Good community, friendly, close to shopping centers, transit centers and Metro. Caring and kind staff. Very organized, spacious, close to play parks, great environment for kids and families. Wd strongly recommend!

Overall our experience at The Blairs for the past 15 years has been a very positive one. I recommend it as a quiet and attractive complex and extremely convenient because of the proximity to the Metro station, plus the Giant/CVS and other services and restaurants across the parking lot!

I moved to the Blair House in 1994. In 2018 I retired and decided to shrink my budget and I moved to 307 smaler in size. However this apartment has so many inconvenience that I do regret my decision. I discussed this with the manager of that time and he promised to solve the probleme later on and get a more convinient apartment. So the covid changed everything. Let's wait. Let's wait and see. I am safe and comfortable in my home and in the community. I feel cared for and valued by management, and amenities and conveniences make this the perfect place for me at this stage of life. My privacy is respected, and the environment is well-maintained.

Living in the Blairs is great. The Business Office, maintenance staff & front desk concierge are wonderful to work with. The community is beautiful and having access to the stores are a plus. I like living at the Blairs

The Blair's has been mostly a great community so far. The concierge desk is always friendly and helpful, I love the location, there are nice amentities like the package room and utilities included, and the apartment itself is pretty nice. There are some maintenance problems that doesn't seem very well tended to, but that's really my only complaint.

Pleasant! Love that the building is non-smoking and has on-site retail. Great management staff! Clean community! I also feel safe with police presence. Resident concerns are acknowledged and addressed

This complex seems great so far but there is a LOT of renovations happening at the Blair East property! I love that they are caring for the property, but the noise and notices have become excessive. Barely hear a sound from other units. Parking is a little expensive. Lots of events!

I heard about the Blairs from a previous tenant & loved the BH Studio she had. When I moved to MD I was determine to get an apt here & I did. I love my 2 Bdrm apt, it's spacious & the building is always clean!

We love living here at the Blair East. The convenience of shopping with the Giant Food next door and the CVS down from it make critical life services very easy. Plus the Metro is one block away. There are several great eating places in the area and cleaners. Everything needed for easy living is here.

Good community. Loved the unit I was in and people are generally friendly. The staff are always helpful. Can get a little loud with the dog park below but that's only an issue during the day at night it's pretty quiet. Less than half a mile from Downtown Silver Spring

The apartments at the Blairs are a good value in a convenient location to shopping and transportation. Very dog friendly. The noises from outside, including construction on the nearby garage can be noisy during the day. But sounds from surrounding apartments are virtually nonexistent. Studio apartment is the perfect size for a single person and the upgraded appliances are great.

The Blairs community is just lovely. Quiet, yet a short walk to Metro and the Downtown Silver Spring shopping, entertainment, and dining, or Rock Creek Park, if you enjoy trails. Neighbors are friendly and courteous. The management and staff are always friendly and helpful. Indoor and outdoor areas are always clean and well maintained. In the event of needing maintenance, the staff is professional and skilled. After a year, I honestly cannot come up with a single downside to living here.

Great location, clean building,front desk, package concierge, walkable, shopping grocery under the building believe everyone loves it all. Windows not sound proof and AC is not controlled by residents.

Overall, a very descent place to live. Convenient location, pet friendly, and affordable for the area. Nice amenities but the could use some upgrades. Love the dog parks and convenient location with high walkability.

It's a great location, the amenities are very comfortable and always available, the access to the building is very pretty, the apartment has a lot of day light, nice appliances, huge spaces to storage things ! It's super nice !!!

Just moved in, enjoining it so far. One thing I am still trying to figure out is that the air conditioning would not work. It was mentioned that the whole building may have switched over to Heat recently but I would like to use the AC

Not what I expected at all. I was not able to see the unit prior to move in due to COVID. I thought it was a townhouse. I was told to look at the photos online. I hear my neighbors as if they live in my unit. Not peaceful at all. Very close to public transportation and eateries.

My experience at the Blairs is is generally good. The maintenance team is very professional and great at resolving issues! I can only ask that sound proofing will replace the asbestos. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Started off adequate, quickly became terrible. Maintenance took a while to replace our dryer which was downright unusable, but understandable given the scope of work. Once in 2022 though, the maintenance won't respond to anything quickly or at all unless you constantly hound the management office. Yet right before a county inspection, they suddenly have time and people to fix the issues that would make them look bad. They still don't care about resident comfort, just getting your money and passing inspections. I have had yellow jackets in my apartment for a month now and even though I have shown them exactly where the bees are active, the management office does not expedite getting pest control out, and does not direct them to the right place. Even when I offered to help show pest control where the problem is, they still don't. It is truly the minimum bidder for the job since this apartment complex only cares about getting your money and not helping.

I've lived here less than a week and really enjoy the atmosphere of the building and apartment. The apartments are spacious and the amenities are plenty. The staff have been incredibly responsive (from the Leasing Office to Management to Maintenance). I'm still finding my way around, but I know I will get my question or concern responded to in a timely manner.

It's been great! Sound travels in the hallways, but not between apartments, which means noise levels are pretty minimal. Have had practically no issues all around with the facility, and the location makes this building an ideal spot.

Painful,horrible!!! I have been at the Blairs for 27 years not only I have never ever been behind rent and never had even a verbal altercation with anybody not to mention assaulting anybody!!!! Assault we all know is a crime but the woefully ignorant Blairs managers!!!! There are cameras all over the place and why the police was not notified,how about the 5 Ws Who When Where Why What for facts finding!!!! Yet based on these allegations unverified,unsupported Jason Roloff an assistant manager who (his own words) does not read nor write (did he even graduate from High School????) wrote an eviction letter that his valet Garvin Robinson lovingly delivered!!!!! The Blairs admin managers that l know for the many years I have been at the Blairs are sadistic soulless LIARS!!!!The Blairs are the oldest buildings in Silver Spring if not in Maryland with dust mold rust everywhere but they are busy patching outside while the inside is rotten with nasty stinking smell!!!! I would never ever recommend anybody to the as these conditions persist!!! You are endangering your health by moving to the Blairs and all they care is about you paying rent!!!!! Actually they are evicting people (like me) so that they rent at higher price!!! I have met people who have experienced bogus eviction notices!!!!!

Love being in the heart of everything. Easy access to metro, restaurants supermarket's, movie theaters all within walking distance. Love being a part of this community. There is always something to do downtown.
