Our garbage disposal was clogged. I emails the office and that same day the garbage disposal was replaced. I did have to call to get an update on the status of my service call. I would have liked to receive an update prior to the service being done but other than that I was very happy for the overall experience.

Although I been here only a short time, I have genuinely enjoyed my new place. Before moving here, the connection I had with the apartment agent was great. I felt like she made it a priority that my needs were heard. There were a few bumps along the way during the application process, but I feel my concerns were well accommodated. Now, I am a proud resident of Doncaster and I think the neighborhood is great and the location is central many of the places I commute to.

Quiet neighborhood but parking is horrible at night. It was good for being my first apartment alone but had to move on because of the increase in rent which I thought was too much for such little space.

Overall the place is an okay place to live in for anyone really. I've had little to no issues with the actual staff who seem to be nice other than the maintenance which seem to ....daft to be nice about it. I don't find it acceptable that maintenance like to knock for probably 2 seconds before they decide to just unlock your door and walk in. I've actually had an incident when I was in my bathroom getting out of the shower and maintenance walks right in as I leave in my underwear. I've also had them open our door to put a flyer on the inside of my door and his response was sorry I thought you would of had the chain locked on your door? Pretty stupid I see you put stuff outside the doors quite frequently. Only other issue i've had is some of the tenants kids acting like the hall way is a romper room or teenagers generally hanging out in the hallway but that was fixed once the family was evicted. The apartment itself is of great quality in my opinion. The kitchen is of nice size and the stove is relatively new(not to mention they have fire stopper installed by the fan in case of a fire) Bathroom is a little tiny but does have a full size tub/shower. Bedrooms are pretty nice although the large windows do get a little drafty during the colder months(to be expected with a window that size) Each building has its own laundry room but the only let down about it is they have this service advertised all over the laundry room that allows you to see if there is any washers or dryers open, if your load is done, and lets you prepay with a card but the office never had it set up. Went out of my way when I first moved here to download the app for my phone and try and set it up just for me to figure out the complex itself has not set it up. Why advertise all over the laundry room if you're going to opt out of installing it??? The parking lot is pretty well lit for each of the areas with plenty of parking. I have seen people complain on here about the parking but i've never had an issue beyond some idiot not being able to park straight or thinking their car is too pretty and purposely taking up 2 spaces. Only reason I gave the noise a 3 is due to the fact that most people have the TVs in the living room against the wall flush with the side the door is on so it's pretty audible and I have a neighbor who is either constantly arguing with his significant other or their child. There's been a couple instances where a child has been screaming bloody murder like someone was beating it.... But still couldn't hear it in my apartment only in the hallway lol. So, yeah as a whole I recommend the complex to anyone of course there are going to be a couple annoyances when you live in a multi-level building with several other people but it's close to civilization and relatively close to 695 and far enough north that you can act like you don't live in Baltimore if that's your thing. I would also like to add that I have never seen any signs of any sort of infestation whether it be bugs or mice since that seems to be one of the more reoccurring things in the negative reviews of the complex(Stop leaving food and trash out/clean your apartment you wouldn't have this problem)

HAS BEEN A GREAT COMMUNITY IN WHICH TO RESIDE - THE ONE AND ONLY TIME I EVER MOVED OUT OF THE COMMUNITY, I FOUND MYSELF RETURNING HAVING ENDED A LEASE WITH THE OTHER COMMUNITY BECAUSE OF HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNSATISFACTORY LIVING CONDITIONS. DONCASTER WAS THE RIGHT CHOICE FOR ME, AND I MIGHT AS WELL HAVE STAYED. THE VALUE CAN'T BE BEAT THIS FAR NORTH IN BALTIMORE COUNTY.

The laundry room has become a nightmare, people leaving clothes in washer dry just adding to it and waiting days to wash, waiting several hours to remove from washer and dryer. Windows need to be replaced, very drafty. Too many kids playing in the parking lot letting their toys and bikes crash into cars and people walking

Very satisfied. The pool flooring needs to be safer as its painted with a glossy paint-I had a fall there this past summer. It's was reported at the end of the season so I'm sure that will be fixed by summer. The halls can be a little more cleaner.

Since i moved into my apartment i have been having problems with my heat not working every winter. Also every year i had to deal with carbon monoxide, until they finally found out it was coming from the stove. I also deal with mice and now insects in my apartment. I do like the area though.

When moving in there needs to be more care in the cleanliness of the apartment. When I moved in my carpet was wet, the bathroom tub area was not clean the balcony was covered with green stuff and the boarder of my carpet was missing. Although we had some issues they were addressed and taken care of. I just didn't appreciate being told that we don't normally clean the algae, but this one time we will. This was so unprofessional.

The staff that I have met at Doncaster Village have all been very professional. The office is open, friendly and inviting. The Porter always has a smile on his face and greets the residents all the time. I would recommend Doncaster for apartment needs because of their professionalism, attention to detail, response time and positive attitude.

Friendly staff was patient and helpful for lease signing. Community is safe and relaxed. Maintenance is always friendly and professional. Dumpers on site make trash pick up a breeze. I have never had trouble with parking, during heavy snow the parking lots were always plowed.

I compared pricing and location when I chose Doncaster. I love the location and the surrounding hills, grass, trees, and excellent maintenance of the grounds. This community continually makes updated improvements such as new and more modern and sturdy railings, gutters, blacktop renewal, new exterior lighting, very good windows and sliding door, etc. The price is probably fair market value, and some nicer apts are much more expensive, which is not worth spending much more money to have. I have enjoyed the new pool and fountains at the pool during the summer and the snowy hills for sledding with my granddaughter in winter. It is also a nice neighborhood for taking walks, including the next neighborhood to the apt complex.

I have been a resident at Doncaster Village apartments since May 2012. I love the area, it is very quiet. It is convenient, 695 is right around the corner. Shopping centers and grocery stores are within walking distance.The schools are wonderful,not over populated at all. Everyone in the leasing office is helpful. Michael (Property Manager) is just amazing.I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

It's safe. The staff is nice. Price is ok. I hate that is it a shared laundry. My apartment has no line of sight for direct TV so I have to have expensive comcast. The laundry room is always a mess or at least washer is out of order. Would love to get a carpet cleaning.

For my first apartment, the value is decent. What I don't care for is the old, musty smell and the fact that my appliances are older than I am, and don't work as efficiently as they should. Also, the black grout on the tile in the bathroom due to mold/mildew is very in unattractive. I do appreciate that maintenance requests are handled In a timely manner..

Overall, it's very quiet....some residents need to adhere to the pet policy and clean up after their pet & keep their pets leashed. I think that apartments should generally be given new carpeting with new residents rather than have areas of darkened carpeting.

It's a great place to live. Excellent school, Clean and peaceful environment, convenient location?and good price too! We had already live here for 9 years, we really enjoy the pool and tennis court. Office and maintenance people are nice, the service is responsible and fast.

After signing the lease agreement and starting the move in process, there was an unforeseen obstacle in the hallway over the front door to the unit. A beam blocked the clearance need to move the couch in. The couch had to be lifted over the balcony and in the sliding doors. The renovation project of the swimming pool caused an infestation of pest and has not been eliminated completely. Overall my experience here has been a good one.

I love this community. It's clean and Safe. I love the school. The education is awesome. Rent could be a little cheaper. Love the scene . clean fresh streets. Trash on the weekends should also be available for pick up. Everything is great for the most part.
