Nice, pretty quiet area by schools, parks and shopping. The property does respond to concerns more than less. Some delay/dissatisfaction when needing maintenance. Residents could clean up after the animals better.

everything has been fine since I recently moved in. no problems at all, any little things that needed to be fixed has been done in a timely manner. Leasing off is very professional and kind as well!!!

Overall the maintenance inside and outside the buildings are kept up nicely. Enjoy the pool every summer. Grateful to be close to everything & thankful to have a washer/ dryer in my unit- very necessary!

Im enjoying my experience with Doncaster Village apartments so far, I have everything I wanted in my apartment nice view off my balcony nothing but nature & full size washer & dryer in my unit & great affordable price! Im very satisfied so far!

No complaints so far. Doncaster staff are warm and friendly and quick to attend to any issues. I'd definitely refer someone to this housing complex. The surroundings are also pretty near and security is fine.

I had a wonderful experience when I visited the complex to tour. Xavier answered all of my questions and made sure to cover things I didn't think of in the moment. The units were spacious and the grounds were lovely.

Shop around, compare and take the ratings and reviews into you do not like pest stay away. People party in the hallways of the building. They leave papers plates,blunts, liquor bottles outside the bldg.

Although we've only been here a short while, we like it a lot. No issues as of yet, and management has been very responsive during the move in process. Most importantly, we have had no noise issues late into the night!

I think they have a fantastic leasing agent! The grounds are beautiful! Extremely friendly, polite, courteous, and stellar professionalism! That alone will get you far with me! Xavier was a highly professional young man! And he provided stellar service

Started as a wonderful experience. As years progressed, the quality of residents has changed. Also, the common area (hallways) has multiple patterns variations and colors of carpet which looks tacky, unclean and uncaring. Carpet really needs to be replaced with one pattern instead of three different patterns. Quite a rent increase!!

Waiting 2 weeks for AC repair in July. Hot. I enjoy some aspects of the community but this two weeks with no AC is ridiculous. I am not updated either, they obviously don't care but I'm sure if the office AC went up, they wouldn't be waiting 2 weeks.

Neighbors are friendly, grounds are orderly and kept neat . Nice and quiet area. I just wish I had a washer and dryer in my unit instead of going up and down 3 flights of steeps to wash clothes. otherwise great community

My experience here have been wonderful, I love the Peace of mind, my husband and I have here, the respect and love the staff gives not only to me, but everyone I witness, if I was to ever leave here, which I don't want to, I would come back and visit them.!!!

Shawn B. Was such a pleasure to work with! He made our move in progress seemless and stress free. He does his job to the "T" and should be a model representative to ALL apartment complexes. He sealed the deal for us at Doncaster. Great hire. Super excited for our living experience here

I've been here for eight years now. I was originally much happier. I think when I loved in my rent was in the $860 dollar range. I now pay 1300 plus. I do not feel that this one bedroom is worth 1300. I am not sure if it's a Doncaster thing or just an American ef you. But I hope to be out of here after this lease. My neighbors are great. Most of them are very nice and welcoming. It is great to have a washer and dryer in my unit. but that's all I have to say. Oh yeah and they charge for a package fee. I have never felt so ripped off for something so stupid. They rent should just cover it. Life is expensive. And management is out in a nother land. Pet tent went up to. Like I said I used to love it here. But lately I can't wait for lease to be up. Hopefully my next place will be better.

It's been fine. Apartments are good soze, never had a problem with the neighbors. Like how it's tucked back from main road. It's close to a lot of places, 20mins from the city. Great location if you are working north of the city or south

The maintenance team is wonderful here. The office team is great. Very clean and peaceful environment. It is getting a bit pricey but it's still a good deal living in this area. Since living here everyone has been kind and friendly even the other residents.

I haven't had any major issues w/Doncaster. My neighbors are polite. Even when it's loud outside, I can shut my window & drown out most of the sounds - even from parties. I feel safe. When packages are left in the lobby or in front of my door, no one bothers them. I love having the additional storage space. The area walking trails are an additional bonus. I would stay if I weren't relocating to another area for my job.

Apartment is very nice but maintenance is awful. Nice neighborhood, nice neighbors, Management company is making things better but needs to address maintenance problems. Hopes this review is helpful.

Im happy to be here. Barring afore mentioned invasive vines, the property is beautifully landscaped and provides privacy. Washer and dryer is definitely a perk. Some appliances need upgraded. All staff are friendly and responsive. I would recommend to friends.

The presentation was amazing, Shawn was an incredibly kind and informative and helpful associate who went over everything with me, many times more than once just for my clarity! His patience and the way he talked to me showed that he really cared, and that reflected on my decision to lease with your company. Beautiful atmosphere and location, the apartments reflect the such as well! Amazing! Thank you for such an amazing experience, can't wait to move in!

Office is ok. Wasn't happy with the office acting rather condescending when I insisted I had no cable connection. The front desk kept insisting I did, and it took entirely too long for me to get someone to look for themselves to see I was correct. Never even received an apology. Even showed pictures. Months should have only been hours to fix this. Also I shouldn't have to pay for a smelly weed odor filled apartment, due to other tenants. There should be specific buildings for those tenants.

Most of the time this is a quiet building until they moved this heavy footed individual in above me after I was assured when I moved in that apartment would remain a show apartment. This person stomps all hours of the day and night and even has a child running around at all hours. It's ridiculous!
