I like this place. It is a safe place, quiet with qualified staff. You can call or fill in a request on line, whatever you do they respond very quick. The staff is polite and competent. Also, the place is very clean even in the laundry place. I like it.

Beautiful apartment and nice staff. Near to the I-695 and easy to drive to everywhere. The swimming pool is wonderful and enjoyable. Hope to join in the BBQ party soon. Near to the elementary school and middle school. A lot of playground for children.

It's a great environment. The people are friendly, and so is the staff! Its like a home away from home. We used to live out in the country, and we moved to Parkville to be close to school, so it's great that out building is in a secluded area. It's very private.

I've heard numerous complaints from other tenants about the "new" management crew, and since I've moved out (July 31st), I've spoken to others I've become friends with over the course of living there, and now THEY'RE looking to move, as well. I've made quite a few friends in the time I lived at Doncaster Village, and I've been told over and over, by tenants, that they HIGHLY DISLIKE the "new" management, and that they too are considering, and looking to move.

I have lived here about 2 years. I did lots of research on apartments before I decided on Doncaster Village Apartments - I feel I made the right decision. The rent is reasonable. I haven't had any major issue since I moved in. The office staff is very responsive on any maintenance issues. The area around here is nice, which I have noticed from regularly jogging.

I have been living in the Doncaster Apartments for 2 years now and the service is amazing. I had an issue with a clogged pipe and the staff took care of the situation as well as making sure that I was ok. I have had a few other small issues and each time maintenance fixed the issue right away. I would recommend Doncaster Apartments to anyone.

Doncaster has a professional staff and a pleasant community. I've had a great experience this past 4 years living here. I'd recommend this community to friends and family. I just wish my dish washer and refrigerator were a little more up to date.

I am very pleased with staff and maintenance workers. They have been very professional and have been responding to my needs in a timely manner. We have a couple spots on our carpet that the staff are aware of and are working on addressing. The community is nice and close to two schools and shopping area, and is not too far from 695.

I'm very pleased with this community compared to my last one. The staff is friendlier and more helpful in all aspects. Our neighbors above us have a kid who runs around inside and that is very loud at times. One thing that's needed is a lock on the outside of the screen door.

One of the biggest problems is that everything is media related. You are not allowed to pay your rent in person, thus, limiting communication with the office staff. Then, if you raise an issue, they dismiss you. I like my place, I don't like the neighbor upstairs; but that problem will never be addressed, as I have no reason to believe the Office staff would even care. If, however, I was looking to rent a place, then they would be extra nice !! Commission ???? Who knows ..

I have lived here for going on two years and am so glad that my lease is up. The complex has several issues that had I known existed I wouldn't of moved here in the first place. On several occasions I have come home after ten PM and there would be 2 or 3 people smoking marijuana right in front of the door. Sometimes they even smoke in the building lobby so the smell lingers for hours. Several neighbors are trashy and uncouth playing loud music, leaving their laundry in the dryer or washer for hours(Each building only has two washers and dryers and they barely work and they make you pay 3.75 my last complex had free washers and dryers CR Reality is absurdly cheap and will do everything in their power to do anything the cheapest way possible) Hardly anyone in my building picks up after their pets so there are several mounds of dog feces in front of my building at this very moment. The maintenance men are atrocious they will literally walk into your apartment with barely little notice and attempt to rush everything not to mention they're barely competent. I had to call them to have them replace a tube light in a lighting fixture and in the process he dropped the old tube on the ground and it broke, needless to say I had to pick glass out of my feet for a couple days after attempting to sweep it up several times. Another issue I have with this complex is they waste so much paper. They literally send out these inept maintenance men to post notes on your door for some of the tiniest things when a phone call would suffice. Now onto the management, they need new management plain and simple. My court had an instance of a group from a particular organization soliciting on an almost daily basis when I called and complained the person in the office pretty much acted like it was a burden to even take my call let alone provide me with a satisfactory response. I've given up on calling the office to make a complaint or anything solely due to the fact that I wouldn't want to frustrate myself. The management company is so stuck on making as much money as possible they attempt to evict you the first week you're late. They give you an option to make payments but they literally file paper work to the court house to initiate eviction the second you're late. Along with that comes a eviction notice that they tape at the mailboxes so everyone in the building can see while checking their mail. The way the company attempts to promote themselves by participating or at least advertising community events and blood drives is entirely different then what they really are. They don't care about whatever hardships you're going through all they care about is getting you out of the apartment as quick as possible so they can hire cheap contractors to renovate the apartment and move someone else in. So, in summary I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to anyone really. There's better options all over Baltimore County especially since these apartments are definitely pricey for the area they're in.

Even though I have only been here for less then a year, it has been a great experience. The staff is always willing to help with whatever it is that you need. Maintenance is always timely and whenever you put a request in they come to fix it in the next couple of days. I feel safe here and I believe that's the most important. I am greatly satisfied that this is the apartment complex I chose to move into.

This is my second time around living here at Doncaster Village Apartments. I first lived here in 2001, 2003 then returned in August of 2013. I genuinely love the area. The community is beautiful and our neighbors have been great thus far. I like the fact the majority of our neighbors all look out for one another, and know each other. I had an incident around Christmas time when my stove went up, I called the leasing office and within one week it was replaced! I also had an issue with my bathroom, where our vanity was very old, rusted, and worn and the paint in the tub was peeling. Raven the Assistant Property Manger and Virgil the Maintenance Manger came out to my home about 2-3 days later and addressed the issues, and again within weeks our problems were resolved! The maintenance staff are very pleasant and timely. The majority of the leasing staff are more than helpful and courteous, especially Kierra. I will say parking is a BIG issue here, because you have many units who have more than 3 cars per unit not because of an exuberant amount of people residing in one home. I will say my current concern are the new luxury homes being built directly in front of the complex on the Old Harford Road side. I am afraid that due to demand and the current construction the cost of living here is going to skyrocket forcing many to leave out of necessity rather than voluntarily. I have been beginning to notice more and more tenants moving out, when just 3 years ago there was nearly a waiting list to live here, and that makes me nervous;considering this is a very nice place to live. As of now having been a tenant in the past and a current tenant I would definitely recommend this complex.

I moved in from out-of-state without seeing the property first because a friend recommended the complex. The leasing office was very helpful with the paperwork and polite upon arriving! The kitchen is very small, but the rest of the apt is great. So far so good! My cats like it :).

It's a very quiet community. Perfect for any age range! Also with continuous updating and upgrades they never fail to meet expectations with surrounding complexes. Also a huge plus, very tucked away but near tons of shopping and most importantly, the highway!
