I will keep renewing my lease as long as the following are true: no bugs, feel safe, building is kept up, neighbors are reasonably quiet, rent increases kept to minimum. Outside lighting is getting better.

I like it here, but I pay too much for an apartment without a washer/dryer. Also pleas update the ones in the building so we can use cards. I need to go out of my way to get a roll of quarters. Rent increase for my 2013 lease was 30 dollars. Again, a little steep for such a basic apartment. BUT I do enjoy loving here.

overall, the apartment community is good. nice grounds, landscaping, and common areas. it's quiet in the evening. But the apartment locates on the ground floor, and faces to north with less sunlight coming in. it is also a little bit far away from my working place.

The area is very convenient; central area to the markets, malls, restaurants. The areas is very quiet, family residential area, no one bothers and hardly any crime. There is a park across from the property convenient for kids.

Apartments are well maintained, staff is always attentive to needs of tenants. Maintenance personnel willing to do what is necessary and more to complete a request. If an issue is reported to main office urgency is noted.

I have the best neighbors, love the new pool, apartment is great and its a safe community and its the best value around. Highly recommend. I had lived in this community a few years back and loved it. When I was searching for an apartment I didn't have to question where I wanted to live.

I love where I live, great location, great community, great apartment. I have been living in the community for over 10 years. I am hoping that Doncaster will want to keep me as a resident. I would hope they would. I am a good resident. I pay my rent on time and am not a pest to the leasing office.

I have nothing but positive comments about my experience here ar Doncaster and would definitely refer it to a friend!!! I feel extremely safe. This was my very first apartment 20 years ago. I loved it then, and I still love it now...thus the reason I chose the reason to return. it's also close to the top notch schools and close to shopping and entertainment.

The is a bug issues. Hallway in the building is unclean. I have old appliances in my apartment. No one has taken care of the wall damage due to termites. Every year there is a new Manger. The only reason I am still here is because of the schools. My kids go to great schools.

This was not my first choice I had a fulltime job in Owings Mills when I chose here because of convenience to beltway and 3 weeks after I moved here I lost the job. This Apt is too small for me.

This community is wonderful! Been here almost 4 years and have had very few issues. Maintenance problems of course but, they were quickly handled. Staff is pleasant and the neighborhood is quiet. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reasonable and attractive place to live!

I have lived at Doncaster Village Apartments for the past fourteen years. It is a financially affordable apartment complex in a suburban area of Baltimore, MD. It's next to two schools, and very close to shopping centers as well as the beltway.

I love it here. For the most part it's quiet, except for my upstairs neighbors,it's quiet.I feel safe here.Although, 3 weeks after I moved in, someone upstairs car got broken into,I feel they were targeted b/c nobody else's car got broken into.Soon after that happened, the lighting outside was updated & now its brighter outside at night.I like that, makes me feel much more safe. I think it should be a bit brighter in the lobby/hall/stairwell though.

When I first moved into the community, it was great! I would have described it as a family oriented community. I am a Police Officer and a very quiet person. When I come home from work, I don't want to have to be dealing with drug users and people carrying on in the parking lot creating a disturbance. Throughout my time here, it has slowly gotten away from being family oriented and it has began to turn into a party house. I am seeing many college students moving in that have party's on the front steps of the common area and just disregard everyone else who lives in the building. This is not the community that I once moved into... In order to make it better, you need to screen the community better, and hold people accountable. I know for a fact that in one of the Apartments (5 Barnwell Ct Apt 103) there are at least 7 individuals living and staying inside the apartment every night. I know that there are not 7 people on the lease..... These are 7 college students who are living there and creating a disturbance for the rest of the community. I know that many of us have complained about it, but nothing seems to get done. Another common complaint is with the parking lot. There isn't enough parking as it is, because we have 7 people living inside of an apartment so it doenst provide enough parking for the documented tenants. But also in the parking lot, the lines that are painted down are almost non-existent anymore so people are taking up 2 spaced because they just pull in and can't see the lines. Lines need to be re-painted. Also they need to enforce the rules where people (adults or kids) should not be hanging out, partying, and playing in the common hallways, entrance ways, or steps to the apartments. If they are having a party or need a place to play, they need to go inside of their apartment. I shouldnt have to walk around people and feel in fear of my safety while I walk past a large group using drugs and partying on the front steps of the entrance way.
