We just moved in a week ago but so far we are happy. We picked this apartment complex mainly because of the great school zone. Our apartment is located across from our kids school and have full size washer and drier. The neighborhood seems to be very quiet and safe. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Though I would say that apartment is very loud. Every time the furnace turns on you need to turn you tv volume up. We can hear every step that our neighbor takes upstairs, floors are very squeaky. Thankfully our neighbors upstairs don't walk around much:) Windows are not well insulated but thick curtains should resolve that problem. Also, very odd, there are no sidewalks...

Very quiet community no problems with the neighbors everyone is respectful and nice. The pool in the summer is well maintained with lifeguards on duty. The office and maintenance staff is very responsive and quick to fix and respond to all problems

I don't have much experience here except for encounters with the ladies at the leasing office and they are just wonderful they have made my family feel genuinely wanted and welcomed! Whenever I have called or emailed Amber she responded very quickly and was very knowledgeable about the questions I asked!

so far i've had a good experience, i fell like Doncaster Village is affordable, clean, and great neighborhood. The staff are friendly and helpful. I do live on the bottom floor and a lot of the time can hear my neighbors walking

When I moved in, my kitchen was a dirty. That put me off. The stove was bad. The top finishes were peeling. The fridge basket was broken. My apartment storage still had properties from the previous tenant.

For most part I like it here. The apartments are kept clean. Office staff are friendly. We get our calls answered promptly. Maintenance is good. We can communicate through phone or email too. Highly recommend

A beautiful, safe area to live in with a large percentages of families living in the residences. The apartment was newly renovated and therefore very clean. Management has always been more than helpful with any need that arises.

Love my house and the community in general, the schools are just walking distance I feel safe for my kids going and coming back, the parking lots are many so even in case I have visitors am not worried.

The community is okay but it's always one issue after another in this apartment between the window leaking, the mouse the roaches and the Ants and the noisiness of the neighbors. But also be nicer if the pool was open every day during the summer and later hours

I found this complex online. I love the location of Doncaster Village, it is far enough in the neighborhood to be quiet and peaceful, but close enough to the highway to still be convenient. The grounds and the common areas look great and are always neat. The maintenance is the best crew of any apartment complex I've lived in since I moved to Baltimore County. I love living here and will be renewing my lease for next year! The only thing this complex is missing is an exercise room which isn't a deal breaker for me.

THE COMPLEX IS VERY WELL KEPT STAFF ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE ALWAYS FREINDLY VERY QUIET COMMUNITY GROUNDS WELL KEPT GOOD FOR PET OWNERS THEY HAVE DOG PARKS FOR ME I FIND IT A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE

My experience living in Doncaster has been exceptional. The maintenance requests are typically serviced within a day or two of submission. The community is maintained above par. The amenities such as a community swimming pool and a laundry room located in every unit is very convenient. Additionally, the staff is always helpful and very courteous whenever there's any issues to report about the community.

I have been a resident for 17 yrs. I have been happy overall, however in the last few years I see a difference in the class of people you are renting too. I am constantly picking up trash when I walk through the community..... empty beer bottles, whiskey bottles, fast food trash. I feel that doing my part is the right thing but it is disheartening to see that people don't care about their environment. I still refer others that are looking for a nice place to live !

My experience here has been good. I feel as though the community workers are extremely friendly and cooperative, as well as professional and well-mannered. The walls are a little thin but if you don't mind that then this is a great place (they aren't thin to where you can hear everything though). The neighbors are relatively quiet and the parking, in my experience, is very good, as there is always somewhere to park. The location is very convenient, as it is very close (within 20 minutes) from many places including Towson U, Bjs, the super Walmart, restaraunts, Perring Parkway/Putty hill, etc.

I love it here! They give parties for every holiday, they have a great attitude and maintenance comes FAST to fix any problem, I have been renting for years, never lived at a complex like this before, I definitely love it here! Just renewed my lease again!

The office staff works really well with residents and tries to come to a happy agreement. If you go to them with a problem, they address is as soon as they can. They're easy to reach, I have never had to leave a message when calling them because someone always answer. The neighborhood itself is safe and we have never had any personal issues, our neighbor did have something stolen from him recently though which is a first in the two years we have lived here. We have never heard about break-ins or theft here until this incident, but that can't be blamed on the complex itself. They always give you notice if maintenance is expected to come by to do a pest control check (we have had ants but those are the only pests we have gotten and their pest company helped us get rid of them) or any other check. The only issues I think we have had is our water main breaking and it taking about a week to get fixed, we still had water but the pressure was very low. Also, some of our neighbors are loud and complain about every little thing causing notices to get sent out as well, but that usually happens in an apartment so we can live with it.

Quiet community, 2 bedroom apartment spacious, good size windows for natural lighting, new washer/ dryer in unit, good amount of closet space, balcony fits a table and chairs. Office staff friendly, maintenance professional and quick to respond. Pool is an added plus!

It is a very nice community. The move in day was easy and they had everything ready. The staff is very nice and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone. They were very helpful feom the start!

Doncaster Village apartment is clean and safe, the apt structure is also very good, it is very comfortable to live here, the most important thing is that, the opposite side of the apartment has a very good Elementary /junior high school

It was a easy move in I was able to get my keys and pass within a short amount of time. Everything was clean within the apartment. A few things were broken but it wasnt enough to be upset. If I would recommend Doncaster to others.

Moving from the city here has been a refreshing experience as far as location goes. A few months in and I have noticed mice droppings in my kitchen. It has been some weeks and the issue is still there. I am hoping that management is able to resolve this.

My experience has been ok. Just need office staff to be more knowledgeable about rules and taking maintenance complaints. My experience is you'll put in a request, and don't hear from anyone, than when you call back no one knows about you ever calling the first time.
