The community is very quiet and very well maintained. All maintenance requests are handled efficiently everything. I have no complaints and would recommend this community to anyone looking for somewhere to live.

Good location for walks outside and fitness at pool and gym. Great value for the price. Welcoming community and nice staff. Close to main roads and highway and stores. Nice square footage for price. Maitenence is responsive and polite.

In general the neighbors are all good and friendly. The grounds are kept very clean and in the spring and summer the grass is always cut.In the winter the parking lot is kept clear of snow

For the most part, we have had a very pleasant experience here at Doncaster Village maintenance team are doing very well keeping your property up and the leasing office. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

Everyone at the leasing office is great. Maintenance is polite and timely. The area is clean and quiet. Neighbors are chill. It is walkable to Safeway, chic fil la, and Webers farm. I really do like this apartment.

Mostly good. I think the management company tries to keep a nice community. Some residents aren't committed to the same goals. I would like to see more flexibility for guests of residents at the pool.

Friendly and professional. I have had no problem or complaints yet. I am enjoying my stay so far. I also like the quietness of the area and access to highways as well. the people in the office are friendly and professional as are the neighbors. The grounds are maintained very well too.

Location, location, location is the best. Close to shopping, restaurants and shhools. Safe area friendly neighbors. Nice big pool with lifeguard. Tennis court fitness room and safe packagge delivery.

Thus far Doncaster's staff have been helpful, professional, clear, and quick to answer any and all questions. The renter's portal is convenient and easy to use. Moving in was a smooth process and communication from the leasing office made the whole ordeal much less stressful than it could have been, dates and times for tours/moving were flexible and clear.

It is just a great community. I recommend Doncaster Village Apartments all the time. The maintenance people are the absolute best. I have been here for 7 years (lived at another apartment in the complex before moving to my current address).

We like it a lot! Plenty of outdoor space and trees. Very quiet- but we do live on 3rd floor. Nice neighbors. even though our apartment is a one bedroom, it's cozy and was very clean when we moved in.

Community is very quiet and people keep to themselves but are friendly. Maintenance responds promptly to fix any little quirks with the apartment. The grounds are kept well and I've had no problems with parking. The people in the office are professional and responsive to resident inquiries.

My experience has been a roller coaster however not the average experience. Had a fire in the complex lost a lot was moved, about 3bir 4 different management ppl have taken over . Had thousand of $$s of our property stolen or thrown out from storage units by maintenance, however when contacted office they denied it. It took maintenance to explain what happened. However, the community is better than many in regards to quick turnarounds on maintenance issues, they will do their best to accommodate..they keep grounds pretty clean and they do their best to keep buildings clean. The pool, gym, business center is well maintained as well as the grounds. I have a house now however am still paying the rent to stay here until that house has been completed.. willing to keep paying this astronomical rent because of the peace of mind that the community has afforded me!! Pay the rent on time , keep place clean, and you will have no issues!!! Oh get a cat- there's mice (wooded community)..

The apartment complex is very nice and easy to get to and from local shopping and the beltway. Neighborhood is friendly and welcoming to pets. Schools and a small park are close by. Management is also friendly and attentive, quickly responding to resident needs.

Maintenance is attentive and quick to respond. Office personnel are courteous and available to help.The new property manager came around snd asked if there were any concerns he should know about. I td him about a broken closet door and a broken blind, and the issues were addressed in a timely manner.
