It was great! Management is positive, informative, and friendly. The apartments are clean and well maintained. I love that gym and rent are included in the rent. The location is great and feels safe since it is across from a school. The 1br are a bit small, but the inclusion of a deck/patio in all units is nice!

It's been okay, had issues apartment flooded took them almost 3 weeks to fix and had to live without a dining room and barely a living room due to everything from dinning room in my living room. Dishwasher has not worked right since day one. Paint started peeling off walls and doors a week after we moved in which I thought was horrible

My experience at this apartment has been ok. The staff in the office are nice. The community is also nice. The walls in building are thin sometimes it feels like my neighbors are in my apartment with me. Overall I've had a pretty decent experience.

Doncaster is located near all the shopping areas that are needed. The grounds are kept up and looks neat. The maintenance department responds quickly to any problems. The fitness room is a plus for the community.

I enjoy living here. It is quiet and peaceful. My neighbors are very friendly and we all watch out for each other. The grounds are clean and well kept. Parking can be a challenge at times. Like that we have an Amazon hub for packages. I would recommend this apt complex to friends

I went in on friday to file everything was great. I had to finish application at home which I thought i did. Come to find out Monday when I had to call them because i didn't hear anything back, I had to send it remaining answers to the application, which I did. Come tuesday, i was told they never received it, even though i sent it so im sure no one paid attention and just wasn't doing their job. Mind you this is right before i need to move in, within 48 hours. Then finally some calls me, The day BEFORE i have to move in at the end of the day saying oh you weren't approved, with NO reasoning as to why I wasn't. The apartment complex I ended up renting from told me this is illegal. I'm not sure what you guys have going on here, but i suggest you fix it if you want to rent out your apartments

Overall, I am pleased with my apartment and community. Staff is polite and normally responds to any inquiries in a quick and efficient manner. The grounds are kept clean and my apartment building is quiet. My only complaint are the many trees near my unit which bring pests, including wasps and other nuisances. However, management provides weekly free pest termination services and they are quick and professional. Other maintenance requests I've made have been resolved quickly and courteously as well. I also really like the resident events (snowcone and food trucks in the summer) and resident contests. There is also a gym now and I love the hours and equipment. Overall, my experience has been a positive one.

The staff have been very polite. The property and buildings are very clean. There is plenty of parking. There is a tennis court, pool, and a playground for little ones to use. We now have a gym. I would recommend living here.

Well rent did go up a lot the last year. I really wish I could get updated appliances since I've been there over 5 years. However maintenance is great . No springlers in the units. Not sure if that's mandatory
