I like it here. I have little to complain about only annoyances but no apartment is perfect or will meet all your needs. Overall, the main things that will make an apartment unlivable, I have NOT experienced here, ie bugs, violent crime, unruly neighbors, and an irresponsible, unresponsive management company.

There's no kitchen counters, the balcony has no access point. It's a balcony but no way to get onto it. 2.5 useable cabinets and electric outlets not working, the AC system constantly says heat and can always smell people smoking weed as if it were directly in my apartment

The Blair's is in a very convenient location in the heart of downtown silver spring. The neighbors are very friendly and staff is helpful. Maintenance request can take time if a part is in need of being ordered.

So far our experience has been great. Our apartment was clean and very large when we moved in, lots of light. Moving in was super easy with a convenient loading dock and elevators. Staff were very helpful as well.

The staff at the Blair's helped me find an amazing apartment all within a weeks worth of time! I had a very short amount of time that I needed to move and literally everyone in the office was so helpful. There communication is amazing and my apartment is beautiful! Nice community but needs a lot of maintenance work and improvements. It's nice, close to the metro, and supermarket but so many things to work on. Also not safe after late hours, weird people on the streets. Have to keep an eye out.

The staff are very response to suggestions and concerns. It's a great place to live and is not as expensive as other comparable places in the area. Plus, it's close to public transportation, stores and restaurants.

Sometimes the water comes out of the shower orange, there's mold everywhere, no bathroom ventilation ( there's a "vent" hole that's dusty and black but does not pull air out of the bathroom, shared laundry is expensive, I've had a continuous decline in health since moving in, but the silver lining is that the grocery store is easy walking distance

All staff has been courteous and helpful every time I needed assistance. Whenever I've needed maintenance at my apartment the process of putting in the request was easy and management responded very quickly (usually within 24 hours). I've been exceedingly satisfied with living here; much more than I thought I would.

The Blair apartments the best places to live. It is so peaceful, you do not feel you live in the city. You hear any noise at all. The staff are very professional and helpful. I am so glad I live in the Blair.

The Blairs has qualified janitorial staff , prompt on pest infestation, beautiful lounging area, concerned team when mail mixups occur. I moved in at the start of summer and already renewed a 12-month lease last spring. The maintenance guy good too. The wall was painted. The sounds were soothing. The painter was quiet and ask permission to enter the kitchen to use water. He saw me on the phone during the job and intuitively went quiet, cordious considerate. He never left a mess. Cleaned behind himself was done within minutes

Ever since I moved into Blair Plaza the community's energy was just phenomenal. The people here are very kind and friendly any time of the day. I was able to ask a neighbor for help or advice on anything and was able to implement that in to my daily life routine, the concierge always giving off a warm welcome whenever you walk into the lobby, and staff are working hard maintaining the building. There's a field where you can take your dog out for a walk and play around in, a few tables to sit at near the field, and food trucks come by the field and service the community random times in the week. You will receive emails from the Blairs about lifestyle community events such as happy hour, one mile walks, game night, and much more. If I would recommend a friend or a family to live here I would say 100%.

It's a really nice, generally clean and surprisingly quiet but convenient place. The only issues are the concierge randomly being absent, while still having my ID since I borrowed the luggage carts. The leasing office was very helpful. I wish guests could borrow keyfobs from the concierge.

I think the website was very clear to understand what was included in the apartment and the overall layout of the apartment. It was also beneficial to see all of the amenities on the website. Having a gym in the apartment was a big plus for me.

The process was seamless and everyone was very helpful! From everyone in the leasing office to the concierge was very helpful. Everyone was able to communicate with me in a respectful manner and if the person I was working with was not available, someone else from the team was able to assist.

It's a great community overall; most of the residents are great people and it's incredibly convenient. My only issue is that when repairs are needed there are communication issues (with contractors) and this sometimes results in repairs being delayed.

The community is great. However, the property managers are constantly changing and do not communicate with tenants about work outside your apartment. The concierge Service is good. The park and green ?reas are wonderful. Maintenance is responsive but not always quick to get to you.

It has been okay. The management is not very responsive, but the maintenance staff are awesome. We have been in the apartment for two months, and the management still has not ensured that we have vertical blinds installed, despite the fact that there is an extremely bright streetlight outside of our bedroom window. Almost everything else about the apartment is great, but the lack of action on management's part to make sure we have a space to adequately sleep in makes it feel like they don't care as much about our quality of life, just that we're paying.

Thus far it is one of the cleanest apartments I have lived at. The shared spaces are great in particular- the gym, the lobby, the laundry rooms, etc are all great. The apartment is spacious and affordable.

I was worried about the age of the building, however that turned out to be a huge benefit. I can only hear extremely loud people in the hall, which is to be expected. I don't hear anyone else! I've been in other apartments where you hear every little thing from upstairs!! Everything else is great. Only complaint is that sometimes half the elevators go down, which wouldn't be bad if covid let more than 1 person per elevator.. but other than that, great place to live!

Nice place to live. Walking distance to shopping and metro. Friendly office staff and maintenance team. The management team Hosts a lot of community events and they try to get the residents involved. The cleaning staff work really hard as well. I like the fact that there's a cleaning crew working in the evening.
