I would say the Blair East West Highway is, one of the best place to live within Silver Spring area. Wonderful customer care and professional maintenances team. The community is quite, friendly and easily adaptable.

The experience has been great. I am impressed with the staff work ethics -pleasant and very responsive. The building complex is clean and inviting. I love this place for the convenience of shopping and transportation. Will recommend it to anyone wishing to take up residency.

Overall a solid place to live. Never felt unsafe, always a space in the gym and an empty laundry machine, and you really can't beat the location. My only real complaint is that people smoke weed constantly in the building and it seems like nothing is really being done to stop it (I'm not trying to moralize about weed, but you're not supposed to smoke indoors. I'm asthmatic and the smell occasionally triggers an attack).

The Blairs is a fairly good apartment complex, though most of the buildings are a little on the old side. The strongest feature of The Blairs is its proximity to the Silver Spring Metrorail station/transit center and to downtown Silver Spring.

The Blair staff is always professional and courteous:). The community is friendly with onsite concierge, fitness center; accessible to public transportation, restaurants, shops and grocery stores. GLD

I've had a great experience here. Community is friendly, the complex is well kept, and the staff is really helpful. The apartments here have great amenities and I recommend moving in here if you are considering this as your future home.

marijuana smokers and other smokers every where despite being NOT allowed in lease and reminder emails. When I call in to tell them, am told someone came out if they did, and that it wasn't marijuana but cigarettes. However, even cigarettes not allowed. homeless man outside my door one day (inside apt) bc entry doors not kept locked)/broken

There's a lot that I like about living at the Blairs such as the Lifestyles events, close proximity to grocery stores, coffee shops, cleaners, etc. I can walk to the metro, movie theater. The staff are friendly and professional.

I'm leaving in 177 days due to new management decisions. Thanks to management's practices personal items were stolen from the package locker assigned to me, yet they won't take responsibility. In addition I asked to be removed from the locker system, and they claimed only if I have a reasonable accommodation request submitted, they would consider the request. I don't have time to play with these children. We'll settle these things in court.

It's been great living here, very friendly staff. Nice amenities and grounds. They have very attentive during the pandemic with safety measures. I enjoy the food trucks and activities. Nice balance of population.

Maintenance response time and effectiveness for a major issue is abysmal. Otherwise the community is satisfactory. Concierge staff is friendly and maintenance staff has been personable, however they did not solve the problem themselves or put in steps to solve it, and they did not communicate at all.

I love The Blairs! This apartment is easily accessible to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, the metro, etc. The staff is very nice and courteous. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner.

My experience with tge Blairs has had its ups and downs. Usually the downs are due to negligence from the leasing or management offices or in regards to moving in. Outside of that I love the location and the space in each unit.

Very comfortable stay! It's very close to amenities such as the metro , giant and cvs. This makes it easy to commute. The staff are very friendly and professional. The community is clean and well maintained.

Great location and affordable with spacious rooms and closets. The areas clean things are for the most part addressed in a timely manner the only major complaint I would say is there seems to be a miscommunication with deliveries and ensuring things are delivered to the right location

Every aspect of service has changed since I first moved in (1992). Quaulity of service is less than years past. I realize that the covid pandemic has caused changes in how normalcy is throughout the country. However I do believe management can do better.

Blair East is a wonderful apartment building. The front desk concierge staff are friendly and helpful. Building maintenance requests receive a prompt response. The gym is amazing and fellow residents are friendly. This is a wonderful community. Come and see for yourself! The building is LEED-certified and pet-friendly.
