The outside appearance is nice however the building itself is very cheaply made. You hear every sound from the person above you so I would recommend the top floor. The office staff isn't the most friendly either.

I will withhold judgement until end of lease, although the trendline is not encouraging. Maintenance concerns continue at the moment. Pests are not uncommon and non-resident dumping ensures the garbage bins are often overflowing and surely contributing to pest issue and unkempt image.

Amazing! The office staff was incredibly helpful during the application and move-in process. I never ran into any issues and everything went smoothly. The neighborhood is fantastic- quiet, safe, and close to many great stores and restaurants.

This place is amazing so far, nice neighborhood and the community is welcoming. Even to the office staff there very polite and professional helping you Out every step of the way that they can to make the transition as smooth as possible.

Hate it here. After 2 years of living here, this community does not care about there tenants. They have no regard to people's situations and they lie even on the corporate level. I will never rent from a company like this ever again.

It's a very nice quite community nestled in a wonder of nature. We truly enjoy living here :-) The school district is wonderful n convenient to many shopping venues n easy dinning. We would recommend this community to anyone looking for a home to rent.

I can say that my experience has been one of comfort which has allowed me to want to continue to stay here at Doncaster Village. I have had nothing but pleasant and humble experiences in my years here at Doncaster Village Apartments. I would recommend that all new residents take a tour, ask questions and attempt to get a feel for the community.

Great staff! They go above and beyond to create a sense of community for their residents. Every month there are activities to appreciate residents. The maintenance staff are always available and responsive for repairs. I have enjoyed the nearly five year living in this community. Lastly, Doncaster Village is located in a great neighborhood with good public schools. I'd highly recommend Doncaster Village.

The community is a nice place to live. But the townhomes and the apartments are mice infested. Also maintenance takes their times fixing things or doesn't fix it at all. The townhomes are old and need to be updated. A pipe bust inside of my wall not once but twice. The cell and wall fell and water was everywhere maintenance took their sweet time fixing it. I even had to take time out of my day to complain to the property manager.

So far so good - we've been here for a month and have had impeccable service and have been impressed with how easy it is to request service issues and pay rent. The rental folks here are great and the maintenance technicians are awesome.

Move here if you want your car towed. Doncaster does not provide adequate parking for residents that live and pay rent there. There is not enough cabinet space and kitchens are small. You definitely get what you pay for. Kenilworth at Perring Park is definitely a better property.

Great community. Loud neighbors. Highly suggest trying to move families to the lower level to avoid loud noise from children. Also maybe checking to make sure the people who are supposed to live there are the only ones. It's a lot of noise.

The property is typically quiet. The are is clean however the property does have pest. The staff are kind and respond quickly. The maintenance team responds quickly as well. Most of the neighbors are quiet. The grounds are kept clean as well.

I can't say any negative things about living here. I have a nice view of the woods and it's scenic - and beautiful! Each time I have a maintenance issue, they resolve it pretty quickly. I don't have to worry about stolen packages either. It's been a peaceful few years.

The staff at Doncaster village apartments is amazing. They followed up on all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. My apartment was clean when I moved in and the prom was smooth and easy. Without a doubt this is my best apartment thus far.

I like the area and the neighborhood at Doncaster. My first year living here was good until I had an encounter with the leasing office staff. I am currently still here and the leasing office staff has yet to fix a mistake they had made on their end with some financial information, and they are being very unpleasant about solving this problem. So, I'm planning on moving out as soon as my lease is up because of the poor customer service.

So far, so good! I've only been staying here for about two weeks so I didn't have much of an experience with my apartment yet. Although, the move-in process was really quick and straightforward. My move-in specialist was very helpful.

After living in a townhouse for 13 years my landlady decided to sell the house. I instantly decided that I wanted to stay in the community. I drove 2 minutes away and took a tour at Doncaster Village. I was very impressed. The leading staff did a phenomenal job with assisting me. Once approved I started packing. I would like to thank LaShannon Felton for working diligently with me. I'm happy.

The experience has been great and the community is very safe and quiet. The neighbors are very polite, there is parking for residents and apartments look great. The school is very very good and very near.

Community itself is quiet and very conveniently located. Always plenty of parking in the lots. The maintenance staff is prompt if there's ever a problem. Pets are allowed which is nice even tho there is a per pet fee.

It has not been too bad. Pit bull dogs have been in the community. There is still one left. Creates a dangerous living environment. My neighbor upstairs had been loud and vacuums at 9pm. I will be leaving very soon.

Clean and well kept property for the most part. there have been instances of noise issues and delays in the office acting on situations. Ask about those situations when looking for a place to live. School is near by. FYI

Updated everything, e.i. floors, washer and dryer, kitchen cabinets, etc. Friendly staff that won't pressure you into anything but will have with whatever you may need. Maintenance is friendly and work hard to fix issues.
