE KEPT BEAUTIFUL . BEAUTIFUL UPGRADES,BEAUTIFUL WASHER/ DRYERS,EXERCISE ROOM, AMAZON HUB, ON OCCASION FOOD TRUCK.. There are multiple shopping centers near by with plenty of food places, clothing places, and a super market. There is an elementary school directly across the street from the complex. There is plenty of things in the community for children.

Great , pricing doesn't match on 3rd party site Need accuracy , community clean , pool was being redone so i couldn't give an accurate answer to that As well had to see a renovated apartment which can be a little distracting but was beautiful

They need to keep up with the washer and dryers in the apartments they never work and then they tell you to go to the next building with out bringing someone in. They can at least buy new washer and dryers that's affective

It's been a good stay some of the newer tenets can be a bit messy and noisy but other than that i have absolutely no complaints. The community is very close to popular areas and I can just hop right into the highway to get to my job.

I have lived at Doncaster Village Apartments since 1991. It is a place I have called home for over 33 years. While there have been some bumps in the road along the way it's still a nice development and is very conveniently located.

Overall great experience. I visited alot of apartments and this one is still my favorite. Love the location and for what I saw the cleanness of the property which is very important. Love the idea of having a gym to workout

Management does not take concerns seriously. I was without a washer for almost 2 months and I was having to pay the same rates as those who had a working washer. I was offered to drive over to go with my 10 month old down 3 flights of stairs and drive over to public laundry service as a solution. I don't believe this was a good enough solution when I pay extra money monthly to have a working washer and dryer. If there were delays, I was never notified. I had to reach out.

Great area to live in. I like everything that is in the area. Nice pool and nice staff are there to see a lot of bags that help with dog and all animal. There are deer and a lot of other wild life in the area

This community is pricey but the staff is very inconsiderate. The facilities are lackluster with limitations and restrictions. They have made it seem as though they're improving and have raised the rent after adding a gym. But the hours don't match my work schedule so sadly, I can never use it. Beware.

The leasing agent, Ashlee, was warm, courteous, and very informative. The complex is lovely and exactly what I'm looking for for myself, mate, and our dog. Great location, a hidden gem in Carney, would never have guessed something so appealing could be there. Hoping this is our next home.

I have been at this complex for a couple months and my stay has been excellent thus far! The ladies in the leasing office are incredible and get back to me in a timely fashion! I recently had some issues in my apartment and the staff were excellent in resolving those issues.

10/10 experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone, especially first time renters. I had a really good tour guide. The community was very well kept, no trash flying around everywhere or laying around. Everything seems respectable in their place and it was a great area.
