Great place to live, lots of close by stores and restaurants, very close to the Metro, a stone's throw from the District. Also, Bethesda is only ten or fifteen minutes away by car. Highly recommend this area, and this particular apartment complex.

Moved in June 2021 and we are amazed with everything from the layout to the view. The new floors, the stainless steel appliance, and the high ceilings elevate the feeling from our previous "luxury" apartment. The balcony is a plus. They really considered how people actually use the space. Power outlets everywhere. Huge closets. I keep finding new things to love.

A simple and affordable apartment community located in a prime location. There are dozens of restaurants and cafes to try out. The metro is only a block away. A tour and applying for the apartment was simple and really helped me move here before I started my job.

We did a video tour of a few different units with Omer prior to selecting a unit to rent. Omer was very friendly and helpful and we appreciated him running around and facetiming us. Everything was ready when we came in to pick up the keys and the apartment was clean and in good working order. Any issues we noticed were dressed immediately. We are impressed with the available amenities and we're looking forward to settling in and getting to know the area.

I have been living at Blair Plaza for almost 3 years now. The units are spacious and the area is pleasant. It is very quiet, and I hardly ever hear my neighbors unless my windows are open. Maintenance and front desk staff are amazing - courteous, helpful, and responsive. My issues with the apartment, and the reason I won't be renewing my lease again, are as follows: The unit is dated. Windows are old, do not close fully, and shake when there is wind. In my time here, the fridge, dishwasher, and oven have all broken. The fridge was fully replaced, but the dishwasher and oven were only patched up. The carpets are shoddily installed, and have begun to come up around the edges. Paint shows scuffs VERY easily, and the paint on the windowsills is chipping.

I love the Blairs. I have lived in a Two Bedroom and a One Bedroom and both were HUGE. I have lived here for 15 months total so far and the community, customer service, and location are unbeatable! Great amenities for dogs also!

We found a mouse in our apartment. Giant shopping carts are everywhere in the property, including corridors. People leave any kind of things in the elevator lobbies. There is often marijuana smell. The office staff does not take the proper actions to avoid all these problems.

My experience at this community is fairly good. While it has some issues like the quality of the apartment itself, it is far better than other places at this value. The quality of the apartments looks in some places very visually appealing but the way it is built seems a bit cheap.

My experience has been outstanding. I have loved living at the Blairs and will continuously recommend it to my friends. The maintenance, concierge, and leasing staff are always kind and incredibly responsive. It has been one of my best apartment experiences in the greater DC area. Especially moving in during a pandemic I was nervous but the spaces have always been clean and up to code.

Blair East is a relatively quiet community that has some relatively nice units. While not the fanciest apartments, it definitely is very nice for the price. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team goes above and beyond when working on requests.

It's a great place to live just hey b****expensive. Other than that it's a great place to live very close to Metro in downtown silver spring easy walking distance you don't need a car. It's a very diverse community and everyone seems to respect everyone else. If it wasn't for the cost of living there I probably would still be there.

Even that the buildings are old, they are well maintained and usually the service requests are answered quickly. I've been living at Blairs East for two years and can't complain of major issues. After all the noise of the East West Hwy and the nearby Giant merchandise truck cease is very peaceful. But after a while you get used to.

Omer was very helpful in ensuring a smooth move-in. He replied quickly with any questions asked. The community is clean and has great staff. The biggest turn off is the noise from the grounds keepers and the street but that would be anywhere.

Satisfactory. Thank goodness the problem was corrected with the flies and funky smell on G2. There needs to be around the clock security including the garage. I have seen young people hiding in the stairwell

I like this community a lot. It's been a weird time with COVID, but the staff has made sure to keep the apartment complex clean and safe for everyone. I love walking around the complex with my dog. Everyone is really friendly and there's a lot of space for him to play.

So far so good. No real issues. Everyone is courteous and helpful especially when they don't know the answers. When things break, they are promptly fixed. Concierge are very helpful and accomodating. I would recommend the community to a friend.

I live in the same apartment since 2013. overall I am satisfied. Bathroom is outdated but kitchen is remodeled with a newer countertop and appliances. minor repairs are done on the same day. The only complaint I had was a neighbor who smoked weed. Nothing was done by the management to deal with it, so I had to buy a door cover. After so many weeks, that problematic neighbor moved out, so now all is well.
