This is a nice community. I have no complaints at this time. I moved into this community during the pandemic of 2020. The initial unit was fine, but a huge water leak happened in the unit. Unfortunately the intuitional response to this emergency was not timely, however the staff recovered well. The proper accommodations were made and I've enjoyed it so far.

The management team is extraordinarily friendly, respectful and always looking for the best ways to support your needs. Same with the maintenance and service team. The building is clean and so are the surroundings. There's a sense of community, regardless of the pandemic. The location is so convenient for anyone working in DC, and being at a walking distance to the Rock Creek park is priceless. Although the 16th street is by the building, it's quiet in the apartment and not as noisy as one could think.

I've really enjoyed living here so far. I really appreciate the package concierge, how quickly my maintenance needs are met, and my balcony and vinyl floors. The floor plans are spacious, and my neighbors seem nice.

Good location and friendly but shrewd management. however, the building has an infestation of mice problem as well as rats running around in the exterior of the complex eating up vehicle wires, garbage, etc.

Approval process was simple, fast and all online. The move in was smooth although no tour was given. No explaination of amenities, or front desk concierge so alot of questions came after the first few days of moving in. You have to pay for parking, garage or outside space. Garage space rented, but door is broke and no clicker provided at the time. A few issues first night but fast response from maintenance the next day. A better delivery of packages is recommended, the systems in place are not great for the amount of residents. Overall a good place but having to ask alot questions of things that should be given or provided.

The building seems quiet, every now and then you hear people hanging out. I appreciate that there is always someone at the front desk. The maintenance workers keep inside the building clean and the uptake of outside is done well. Pest control is done I think twice a year which has been good.

Apartment is spacious, walk in closet is huge! Overall feels safe but they can do a better job of securing the garage area. My roommate car was keyed, nothing was done about it. A week later saw two other cars where keyed, told the front desk but seems this problem is continuing to occur.

I been leaving at Blair for many years now since my son 5 now he's 17 years. In 2017 I moved from my one bedroom to 2 bedroom apartment. I like leaving at Blair and love the community too can you recommend Blair to family and friends.

We love living at the Blairs. I spent 3 months searching for an apartment and knew that this place was perfect the moment I stumbled upon it. The community is great and the apartment is exactly what we need in terms of space and storage. We also love the proximity to everything (groceries, shopping, downtown, metro, etc.). Only downside is that we always hear banging in the walls (which we think is construction most of the times) that neighbors are always trying to blame on each other.

My experience living at the Blairs has been great. I would recommend anyone who's interested in finding somewhere to live, to give the Blairs a try. Although I do not have a pet, they are very pet friendly, as well as children friendly. There are quite a few amenities within walking distance and easy access to the metro.

I moved into the Blairs on the recommendation of a couple friends because they loved all the little community features and ways that the management encourages residents to interact and actually create a sense of...well, community! Unfortunately, I've not experienced most of this as I moved well after the pandemic was in full swing, but what I have found is a building full of folks that are generally quite friendly and considerate, a very kind and responsive concierge & management staff, and a service department that is one of the best I've ever interacted with, hands down.

The Blairs is a lovely development with well maintained buildings and excellent responsive management. I'm particularly impressed with the preventive approach to pest control and how the management and staff have adapted to COVID Saftey measures while still providing excellent service.

Convenient and nice place to live. However, there seems to be a problem enforcing the tenants on how to dispose of garbage, trash and recyclables. At any given time you will go to the trash room and there are boxes and bags full of plastic water bottles. Some times you cannot get to the trash chute to throw out your trash. Tenants that continue to break the rules should be penalized with a fine.

Great community. The staff are great and helpful. Some of the comments regarding the noise from the elevators and laundromat are not valid. My apartment is very close to both and I don't hear anything.

It's a nice place to live overall. Residents are usually nice and occupied with their own lives, and the staff is generally kind and professional. Unfortunately, the concierges don't always follow mask protocol, and don't enforce it with the residents, which can be frustrating.

I have had a super great experience so far living at the Blairs. Staff are very professional and cares very much about their residence comfort and wellbeing. I was super impressed that they were able to have a virtual Christmas party due to canceling the regular Christmas party due to COVID. The concierge staffs are always very positive and polite and always helps with whatever issues/questions I might have. I am loving my time so far residing at the Blair Plaza.

Moving during a pandemic isn't ideal for anyone however the staff at The Blairs made it a very smooth process for me. My leasing associate, Leiny, was a pleasure to work with. She was very personable as she answered any and all of the questions I had. Staff and residents do a great job of adhering to the CDC guidelines and MD state mandates in regards to COVID-19.

I am happy because it close to public transportation and supermarkets, restaurants, in addition it is very safe . I would recommend that you change the carpet in the hallways, is old and need to be changed.

When we first moved in we had quite a few small issues that popped up, worn out window cranks, a toilet whose tank seemed to always be filling, mini-blinds instead of the marketed wood-texture blinds, cabinets that were cracking down the middle from years of use. At first we weren’t confident that our requests were getting through, maintenance would come by and take care of what they deemed emergencies (the windows) and what they could fix with the tools they had on hand but what we felt were the bigger issues remained unresolved. About a month and a half later maintenance showed up in force however. In one day, they fixed the toilet, the blinds, started on the cabinets, and did a little bit of painting to cover their work as well. We’re very happy with the work that was done, and appreciate them making it right, communication could have been better from the beginning but in the end they made it all right and I think thats what matters.

Good value for the rent on the amount of space and quality of the apartment. Very convenient location with the supermarket in the parking lot, Metro stop a few minutes walk away, downtown close by, and just a 15 minute walk to the trails in Rock Creek Park. Maintenance has been been very responsive, and the cleaning and concierge staff are diligent and helpful.

It's a great place to live. It's pricey & sometimes customer experience is terrible. Apart from that it's quiet (when there's no construction going on) and a lot of lifestyle activities are available if someone is interested.
