Doncaster staff is always friendly and smiling.. Never a moment when they do not speak to you..the pool area is always clean and fun atmosphere doing the summer..the neighbors are also very nice.. everyone speaks to each other.. absolutely love the quiet surroundings at night with a stunning view of the stars from the balcony

Affordable, very helpful and friendly office staff. The grounds are very well maintained. I would definitely recommend Doncaster Village Apartment homes to any friends or family looking to move in this area.

I just moved in with my family a couple days ago. The apartment was so clean, the appliances were spotless and everything was working. The move in process was seamless and the ladies in the leasing office are super helpful! The office is very involved in the community and is always trying to provide opportunities to interact with the residents.

The experience of moving in and quality of the apartment is really nice. I've only been here for a month and a half and the experience has been very good so far. The price is great for the quality of living.

Our one bedroom is the perfect fit for a couple with a budget. The grounds are impeccably maintained and maintenance staff are very responsive and through. I haven't had any problems with pests, loud neighbors, mold, or any of the common apartment problems. I plan on renewing my lease in January!

No complaints. Friendly staff. Friendly neighbors. Quiet neighborhood. Only thing I will say is when school is out, watch your car cause the kids dgaf about your property. Definitely got a few scratches.

Doncaster is great. I had a tour with Tajahna and after touring in total around 25-30 places, I came back to Doncaster because they had the most to offer with the best price. The staff is unusually friendly that was a huge selling point. They are professional and dedicated, I wrote a review on google as well but one night I was here, Wendy, the property manager, stayed an extra 2 hours until close to help out her staff because there were so many people coming in. They really go above and beyond.

My building is clean and quiet which I enjoy. I do not like too much commotion where I live. The only problem is the dumpsters have trash all around them that have not been cleaned up. There isn't much cabinet space in my apartment so I'm trying to make what is available work.

My apartment community lacks communication, when you put in for service requests they don't tell you anything; so it seems like whenever they have time they show up and fix it. Some of the people in the office lack understanding, it's like there just doing a job so they don't listen to understand.

It's very good quiet and clean. I love it here lots of things to do they give back to the community. I have referred my son to move here as well. It was my first time living in a apartment but i love it .

it's a warmly community, a great place to live, the staff and neighbour are all nice, people are extremely friendly and responsive to any concerns ypou may have. where you are bound to meet the kind of people who give you energy.

Nice, clean, quiet, safe area. The police are usually around the area specially after 10 pm also the people are very nice they will notify you if you have any issue. I forgot my car hood open one day and some one closed it for me without loosing any thing!!

It's peaceful, I like my neighbors they are friendly. Whenever I have an issue they get right on it. Also there are no roaches. The rent is reasonable. The neighbors respect one another. I would recommend Doncaster to anyone.

I was searching for an apartment due to a new job and came upon Doncaster village. The area was well kept and the neighborhood was close to major shopping outlets, making it a very convenient place to live. After a tour of the unit I immediately signed on.

It's amazing. The appliances are up to date and the complex is clean. Very friendly staff, parking isn't an issue. The pool is clean, and everything is well kept. I haven't had any issues since I've moved in.

Staff is extremely helpful and easy to work with. The community itself is well kept, and the pool is a great asset ! My apartment was clean when I moved in and the appliances are new and up to date. I would definitely recommend.

This community is well designed for privacy. It's a pet friendly environment. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive to needs. The ground and landscaping are beautiful and kep groomed. There is a swimming pool and tennis court. I have been comfortable in my brief stay.

The leasing agent, Amber Grant was very geniune and helpful. She was professional, yet displayed a fun personality, which was welcoming. I am just getting to learn the community around me. So far, I am pleased.

I really like living here. The staff are really pleasant. The community us clean. Maintain comes in reasonable time and the neighborhood is quite. The schools in the area are very good and theres alot of parking space.

So far I really love the community. It's quiet and the grounds are always clean. I never hear my neighbors, I really feel at peace when I get home after a long day. I would recommend this property to others.

I have been living at Doncaster Village for almost a year. The community grounds are well taken care of and feature a pool, tennis courts, and a play ground. Most importantly in my opinion, compared to other apartments I had looked at, I feel safe coming home to this community at any hour of the day/night. I also appreciate having a plethora of parking opportunities that are not always guaranteed in other places. I have had minimal interaction with the other residents or staff, but have not had any negative experiences. The quality of the community, the apartment space and my perceived safety is well worth the cost of the apartment, that is actually cheaper than many others in the Baltimore area. I would and have recommended the community to others and look forward to another year at Doncaster.

The apartment managers are straightforward and quick to answer any questions. Problems are resolved quickly and well, and the front desk staff is very friendly. I've had issues in the past with things getting stolen, pests, and a fairly shading management company, and somehow with even less security here than in my last apartment, I don't have to worry about any of it. This is a great place for families and young adults, and there is pretty much a school on every block around the apartment.
