Doncaster village is just like any other apartment place I've been to except for the staff. I went to 6 different complexes the day I decided to move out. As soon as I came to Doncaster the staff was so nice and genuine they didn't want to just make a sale, they wanted to make me happy. I really appreciated thatZ Moving out for the first time was stressful and I had many question. The folks in the leasing office gave me so much information that I probably could start working there. All in all I give Doncaster a 9/10.

Has been an overall good experience, close to schools, nice little playground near my house. Nice neighbors, my family loves the community pool in the summer. Office staff and maintanence are courteous and helpful.

Great location, pleasant community and pet friendly. I only visit pool for water Zumba classes. The community is quiet however better lighting is needed. Most of the office staff is very professional and helpful. I would like to see a community recreation room or building among the grounds.

There is a smell in the apartment due to new decoration. Though there are central heating apparatus, it still feels cold in winter. The environment is beautiful. The public transportation is not good here.

It's a quiet community. All of the neighbors are extremely friendly. There are Events thru out the year. The pool is wonderful, with plenty of seats and grills. I have lived here 6 years and have not had an issues.

I've never had doubts about choosing Doncaster to be my home. The location is great, the site is welcoming, and staff has always been helpful. Everyone I've invited over, had always had positive things to say about not only inside my apartment, but the surrounding location as well.

Nice, quiet and clean place to reside, staff was really helpful and neighbors are very friendly. My heat stopped working after hours, so I called the after hour number for maintenance, and I was very pleased with the speedy response! The maintenance guy was very professional and fixed my heat right away, that gave me a really good impression about Doncaster Village Apartments.

I changed a lot of times of the move-in date, since it is the first time I am in the US, and I want to lower the security deposit by getting the social security card. But after getting the SS card, the security deposit was still double the rental, which was really frustrating. Besides this, all the other aspects are perfect. I love the apartment, the community is peaceful.

I am no longer pleased as a resident. Trash is being left on the ground even though the dumpster is not full. There is never anywhere to park. I have neighbors that have more then two vehicles per household. And ever since the construction of the new houses behind my home there has been an increase in mice.

Very nice community apartments. The maintenance staff is quick to arrive and friendly. The pool and grounds are nicely maintained and it seems like they are always upgrading the housing units with better amenities. Highly recommended.

The new community staff are wonderful. I like the engagement and activities that they offer to the residents ie. paint night, pool exercise, community appreciation night, new resident parking at the rental office. My daughter loves to come into the Rental Office to speak with the staff and enjoy the treats that are displayed on the counter, table and by the coffee machine. I don't have many issues but when i need an occasional dish disposable fix or sink unclogged the office is very quick with a turn around time. The maintenance are professional and quick and care about keeping your home clean. The other day when maintenance came in the guy put on shoe covers so that he would not get the carpet all messy. That was a major concern when I have people come in my home. Thanks Doncaster; I am noticing all the wonderful changes you have made!

Worst apartment I have ever rented . First of all, I had flea issue when I moved in , called the office took them three months to finally replace the carpet. When I move out they took all my deposit saying I stained the carpet throughout the whole house which is not sure, they only replace the carpet for three months before I leave. When I ask for prove they wouldn't give me anything. They shampooed the carpet so well when you visit the place, a week later the smell of the from previous owners start to show. There was dog poop stains all over the carpet.Secondly one morning I woke up there was a snake in my house, they act like it was nothing but I had a nightmare for the next three months. Thirdly , mold smell is very strong in the bathroom , I had to block the vent to prevent me from smelling it when I sleep. Other than that they also have all kinds of bugs and spiders coming out of the vents. One night I woke up by a huge spider crawling on my face. The material of the apartment is very cheap made, you can hear every noise and movement and people make above you and around you. I woke up by some one above me 5 o'clock every morning and couldn't go back to sleep. Customer service were horrible thing you need to help. Usually I have to talk to them three or four times before I can have them and have my issue straightened up. I also had a nosy neighbors knocking on my door every week for stupid reasons such as asking me if my electricity goes out . There are also hidden fees associated with the apartment. They require you to purchase home insurance thats extra $100 a month. Water bill is split it between the whole apartment complex which is $50 a month even if I move the usual right now at home for a month or two. My tires were also slashed because I accidentally took someone's park.

The customer service is excellent. I've just moved and most of my requests are done immediately. The neighborhood seems to be quiet for the most part and most of my needs are at my own convenience. I think that my renting experience here will continue to be excellent.

Upstairs neighbors run around all night and the floors are thin, I haven't had a decent nights sleep since moving in. It's in a good location at least, and the prince was within my range. Unit still smells like old cigarettes abd it's making my clothes smell like that too

Move in process went fairly smooth. Everyone at the office is very friendly and accommodating. Maintenance request are taken care of in a timely manner. I love the area. Apartment was clean upon move in. So far I have no complaints. All is well.

No so well, the ceiling is so thin that I can hear people walking upstairs. I also able to hear people 's conversation from downstairs. All the things I mentioned need to be fixed has not been fixed since I move it. The door lock is broken that not working some time, mentioned to the staff and has not been fixed.

I literally hear everything the guy upstairs does but other then that I really enjoy this apt and the community. I wish there was a outlet for cable in the room but I could manage. The neighbors are rarely friendly and I have let had any dill big problems.

Doncaster is a homey area. While I don't feel a big sense of community year round, it's personally okay with me. I enjoy my privacy, but love the summer time laughs at the community pool. The staff is supportive and professional with any questions or concerns you may have.

Doncaster Village is a nice place to live for people who like peaceful environment.The neighborhood is kept clean at all time. Maintenance request are handled in a reasonable time frame to insure the comfort of the residents. However, the absence of a fitness center in the complex makes it a little annoying for people who like working out. A fitness center would have made the complex a perfect place to live.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. The neighborhood has a safe and homely feeling to it. The apartments have great space but the rent can be relatively compared to the quality of the appliances, kitchen space, and flooring. Overall a very nice place to live.
