Minor issues moving in but things seem to be ok I would recommend these apartments to a friend. The trash around where the dumpsters are could be a little more cleaner and the rental staff could be more organized

My experience has been pretty good so far. Minor hiccups every now and then but overall I can't complain. Staff has been great in the leasing office and maintenance staff has gotten better over the years. The upgrades around the property has been nice has well.

Office staff very friendly, but maintenance was not completed when it was said it was. The yards are kept nice and there are plenty of dumpsters and parking available. Convenient to major highways and stores.

I moved here just a week ago. The area is very nice my neighbors have been very welcoming. Love the pool! Very clean when I arrived to move in. Staff was very pleasant and helpful from start to finish.

The staff is friendly and nice. The reason i chose to kive at Doncaster. The apartment I was shown was veey nice. My apartment is ok. It is obvious before I moved in I dont think anyone did a walk with thru. Items are being fixed and that is good. Quiet place to live

I love living here, the apts and area is really nice and quite. The pool area is really nice also the grill area is great for grilling and pool parties with friends and family, Glad i made the choice to move to Doncastet apts

I have only been here for 2 months. The staff is really friendly. Ask for Wendy, she is super nice and helpful. I just enjoyed the pool this past weekend! The maintenance is really quick. The grounds are also well kept and very clean. The neighborhood is very quiet with not many issues at that I have seen. The parking is amazing. There are many shopping centers nearby including White Marsh Mall and IKEA. Great location off The beltway. Ohh no nasty bugs or mice ?The only issues I have is the walls are super thin, so buy ear plugs.

I picked this apartment because they had the amenities I was looking for at a price I was comfortable paying. It seems quiet and safe and the leasing/moving in process was very simple and easy. The staff was very helpful during the whole process, answering all my questions and helping me find the right location for me.

I am still in love with my apartment! Its coming along slowly but surely. Everyone is friendly and welcoming still within the few months that I am been there. I haven't really had any concerns. Do I still recommend this place? Absolutely!

Welcoming community with a fresh clean environment & great staff that'll make a home feel like home . There's Always community events worth attending with family and friends . In addition you'll always feel safe & secure if you decide you want to take a walk or jog around the neighborhood . There's a great site to see

Doncaster Village is a quiet community. Residents are all very kind. Plenty of sidewalks and decent schools in the surrounding area. The pool area is nice and very well used. The apartments themselves are very soundproof - I rarely ever hear my neighbors.

Great place to stay and it's first class customer service. If their was anything to improve it would be lighting in living room. I have enjoyed the process. The staff was great and made things very easy once I moved in

Pleasant for the most part. The Manager & entire office staff are friendly, kind, helpful, and attend to my concerns in a timely manner to the best of their ability. Good maintenance & housekeeping team. My neighbors are nice, compassionate, considerate, and kind. I like the proximity to stores and other places. The regular mail lady does her job well, is friendly, & kind. Landscaping workers who maintain the grounds, do a nice job. Night traffic, loitering, & outside noise is sometimes of concern. Not happy about solicitors who come into the building.

I haven't had much experience yet because I only been here a week. But if I had to explain this week the community is very peaceful and quiet. It is also a very clean community, and respectful neighbors.

The experience has been okay beside maintainance going thru your closets when they are there for other work orders in the apartment that does not include your closet. I put traps that they can't see but I know they there to find out if they went thru my things. I also take pics of all my closets and trap so I can know if they went were they were not supposed to go or be depending on work order.

I would highly recommend Doncaster apt. The apartments are clean and safe with a lot of parking available and the move in process was very easy. The management staff is very friendly and easy to conact.

I move in this apartment in Mach 2018. I feel quite and peace in this apartment. The progress of the installation and renovation of the washing machine should be speeded up. I would recommend to my friends.

The Staff was very helpful and polite they made my moving process quick and easy. The apartments are a nice size and the community is quiet. The pool is cool too. Overall so far so good it's a nice place to live

Moved in on Oct 14 of last year and so far our living experience here has been like a dream. Everything is always neat and clean. The surroundings allow you to forget how close you are to the city but doesn’t remove the convenience of shopping centers and other amenities. The staff is so friendly and always happy to assist residents with whatever they need. Every time I visit the leasing office I feel so at home because of the warm welcome that is always provided. Every time I turn around it seems as though there have been improvements made somewhere somehow. The apartment itself is very nice and spacious. The layout is functional and cozy. Ok so now for my personal favorite part about living at Doncaster village, the maitainence team is extraordinary! I will mention something either in passing when I see a staff member or pop in to the leasing office to make them aware of an issue or something that needs fixing and boom it is taken care of. Literally the next day, if not the very same day! I love living here. I know I will be a resident of Doncaster village for the foreseeable future and most likely beyond.

Staff is very friendly and that make's difference. Just wish they were handicap friendly and maybe I'd stay a little while longer. Washer and dryer's are good for business. But were do I stand as being handicap.......

Doncaster is lovely community and the staff and management teams are great. I would highly recommend this community to family and friends. They all always making improvements and upgrades. Above all, they make you feel like family.

I have lived in this apartment for two years now and it is a nice, quite, clean community. The management is great, they help you out right away. The pool is very nice as well as the tennis courts. They have lots of activities in the community as well.

I moved into Doncaster village in August 2017, so far i can not complain about anything. From the beginning Amber the leasing officer was patient knowledgeable and friendly, the maintenance staff is courteous and gets orders done rather quickly, within a 1-2 day turn around. The grounds are kept clean and neighbors are friendly. I plan on renewing my lease here as it has become my new home.

Decent and very quiet neighborhood. Convenient access to all local retailers. Commuter friendly. However, I would not recommend moving to Doncaster Village until new management (since 2017) improve their business operations and more importantly, professionalism.
