Absolutely horrible. The maintenance and speed of service for serious issues is absolutely a joke. It is not safe. It is loud. There are drug users who are not sanctioned in any way for their actions.

Quiet community with nice pool, picnic area, and tennis court. However, service is poor. In the 2 year I've lived here I've felt with lack of hot water weekly, mice, ants and now no air conditioning for over a week in the hottest days of the summer.

Place is nice clean , any problems i had needing maintenance they were there never had to wait long . always get an answer respectfully when calling the rental office' not inside a building with loud neighbors. and love the area for shopping etc

I really love my apartment it's nice spacious and the carpet is a wonderful kid friendly color and to top it off my patio is hugeee I can not wait to set it up nice and pretty the management team was so nice and friendly 10 stars

excellent job all around. Thank you very much. People were very helpful and kind. They worked with my schedule and helped me find an apartment that was located in an area of the community that worked for me. There is lots of parking and it is a safe area.

Good Service Good Customer Service ! Clean Environment ! My kids love the pool ! Friendly environment ! Apartment Style and layouts are designed well ! It's very home like and can be someone's forever home ! Schools are Blue Ribbon !!

Had mice, problem was not resolved for 6 months. Had black mold in the tub, not repaired properly. No AC for 2 weeks. Nothing has been properly fixed, ever. Has had to be redone and then it breaks again. Folding doors fall off and have hit my children. "Fixed multiple times". Ceiling literally caved in, was put in another apartment for a month and they forgot to tell me it was resolved 3 weeks in.

i did not enjoy living here. The only amenities convenient to me were the space, central air, pool and parking. other than that i feel it's overpriced, things like the closet doors, blinds, etc. we're cheaply put together. The staff aren't the best. i wouldn't recommend

It takes maintenance several weeks to respond to work order request and they respond only after multiple work orders have been placed. Additionally, calling the front office for aid doesn't seem to expedite the proceess.

It was good It was fast the apartments are really big ave nice and I love the area the pool is big nice neighborhood and neighbors school across the street lots of kids shopping center is around the corner it's really nice

NA I said on previous page how disappointed I am in this maintenance and staff team. Nothing was complete when it should and said it was supposed to be. Move in date and time got changed three times because maintenance and cleaning. Took a month to get someone out to help me when I called and put in tickets weekly / daily.

Overall my experience has been good, i haven't had any issues at the moment, neighbors are very polite and its always quiet, the complex is always clean and safe. I get my packages deliver here all the time and so far nothing has been stolen or taken.

Awful...The area is nice but the apartments are old and need to be renovated. The outside of the buildings are fix up to appear to be a great apartment complex to live. The apartments inside are patched up just enough to rerent. I have been complaining about the noise from the apartment above me for over a year now.At this point, I am so over it.I have come to the conclusion that the only concern is getting the rent ?? and not the residents ??

Started out well when I first moved in but as time has passed things have gotten worst, everything was well and everybody was friendly but at this time things are starting to go down hill and worst if the corrections are not done! Soon!

The community was a lot cleaner and quieter when I initially moved in. I am now noticing there has been trash thrown in the streets and neighbors have been louder. The grounds have not been as clean as they once were.

Staff and management are horrible and do not respond to phone calls or emails. I even attempted contacting the corporate office with no response. If you care about the safety of your family and about your belongings not being stolen and vandalized....,DO NOT MOVE INTO DONCASTER VILLAGE APARTMENTS IN PARKVILLE, MD!!!

I enjoy living in the community the staff are amazing maintenance workers are always there when you have a problem. I would recommend this community to friends and family. The pool is family orientated .

My experience has been well. The area is kept clean. the office personal are very polite and helpful. I have heard that this complex is now accepting section 8. I have lived around section 8 families and very few are good tenants. in order for this complex to remain as good as it is then the office needs to be prepared to investigate any complaints from tenants concerning bad neighbors.

Nice apartment, convenient location, quiet community. I have never had any issues in my apartment that required me to contact maintenance. Location is convenient to 695 and grocery. Community is predominantly kids and working professionals, so it's usually quiet.

Sub par. I have had 9 water floods in 8 years. Cleanup is slow and you have to chase the office staff to get answers or work done. No personal follow up as to living conditions after maintenance requests are done

The community is quiet ,peaceful ,clean ,safe and all of the above I like living here. I would recommend others to the community. They keep it clean and well-maintained inside and outside. Most of all love the pool and the tennis court and quiet walks around the community.

Living at Doncaster has been and still is a great experience. No complaints in whatsoever. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The community is completely well maintained. I just wished they wouldn't increase rent on a yearly basis. Maybe every other year.

ok except for rodents in the attic; no response from management; the situation has existed for at least a year; should I get a ladder and fix it myself? I am very frustrated; my next step is to contact Baltimore county and make a formal complaint
