Im a new tenant to the property but Best Apartment Complex I've ever lived in!! I literally have zero complaints. The leasing staff is on it and maintenance is quick and effective. Haven't seen any unwanted pests either.

The building is clean and the location is great. However it has become clear that management does not care about residents. They have closed off the garage access while still making us pay for monthly parking, there has been extremely loud roof noise while many are working from home with no accommodation offered for weeks on end. It's a nice building with a great location but if there are any issues you can't rely on management to address them.

The experience has been positive overall. The apartments are spacious and most of the people that work in the building are very nice. The location and access to public transportation are great. The only real issue I have is that the spaces are quite dated and need renovating so they can look more modern. I also think the rent is too high for an old building in Silver Spring.

It is great, the staff management are nice and reach out quickly to any work order. They are clean and courteous. The apartment space is big, have a nice structure and the price is good. Appliances are brand new.

This is a nice community in a good location. My apartment in Blair East is in excellent condition- brand new flooring, cabinets, carpet. The building has reasonably priced reserved parking, and is very dog-friendly.

I have experienced constant interruption of my TV and computer service and lights too whenever certain people are present in the apartment next-to and above mine. I'm am done complaining, writing, explaining and being as though the issues don't really happen. All I have done has fallen on deaf ears even if those receiving these information appear to be kind and or reasonable. I know that the atrocities that I have suffered are because I'm a black woman who lives alone and therefore, has less value and no credibility then any other woman with a different ethnicity. I have been harassed since the very first month I arrived nearly 8 years ago. I'm done with pretenders who see, understand and do nothing.

The location is great and the townhome is decent but not fantastic. The maintenance and management is lacking heavily in customer service. I've worked customer service unprofessionally and professionally for over 15 years. I was out of AC for more than 5 days and it was 97 degrees in my apartment. They did not fix it when they said they would and when I inquired as to why it wasn't fixed they said "they were too busy" to get to it that day. Things break in the apartment regularly and they are fixed but it's a gamble on the timing of the fix and whether it will actually be done properly. My neighbors have been using my washing machine for 3 weeks because theirs is broken and management hasn't reached out to them to give an update, and when my AC was finally replaced they left greasy hand prints and blood stains on my white walls and staircase. They have left broken pieces for me to clean up and wood chips and saw dust after working on my cabinet. There is much to be desired when it comes to the customer service at this management and maintenance office.

The front desk staff and the rest of the Blair House staff are consistently pleasant. The building and outside grounds are well maintained and beautiful. The ice and snow challenges are handled. We miss the swimming pool and that pleasure. The business staff office are always pleasant and efficient.

I once rented at the Blairs in 1980's, after selling my home and returned this year for the same reason, after selling my home. It is overall an excellent choice of a community to live in. This place is well maintain, quiet and is informative about good healthy living for its tenants and their pets. Therefore, I strongly recommend this community for serious apartment seekers..

I live in the area before and I like the environment. Never lived at the Blairs though im sure it will be pleasant. Everything i like is within a walking distance. I haven't had a bad experience yet.

While it is a bit noisy, staff are wonderful, and neighbors seem kind. Noise can come from neighbors, laundry room, elevator work, etc. Apartments services are prompt and thurough too, guests are treated well too.

Great covid response and overall the community is very friendly and kind. once the election results were given, everyone celebrated and in prior situations, there were celebrations for essential workers. it's a very kind and thoughtful community.

I have overall good experience being in here. Except all cameras need to be updated, especially in the parking lots. lights are not bright enough where cars are parked; as result my car was vandalized (Scratched)

I just moved in to the Blairs and it was a rollercoaster experience. There were a few miscommunications along the way but the concierge staff really filled in the gaps missed by the leasing office. My apartment was clean when I was ready to move in, my utilizes were up and running, and my neighbors have been very kind. A very aesthetically pleasing and affordable place to be overall.

I work in the DC metro area. The building is a seven minute walk from the Silver Spring metro stop, and about 12 minutes to downtown Silver Spring. Desk staff are knowledgeable, and the building supers are incredible. The apartment units are what you make of them, but definitely would recommend.
