This really IS a great place to live! The ONLY issue I have is that the rent does increase by a fair amount each year, and I've seen several of my favorite neighbors move out because of it, and have now started to feel like it will soon be an issue for myself as well, even though I love living here. It seems good for about a 5 year period.

My experience at Doncaster Village apartments has been a very good one. I have been living here for four (4) years now and have always gotten the best service in a very timely fashion. The office staff and the maintenance staff are very professional and friendly, at the same time. The grounds of the apartments are very well maintained. The grass is always cut and the trees and flowers are beautiful. The setting is very country-like. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. The parking is always good. As a resident of Doncaster apartments you feel very safe. Also, the swimming pool is so beautiful and new. I would rate Doncaster Apartments 100% for the reasons I just mentioned.

I love living here! The community is very welcoming. The leasing office plans activities to help everyone to get to know each other and for community fun. The neighborhood is safe and clean. I would recommend anyone to live here.

We found this apartment from Johns Hopkins BBS. I feel so lucky that my choice is very correctly. The grounds and landscaping are so good like a park. My family are all like this place. Especially for my daughter, her school is very close just across the road.

I really love this apartment for me and my daughter. The schools are great and the maintenance is always maintained. Only thing I would say that I wish I had would be a washer and dryer in my unit. Great place to live

Safe, clean, affordable, friendly staff and neighbors with beautiful grounds. This is a great place to call home. There are community events to in courage meeting your neighbors, a pool, walking distance to schools and right off of 695. The best of both worlds- country living and city! Where else will you see deer in your back yard so close to the beltway!

My experience has been good. Originally my stove didn't work in my unit, I went to the leasing office and the problem was fixed within a few hours. I've only been here a few weeks but have all positive things to say so far. I think the rent is very competitive for the size and services provided.

My experience at the community is all a tenant could ask for, very quiet and pet friendly. Everybody owns atleast 1 or 2 dogs, but if u do not like pets then this wouldn't be a good place for you. Very close to towson shopping center, equipped with stores for everyday living

Quiet, well maintained complex. Courteous and responsive staff. Maintenance is quick and effective. Community is quiet. Pool is only available between Memorial Day and Labor day and only between specific hours (I think 11 - 7 pm) which is a bummer - I thought i'd be able to do a swim workout in the morning but no such luck.

It's a quiet neighborhood. No problems with crime. I feel very safe here. Fellow residents keep to themselves. There are plenty of parking spaces. The pool is awesome. It's located close to the beltway and 2 shopping centers. Only complaint is office staff being agitated if you need any assistant near closing time or closing earlier then the specified business hours.

I moved into this community in July. I was recommended here by a friend, and we now live in the same building. I have had no problems with any aspect of this community. Easy access to local entertainment, shopping, restaurants. Elementary school across the street so very convenient if you have children of that age.

Great community to live. Air conditioning and heat works excellent. New washers and dryers were installed recently in the laundry room. landscaping done recently with the removal of trees from the front of the apartment, back need to be done also.

I've lived in my apartment for almost 2 years. I'm very satisfied with this community, the staff is very friendly, maintenance comes out promptly, and the grounds are gorgeous. It is conveniently located near to the highway, churches, shopping, and restaurants.

Pros: rent is low compared to others, laundry has been updated to use with credit card, neighborhood is quite, school zone is excellent. cons: parking sucks at night, I have had a few bad neighbors over the years, kitchen are small and even the update are not worth the extra money.

Complex is nice and clean. Only issue is that the carpet in the common area needs to be replaced. Laundry facility is well kept. Office staff professional and courteous. Grounds are well kept. All service requests answered promptly. Neighbors seems to be okay so far.

I've had a great experience at Doncaster Village. The staff is so friendly and all of my maintenance requests are handled immediately. The community is safe and I feel comfortable living in my apartment alone. The grounds are kept up and it is in a very convenient area.

I have lived in this apartment community for 9 years. I have lived in two different units and I have never had any problems. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Staff is helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend living here to anyone looking for apartments in the Parkville area!!

The staff are quick to help you if you call. Maintenance is easy to request if you have a problem and are even quick after hours. I like the community as it close to good schools. There are plenty of options for food and shopping in the area. It is also convenient to 695.

Doncaster Apartments are very reasonable! They are located across from a blue ribbon school, close near two major malls, 695/95 highway, very convenient near several markets, Safeway, Shop Rite and Weis.

DoncasterVillage has been my home for 6 years. It is well maintained inside and out. The office staff is very pleasant and helpful. Maintenance is is done well and promptly. The common grounds are also well maintained. I am very happy here and hope to stay many more years.

Overall, this is a nice apartment for someone starting out in the workforce. It is reasonably priced and provides all of the necessities. That being said, the walls are thin and if your neighbors are noisy you will hear them. Maintenance has always been quick and I've only had to call a few times in the 3 years I have lived here.

I have always had a great experience with the office staff and they offer teacher discounts, which is a plus. The community is very quiet and the pool is beautiful. I haven't lived here long, but so far it has been a good experience. I would recommend here to anyone looking for somewhere to live.
