I love living at Doncaster Village! The staff is very helpful, any work requests are handled quickly, the pool is great...there are lots of families/young couples at the community and its very close to lots of shops, restaurants, etc. Never had an issue with noise, you can hear neighbors when you are in the stairwell, but once you enter your apartment, that disappears. The people living in my building are quiet and mainly keep to themselves, no drama or intrusive neighbors! Laundry facilities are a bit expensive and the card system is a bit of a pain sometimes, but I like that it is on the lower level and not in a dark basement. You also get a small storage unit, which is really helpful. Surrounding area is very nice as well, people are always out jogging/walking their dogs, and I feel very safe as a female walking/jogging alone.

Doncaster Village apartments are a very good choice for living. The park like setting and community are perfect. Community schools are one of the best in Maryland. There are a lot of shopping choices. Weather yoir looking for a market, clothing, or restaurants everything is less then 2 minutes away.

My experience has been nothing but positive. Staff is prompt and efficient. Community is clean and safe. In today's market I think the cost of the rent is fare. I'm a very hard person to please and this development has not disappointed me for almost 11yrs.

A great communty to live in...I love it.The office staff are always so dependable and the rent is very affordable.I'm glad I moved here I was paying a fortune down the street and let's not get started on how amazing the school is not only is it a blue ribbon school but the teachers are great.Great community overall!

Overall the community is great. The pricing increases don't really match the value of the apartment. There are no upgrades to match the price increases. Laundry in the units would be an improvement. new bathrooms/kitchens. Everything is old.

I moved into Doncaster in 2013. The staff has always been wonderful and always on top of any request,small or big. The grounds are always kept nice and the amenities are enjoyable for all ages. Very convenient to shopping and 695 plus the schools are excellent.

overall, a very good place to live. Apartment Office has been responsive and area is well taken care of. Some neighbors have been noisy and/or problematic, but they have been reported and, I hope, spoken to. I actually did recommend this place to a friend who did move in.

Quiet street, diverse area, great schools, accessible to major highways, food, & entertainment, rent is worth it for what you receive! Also the first place to have an app for washing clothes, really cool. The apartment is clean & updated, I got a free accent wall & a walkin closet. Satisfied!

I have lived at Doncaster Village for 5 years now prior to that Perry Hall. This diverse community and country like feel has kept me in this area. Also, the schools are great! The only compliant I have is the condition of the laundry room, which needs to be cleaned more than once a week.

I have never had a issue with maintenance they have always taken care of all my problems in the apartment they even helped move furniture when we got new carpet they where very helpful.The only problem I've had here are some of my neighbors but the office took care it.

i have lived here for over 5yrs.. i love it here ..the staff is helpful never had any major problems...look forward to being here another 5 more years...plus its in a great area for schools and shopping and plus not to far from the beltway..thanks

I truly have had a great experience in this community and am glad I moved here..it is quiet, clean, the staff is friendly and supportive. I appreciate the convenience of the community to the stores and highways, but also the surrounding neighborhoods that provide a privacy that other communities does not have.

There is absolutely no chance we are renewing our lease. The upstairs neighbors stomp around and pound on a toy piano at all hours of the day and night. We are in the leasing office weekly to no avail. We have even pointed out numerous obvious lease violations. We have a toddler and an infant; this constant disruption is unacceptable.

I've lived at Doncaster for a long time. It's a great complex, however the "corporate decision" to connect the bathroom light and fan together on one switch is unreasonable and annoying. Apartments' bathrooms are heard through the walls.

overall satisfaction,safety, staff are friendly,kindly and helpfuly.and in this community, there are a lot of foreigns.but everyone is friendly and say hi when meet. In winter, the staff helped me take away the snow around my car and help me move the car. I'm very appreciated that.

I have enjoyed living in Doncaster Village. I feel safe in the neighborhood and enjoy how close it is to basically anything someone may need! Maintenance staff always gets back to requests in a timely manner. I have definitely enjoyed this apartment over many I have lived in in the past.

The Doncaster apartments are old, which is fine, but they seem to be poorly maintained. My apartment did not appear to be cleaned prior to my moving in. There was a broken kitchen cabinet door and food particles throughout the kitchen. Many carpet tacks are coming up, making shoes mandatory.

The neighbors are super friendly, however there are minimal amenities. The pool costs money for non-residents and there is no shade. There is no gym or exercise area and the washing machines are tiny and always in use. Maintenance is worthless but the school is amazing and I am staying solely for my child.

Been here for 8 years and it's a wonderful, quiet community. Well maintained grounds and friendly office staff! No plans on leaving anytime soon. Great location with shopping center very close and a nice walking distance to Weber's Farm.

I have nothing but great things to say about this community.Thr staff is always friendly and considerate and promt to a nswer questions. The community is always neat as well. It is also very nice having the laundry room inside of the apartment.

Very nice neighborhood. It is so peaceful and quiet. When I make maintenance requests someone will come right away. My neighbors are very friendly. I like the fact that there are schools all over around the community. My only issue here is it's a little dark at night.

I've lived here for four years. The office and maintenance personnel have always been helpful and very friendly. I appreciate the central location to stores schools and interstates. I look forward to calling this my home for many years to come.
