I had a home very close to Doncaster where my son and I lived for 15 yes....like the area...I have no experience w Doncaster... Just the homes near there...my church is directly across the street from the apartments so convenient

My overall experience have been great! The office staff is very pleasant and the neighbors are as well. I would recommend this community to friends and family. Your packages are safe when delivered and the office have many fun free events during holidays for families. Beautiful place to stay.

So Far It's Been Good With Maintenance And My Building Seems To Have Quiet Ppl Living There .The Only Problem For Me Is The Strong Odor Weed Coming From Someone Apt.The Smell Is Horrible I've Sprayed With Air Freshner.

So far so good. Maintenance requests are resolved quickly and easily. Resident portal is very convenient. Outside area/grounds are kept clean. Staff is friendly and professional and happy to help with any issues or concerns.

Only here three weeks, can not comment on property yet. Like the pool, new fitness center. Like how the management is taking care of the property. I like the apartment and would like to have these problems taken csre of.

Just moved in and so far so good staff was Awesome even though there was a mishap with my move in date .. I love the space in the apartment with the washer and dryer. There was a piece of fuz in the bathtub but that was nothing I need my door to be painted but that's about it

Don't move in here! They just raise iur rent 25% !! NOT SATISFIED! No costumer service AND VERY rude and unprofessional maintenance! They will say they fix the issues you have but not actually do anything to fix it! Our AC doesn't work for days.. no one to resolve the issue

So far it's not a good one, i wish i knew the full length of things before i moved in. Things just wasn't as i expected then to be. Management showed me one things and i got a whole desperate apartment and was promised something else.

I love this community so far. Quite and clean environment. Office staff were very helpful and have excellent customer service. I been to few rental offices but this one here was one the best . They are ready to answer/ help you at anytime. My moving process was very fast and smooth. I love this place and I will sure recommend this community to friends and family ??

I've had a great experience so far. The building that I live in has very quiet, but friendly neighbors. Whenever I call the rental office for a maintenance request they are always so pleasant and helpful. Then my request is always handled within a few days. I would recommend this complex to someone if you're looking for peace and quiet.

When I first came the old maintenance and contractors put a lot of bumps in my road. But I've experienced amazing changes and today I'm GOOD. The Only Ussue i have is Parking and a lot of New Neighbors Are too loud always Playing Loud Music Even Late Week Day Nights

I love living at doncaster the staff is super friendly. Miles helped me from touring apartments to doing a walk through of my apartment before my move in date and I must say he is exceptional! His personally was so welcoming, patient (I brought my toddler along the tour and walk through), and non-judgmental. I also have broken a few things inside my apartment since my move in and they were all fixed with the next business day which I appreciate. We recently moved from a nearby community named Skylark Pointe and had a terrible experience with the office staff and maintenance so living here is a breath of fresh air and I couldn't be happier.

When I first moved in, it was a great place to live. Requests I had , would be done by the next day. Sometimes the same day, but now it has changed. Requests take longer to fulfill. Or a job may not be correctly done and maintenance has someone else to come back and do it right. The Rental Office needs employees to know what they are doing in their job. I couldn't get anyone to help me set up my Rent payment to be automatically withdrawn from my account correctly. My payment wound up being late, I had to mail it in. Times have changed.

The whole process was easy and effective I had no problems and no complaints I just moved in November 1 2022 so far everything is well the staff was polite and provided me with answers I needed to ask it's a very clean and quiet place to live where you can get a peace of mind I would recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a change
