It's a wonderful community to live. office staff is extremely professional and courteous. maintenance is very prompt in addressing issues. The parking is the only concern I have. My vehicle has been towed on 3differnt occasions.

Everything is fine but I meet a terrible neighbor upstairs. They always keep walking at night. I don't know why they never stop to have a sleep. I can even hear the noise from the old mattress. Amazing! What I complained is the very old floor and the terrible neighbor. But I am very satisfied with other things. The guys in the leasing office are very nice and the maintenance is very quick and professional.

We have dealt with numerous issues with the apartment. One of which has not been taken care of. We have had a mice issue since July. They sent the exterminator out that filled the holes behind the appliances but we still had the issue. Then I was told that it was OUR fault because we have birds. HOWEVER, the mice are in all of my closets, in my COUCH and every morning I find mouse poop on my stove. I have complained numerous times about the issue and it has yet to be resolved. Secondly! Before my husband and I moved in we PAID the pet fee for my dog, which was $250. A few weeks ago the leasing office was trying to tell us that we never paid it. They were then corrected when they saw we paid it on April 3rd of Last year before we moved in. They then stated that starting on January's rent bill the $25 pet fee would be added to the rent bill. I looked online the other day when I was trying to make a maintenance request, and found that they are CHARGING US AN EXTRA $200 because THEY didn't charge us for the last 8 months for my dog. I do not feel that this is our responsibility to fix what YOU messed up, when it was known that we had a dog but were never charged for it. We WILL NOT be paying that extra $200 for the pet fee.

So far it's been outstandingly great, the community is quiet, friendly and family oriented. I very helpful support stuff with professional courteous. Accessible to major stores and departments of service.

So far our experience has been good. There has been a few issues but nothing major. When we first arrived, maintance was still working on our apartment. There was the previous renters chalk drawings on the building, and we only got heat to our bedroom if the door was open. But these were all minor things. I love what this apartment offers, and the floor plans of even just the basic rooms.

Great area, good price, bad customer service and communication from staff although not all staff. Select few are helpful and courteous. Paint on doors could stand a makeover but overall decent place to live.

Our experience has been good so far. We have lived here for about 3 months. The transition was smooth and the staff is pleasant. We have had a few maintenance issues that were resolved. The apartments are spacious and the area is quiet.

Excellent community! Helpful and knowledgeable maitenance crew and great office staff! Always friendly and available. I've only needed to make calls a handful of times but never felt like a bother or unimportant. Love the complex and the way the staff care for the buildings without needing to be asked.

The staff provided great customer service from the start. I am extremely pleased with my decision to move into Doncaster for a second time. I would definitely refer any of my family and friends who are looking for a place to live.

The environment is very beautiful and very safe. The staff are very enthusiasticClose to kindergartens and primary schools, shopping nearby is also convenient. It is very close to 695 high speed, and it is very convenient to travel.

Doncaster Village is a wonderful place to live. The grounds are well kept, the apartments are pretty average but have everything you need. The best part about this community other than the fantastic, safe, and quiet location is the staff. The office staff is very friendly and always go above and beyond to resolve any issue or answer any question. Maintenance is wonderful too; they are quick, through, and get in and out without any kind of disruption. I lived here for a year in 2016 and moved to another community but after a year away my husband and I moved back and couldn't be happier that we did!

Ive only been living at Doncaster for 10 days. So far its very quiet, convenient, neighbors are friendly and the staff is excellent. My apt is nice and spacious and the leasing agent too the time and courtesy to find the perfect place for me.

The actual apartment itself is nice. But that's about where everything stops. Once you sign that lease, you better pray your lucky stars you never need maintenance (or hire your own contractor) because you're ---- outta of luck if you need help. And if they DO ever manage to show up, trust me it'll be about 3 months later. My new problem is mice now, I've called so many times I'm just about to go get toys for the mice to play with. It feels hopeless. If I had it to do again I'd probably pick a different complex. But I got duped because of all the positive ratings that found out NOW is because once you're a resident, they offer you (harass your inbox really) the chance to win a $50 gift card for a positive review. Hence... you guessed it... all the positive reviews on here. Deception at its finest. Oh well... live and learn I guess.

It has been overall great so far just a few fix ups in my apartment that need to be done but nothing major. The staff had been nothing but cooperative and nice and caring.. the apartment is very nice and quiet as well

A great community in 2013 when I moved in and stayed for 4 years. I'm no longer a resident but my time there was met with a helpful staff, and a great living environment. Overall a great place to rest your head.

It is a nice mix of people of various ages. All are cordial to one another. No problems with tenants. Very quiet in the evenings. Easy to request maintenance service or anything else. Office open until 6 pm which is good.

I have been very pleased with Doncaster! Any issue I had was taken care of within 24 hours. The staff are great and we loved the pool this summer. We are looking forward to having a washer and dryer in our apartment; it will make living here better than it already is.

Very good process w. the professional front office staff.They made the move very easy for me.Now that I have moved in, small minor repairs were addressed quickly.I have no complaints at all.In fact, I am encouraging family members to explore the possibility of renting here because of the beautiful remodel,great schools and walk-around neighborhood.

Overall, the experience within this community has been good. The office should implement more of an advanced notice to tenants whenever they have scheduled walk throughs and inspections. A letter of notification about an inspection with 48 hours or less until the inspection is not ideal and not courteous to the tenant.
