Nice community. One particular family is rude.. we never had a problem until they moved in.. I will continue to clean outside door and pick up trash! Would like landscaping in front of the building in better condition. I just don't like mice keep coming in my apartment.

The apartments are very clean . The staff very supportive especially when you have issues regarding maintenance. The security is good. Enough space parking area. Schools and shopping centers.

No problem. I feel a little unsafe because my screen was ripped off my window. I didn't do it. There is also discarded furniture at the bottom of this complex that hardly ever picked up and taken away. It's an eyesore. I've complained several times and it falls on deaf ears.

Quite everyone seems nice and friendly in the summer it's beautiful there are grills that's you can use in the summer and they have community events almost every month and it's a really nice area. There's a horse far around the corner from the community.

The community is quiet and clean nice management company. I would recommend this community to friends and family. I like the fact that it is a hidden community people will only come back here if they live here or know someone who lives here.

The community is peaceful, lots of parking, community amenities was fun with mine kids, you never get to see empty laundry machine people tend to be lazy when washing their clothes, neighbor over never sleeps that troubles me at night after long day at work.

I like this community. I love my apartment and my building. I do walk my dog three times a day and see other dog owners walking which has given opportunity to speak (if the dogs don't fight). The maintenance guys are AWESOME! And seeing them give the sense of security, they are always around and always speak. Kudos to that team!

My son and I enjoy living here. The office staff and maintenance staff are helpful, polite, respectful, and kind. Like every other place, there's regular problems, clothes left in washers, spill in the hallway, someone who parks crooked, etc. Those things are annoying but a normal part of life, the staff deal with all of those issues.

Everyone in the leasing office is great. Maintenance is great. Anytime you need anything they make sure they help you out. The apartment are very clean and spacious. Everyone is very friendly! Recommend this place

So far so good, nice place to start out for first time renters. Parking is very convenient. Ways for heating the ground floor apartments but otherwise its ok. Easier ways to open screen windows to throw bugs out.

I recommend moving in with a cat if especially if you live on the bottom level. I'm having an extremely hard time with keeping mice out of my apartment. Other than the mice infestation I love the area, and my neighbors are nice.

I was really excited about moving into Doncaster Apartment and then my brand new mattress got stolen. I feel like some of the appliances should have been changed before I moved in. Dishwasher is old and rusty.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Any issues that I have they are quick to resolve. It is very convenient to the way and plenty of places to eat. I don't know what else to say they need more characters I don't know what else to say they need more characters

I absolutely love my community. The upgrades were excellent. My neighbors are awesome. The Leasing and Maintenance Staff really do go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and address your needs immediately. I like the feeling of seclusion while being able to have access to schools, grocery stores, restaurants, local shops, and the highway. I geniuely adore my Community.

Community outside grounds are pretty well maintained the tenants in my building are not particularly loud. Response from the leasing office on any matter can be quite tricky but will eventually be answered. Never seen a mouse had a few run ins with outdoor bugs here and there but pest controlled is available every Tuesday if you request it in advance. The carpet inside and outside of the units are probably as old as the buildings themselves ( which is the biggest downside I've found ) outside carpets are cleaned weekly just not replaced. 2BD Units and balconies are considerably large compared to everything in the area and the Floorplan appears to be as "open as possible"

Good community. Close to shopping and Baltimore, yet quiet and peaceful. Community is clean and quiet. Neighbors are generally polite and quiet. Pool is nice. Maintenance staff is polite, responsive and professional. Cats and small dogs are allowed.

Great value for the rent. Individual washer/dryer (one in each unit, no neighbor share needed), grounds well maintained. Good location. Best deal/value for the cost. Very little crime, safest area around in Baltimore County for the cost.

I have not enjoyed my time living at Doncaster. The rental office staff is very rude when you call and it's hard getting issues resolved. I was left of the exterminator list which resulted in Mice and now my wall is turning brown from a draining problem that has not been fixed since August 2020. I cannot wait until my lease is up. This has been a horrible experience.

This as been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. It's hard to live with the smell of mold when I have requested over and over again to have taken care. Now my bathroom ceiling was leaking and has a small hole that I asked to have fixed. When submitting a maintenance request, it shouldn't take five or more days for someone to get back to you and closing out your request when the issue hasn't been resolved.

Been here since February 2021 (currently Aug 2021). Not a bad place to live. Its generally quiet. Maintenance requests are always taken care of pretty fast. Some requests have been taken care of same day or the next day, but I've never had to wait more than a week. Love the washer and dryer in my unit and the storage facility. I can hear people walking above me but it comes with living on the bottom floor. I'd still recommend.

I've been at Doncaster for 17years the first 14 yrs were great the time at Barnwell ct has been terrible the first three tenants were the worst they all moved out the office sucks nobody does anything about complaints it took me 5 weeks to get a new sliver wear draw that broke
