Nice area near many different gas stations and fast food. Nearby roads could use some work but overall good. Maintenence issues resolves relatively fast. Staff very friendly. Although I just moved in about a week ago so far so good.

So far my experience at this community has been pretty good. The only issue that I have had is the time frame in which maintenance comes out to fix a situation in your home. There have been a few times where I have had to call twice for the same issue. But if the issue pertains to something of importance such as not heat, water, etc the issue is handled the same day. Other than this I have no complaints about the community.

The community is wonderful. Very quiet and safe. I work night shift and will occasionally get out in the middle of the night or early morning, I've never had a problem finding parking or felt concerns for my safety. My only complaint is that I had to switch units due to the cigarette smoke odor from other residents.

I like living here. I have great neighbors. The community is clean & very peaceful. It's conveniently located to almost everything, especially major highways, great shopping and excellent school district.

My stay was adequate. I didn't have any trouble with the apartment and paid my rent on time. The problem that I had is when I bought out my lease, I specifically asked what I needed to pay, paid that amount. But when I get my refund for security deposit I was charged for utilities at the apartment when I was not there after I was told I only needed to pay the 2 months rent. I called the finance department and spoke with a Katie and she was very unprofessional and sarcastic. If I would have dealt with her in the beginning of my stay, I would have bought out my lease a long time ago.

I enjoy living here although it's been less than a year. It is nestled within a residential single home area rather than right off a main road like many apartment communities are. Community is fairly quiet in the evenings as well.

The staff is very friendly and when I moved in my apartment was clean and the appliances looked new. The community so far has been great and everything is conveniently located. I have only been here for a short time but so far so good.

Best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Rental office staff and maintenance crew are great. Apartments are affordable and spacious. Six months after being a resident at Doncaster I received a call from one of the leasing consultants wanting to make sure everything was going well with my apartment and asking if I had any concerns. I really appreciated that. Doncaster village really cares about their residents.

Doncaster village apartment is a great place to live. Environment is beautiful and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Service request always respond quickly. Several minutes arrive at shopping center and highways. Great place to live.

This is a nice community in a quiet open space. You have access to significantly rated middle and elementary schools and shopping options. Access to highways and scenic routes are good. The interaction that I have with neighbors is good and diverse.

it was good up till last year. with the new management I will not be renewing my lease, they treated me like I was bothering them when I had a issue with the apt next to me, when I called they acted like I bothering them an were rude

Peaceful community, economical, near grocery stores, shopping and eating establishments, etc. Plenty of parking, helpful staff, good space for the money. Glad I became a resident at Doncaster Village.

Great staff. Safe neighborhood and great neighbors. The neighborhood is very quiet but I can hear the neighbor above us. I love how there is a school across the street which allows great access to a playground

Great community, great apartment, great value! It is so quiet here! My daughter and I always find going to the communal playground and swimming pool to be wonderful experiences. She is also able to ride her bike to and from the playground without people flying by. We are happy here!

We moved in last summer & have no complaints. We think what we pay for the area we're in is incredibly reasonable. We got really lucky with our building because our neighbors are fantastic. We've only needed to call for service 2 times for small things, but the response time was great. They fixed both problems the same day! The staff in the leasing office are all incredibly kind & the website is really easy to navigate. We're very happy with our decision to live here & will be renewing our lease this summer.

The neighbors are very sweet- the community it's self is amazing. The management however is awful. The manager is demeaning and has poor customer service skills. Very sarcastic tone. Plumbing issues like crazy too. Have had my toilet overflown all over my floor (when I was away on vacation for the weekend) back uped sink.

First move in the apartment was infested with roaches bedbugs and mice pest control did not help had to move to another building there i had also roaches but this time pest control got rid of the roaches they are still unable to get rid of the mice in my apartment

Everyone in the apartment complex is friendly. They always say hello when I see them and the office is very good at answering any questions. The maintenance is usually very quick and they do a great job as well!

Very neat, very clean, maintenance requests are usually answered quickly and professionally. The office staff are helpful. I have enjoyed living here and would probably keep living here for a long time if rent wasn't so expensive. I feel as though I am overpaying for a one bedroom apartment with no washer/dryer in unit. Still, that is my only complaint. I know that rent is expensive everywhere...

Everything is great. No complaints about the community. It's always very quiet around the community, no one is ever just hanging out where they shouldn't be. The level of traffic is very low, which is fantastic. Maintenance is quick in responding to your requests. Most of the office staff is very professional. My only complaint is that the floor in the apartment above me is not very sound proof, and I often hear footsteps from my neighbors.

I've lived here since 2012 but even before 2012 I lived here for 5 years. Maintenance and front office respond within a day to things that need fixing. I've hardly had any problems with neighbors. Staff very friendly. During Winter staff quickly shovels sidewalks and steps. Salt is put down always. Staff/Manager always sends emails to residents when something serious happens within Doncaster's Apartments/Homes

I love where I live. I just did not expect to be here this long. I really want to purchase a home. I will try to stay near in the community. The residents are very nice people. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
